Adrenalin and Epinephrine* are chemically the same. On my pharamacology course it is acceptable to use either although the use of adrenaline is trying to be phased out by USAN and INN as it bears too much resemblance to a trademark name (adrenalin)

*although if you want to be technical it is L-epinephrine only

Of course we don't have to listen to the USAN but the WHO's INN that's another story
