Is this the entire desktop or is it a single program's window?

If it's the desktop, try this:

Right-click on the desktop and select "Properties". Select the tab labeled "Settings". The "Screen Resolution" is about 1/3 of the way up slightly on the left. I'm not sure what your screen is like, but you can change that to at least 1024 x 768. If that works, you can make the resolution as large or as small as you want.

If that isn't the answer, right click on <START> and select the "Start Menu" tab. Select the "Start menu" button if "Classic Start menu" is checked. You can set it back later if you wish. Click the "Customize" button to the right. At the top, select "Small Icons". Click OK to everything.

If that isn't the answer post back. There are still other things that may need to be reset.

I'm sorry but I do not understand what you are saying. Please start your own thread with your question and give more details about what your problem is. Please give us your system specs. How to Find Computer System Specs | eHow.com
