One mole of a substance has a mass equal to the relative mass of the substance.
Eg.
1 mole of H2 gas has a mass of 2 g (relative mass of 2 H = 2)
1 mole of O2 gas has a mass of 32 g (relative mass of 2 O = 32)
Also, one mole of a substance contains the Avogadro's constant number of particles.
1 mole of H2 gas contains 6.02x10^23 molecules of H2.
1 mole of O2 gas contains 6.02x10^23 molecules of O2.
Try your problem now. You only need to use proportions. Post your answer!
