Real Mayonnaise or a Substitute. Which Do You Prefer and Why, Please?

Me? I'm a person who likes to use real mayonnaise. I know that there can be a number of reasons for using a substitute like salad dressing, low-fat or fat-free mayonnaise, whipped salad dressing like Miracle Whip, or maybe even plain low-fat yogurt combined with low-fat cottage cheese.
What's your preference to use on things like salads, potatoes, tuna fish, sandwiches and a number of other variety of foods?
I'm basically looking for answers having to do with the types of foods on which real mayonnaise would be used, if a person prefers to use it.
It would also be good if you would share what you do use, if you use a substitute for real mayonnaise.
