Leaving the State on Probation without permission
I tried to get Permission but they would not approve me to leave the state. I want to know if they is anyway they could prove that I left the state. Credit Cards or through the airport? I bought plane tickets a while back and now Im stuck between a rock and a hard place.

    Hello too:

If you go and don't get into trouble there, they probably won't ever know. Of course, if they have reason to investigate, they'll find out for sure.

So, I guess the question is, do you feel lucky?

If you leave the state and someone is looking for you and reports you as missing, then yes, your P.O. can investigate. Airport security would show you on camera and your flight records would show you left. Even if no one reports you as missing, maybe your P.O. will check on you anyway, since you asked and were refused permission.

Like excon asks, do you feel lucky?

If you already asked permission for this trip, and the PO knows of it, he can check with the airline.

If you get a parking ticket or speeding ticket where you are going, if you use your credit cards they can be tracked, or if you got someone who is mad at you, who may turn you in, a girlfriend or boyfriend who may decide in a month that they want you locked up.

Is this trip out of your state really THAT important that you are going to risk violating yourself and landing yourself in jail? Only you can decide the importance. You know the consequences should you get caught.

Dirty Harry's famous quote of "Well, punk, do you feel lucky?"

If you leave the state and know one of real importance knows about it, then know one will know about it. Yes booking a plane ticket puts you more at risk because those things are documented. If you drive by car or take the bus then that's much easier cause know one would know except for who you told. Now the biggest risk of it all no matter how you go is having police contact. You don't have to get pulled over to have police contact. What if you witness something or you need to report something, not all cops are nice enough to just talk to you and let you walk away even if they see your not guilty in what's going on. As far as there concerned they like to look almost everyone up just in case they find something, and when they see your on probation there going to come looking for that travel permit that says your allowed to be where you are and if you don't have it, you will go to jail not questions asked, and you'll stay until your that state or you P.O. makes a move to have you sent back. You won't get out you'll be sent back to your state jail. Cops get there brownie points by ended there day with paperwork done not just conversation.
