100 two-dollar bills still in bank bundle dated 1976
I want to first say hello, and thank you all in advance for any help. I am a Ballroom dance coach, and biomechanics expert. And would be delighted to help anyone in those areas.

I have an assortment of paper money and coins left to me by my mother. I do not know if taking it all to a coin dealer is the right thing to do, or research a bit at a time starting with:

100 two-dollar bills in origionial bank wrapper, uncirculated.

    1 1928 two dollar-bill series f, red stamp
3 1953 two dollar-bill series B on one, nothing on the other. Red stamp
    1 1963 two-dollar bill with a red stamp
    13 un-cerculated two-dollar bills 1976, green stamp

Thank you so very much, Jeffrey Lynn

    A coin dealer... NO!

The coin dealer... YES... but find him first.
The coins do sound as though they have a history. Uncirculated coins and notes are always in demand by collectors.

Their heritage sounds like they could really be valuable. As such, they, as well as you, should regard them with the highest protection.

Does your insurance company know of their existence---if not---make sure they get to know.
First thing is to put them in a secure place.
A security box in your bank, your insurance company or a brokerage dealer you deal with.
Then ask their guidance in finding you a dealer in rare coins and notes.

We are always hering about Sotheby's... a very reputable dealer of antiques.
I'm sure they have a coins and notes department... but ask around... but keep it to a minimum. Ask the wrong people, they can quickly figure out you might have something why you would need such a firm.
Hence talk to your brokerage rep, your bank manager or your insurance company.

Before they can properly insure, they will want to know its relative value. Its in their interest to find you a proper dealer who might handle such investigation into their worth... and their sale if it comes to that.
