There is no way we can tell. You asked this question before and received several answers. So did you talk to your mom?

You are obsessed by this, you have some issue over this, so, Either you are so much more mature than most girls your age ( and it does happen) or you have just let desires of being older effect you.

I would see no reason that having one would hurt , and if you are so desiring one, I would say go for it and talk to mom. Or save up money and tell mom you want to buy one of your own.

Or she is a troll and not an 11-year old.

Every ones making it seam easy I know how you feel go to her and tell her that it makes you uncomfortable to talk about but need one because it may be inappropriate not to wear one at your age

No one is making it "seam" easy. When a person asks the same question more than once and appears not to be following advice it's difficult to remain involved.
