Until your Court hearing and/or until the sentence is pronounced. Technically you now belong to the State of Alabama and the time you are presently serving can and will count toward jail time if the full sentence is given.

This is not just an arrest. This is a violation of probation, another category.

As long as they wish until your probation violation hearing and then the determination of the Judge to continue your incarceration or continue your probation.

They may hold you up to length in theory to the time frame of your sentence.

But normally it should never be more than 60 days before they have a hearing.

    Hello gus:

You should start a new thread, as piggybacking causes confusion.

Your son will be violated and a judge will determine what will happen to him. He'll be put in jail until a hearing. There's NO bond for probation violation.

He could get the original sentence, the original sentence plus time for the violations, a warning.

    Depends on the Judge.
