Spit, I have no idea if this mark that the antichrist will insist on is a chip or not... we can speculate all day. ONE thing I do know... if someone can't feed their family without it and they watch their children starve... I'm thinking they may be incline to take this mark.. whatever it is. Just my thoughts though.

Incidentally, no one will be floating around. The bible records it will be in a twinkling of an eye that the Bride of Christ is snatched. So I wouldn't worry about seeing people float... I am going to go out on a limb and say it will take a few minuites (perhaps DAYS depending on where you are) to even know something happened. But it will be chaos.

You are right. The time to prepare for the master's return is now no matter even if it will be hundreds of years before He does return.

CozyK, the significance of the temple is that it must be built before the one time return of Christ.
AND... It must be built according to God's instructions in the bible which are clear and specific with not iron tools used, cedar logs from Lebanon, hand labor by the Jews, etc.
The way I understand it, there will be no electricity, or pressurised running water or other modern day conveniences.
A special alter must be built according to directions for the first sacrifice which must be a special red heifer.

We cannot say when the rapture will take place,but the Lord said that we should observe the fig tree.Observing is something we can do while telling when is something we simply cannot.
I still believe that we are in the sixth hour,the hour that Jesus was crucified.The crucifixion is happening all over again,but this time WE ARE on the cross.The World will do to us what the World did to Jesus.There is no servant that is greater than its master.We have to wait for three more hours,until we hear again the words Matthew 27:45Now from the sixth hour there was darkness over all the land unto the ninth hour.

Jesus said those words in His human nature and this reminds me of the rapture very much,because the rapture to me is God forsaking man,and man left to die.
The Church as The Body of Christ,is in our days Christ on earth ,God on earth, so when the rapture will take place , it will be God forsaking earth.
Those who will be left behind will expirience a world without God but there is still hope for them because 1 Peter 3:19By which also he went and preached unto the spirits in prison;

20Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water.
We are in the days of Noah and The Church of Christ is Noah's ark and a few were saved, just like it is written about the Church of Philadephia Revelation 3:8 I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name.10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.

I am sorry that you got your hand on a 1928 book. But keep your excitement up because you are seeing these things happening now.

I do not know what is going to happen the next moment, I am not even sure whether I am going to heaven or not. This would only be declared to me the day I pass through the door of death. Although I try to live to HIS pleasing, yet during a day, many times, I fail and many times I succeed. At times I give into sin and many times I thrash Satan down. HE is keeping a track of my doings and would reward me accordingly.

I am very excited about the prophecies coming true in this generation because those had been written in the Bible thousands of years ago. What other proof one needs that the Bible is not a word of God. And God deos not care for HIS people. The prophecies coming true would support me in telling people about HIS second coming and to be ready.
