    It all depends on what happens at your probation violation hearing and the presiding judge decides what the punishment should be. Depends also on what you did to get violated as well. Not having any particulars about why put on probation and for how long and what you did to violate it makes any intelligent answer moot.

    What was the original crime you are on probation for

    What crime or action was done to violate the probation.

    There may be no jail time but again they could end up serving their entire sentence

    First time ever in trouble shoplifted 2 slushie drinks price was $2.30 I got 1 year probation community service 32 hours and $1,300 fine I've done comm. Service and only paid 50.00 and I visit to probation that was in December now I'm 6 months past seeing probation officer id had lots of problems and I'm scard of going to jail I have a 6 year old son

    What is your question? Will you go to jail if you did not meet the terms of your probation?

    It's possible.

    You're biggest problem is not checking in with your probation officer. I'm surprised a warrant hasn't been issued for your arrest - but maybe one has.

    Boyfriend in jail after being in violation for 3 years his original po doent even work there anymore and this was his first violation is there anything I can do to just get probation reinstated at revocation hearing with nnnnooooo jail time
