Well, I am a registered nurse, so I have a little knowledge about what I am talking about. However, as you can read in my signature, I'm not allowed to diagnose.
Also, I have not been able to listen to her with a stethoscope.
Now, my recommendation would be to take a picture of this discoloration prior to the doctor's visit so that you can show it to him.
He has seen it. She just had a check up and lungs and all were perfect. Not sure if you read above but when they were little they were on albuteral n pulmicort a lot but now only 2 times a year. I have looked on line about the color change and there are many possibilities. Some say too much sun and there's hyperpigmentaion.. ect.
Also was told there is sometimes changing of pigment with hormones or maybe she need more vitamin b... are you familiar w any of those ideas?
This wouldn't necessarily happen around the mouth though.
OK, thank you for your help
You are welcome. I wish I could be of more help.
Our doctor is coming over, I really appreciate your time.
Glad to hear you can have house calls still.
He's our neighbor! Lucky!
