DO NOT yell at him when he does it wrong or push his face in it. Simply clean up and put the poop in the litter box and put him in it too so he can smell that there's a connection. Cats are very smart, so don't punish him and make him confused.

Ok I showed it to him (didnt shove his face in it) told him no not yelled then put him in his box
Be careful with the yelling. That usually is useless. He's not a dog who might respond to a sharp "No!" Are you with the kitten a lot, so you might recognize the signs of wanting to go potty before he does it? If so, gently pick him up and put him in the box. Otherwise, pick up the poop and him and silently put them together in the box so he can smell the poop and the litter together. You could even gently take his feet and scratch litter over the poop.
He scratches really well and he went to the box on his own to pee and yes I'm home almost 24/7 he's an amazing kitten he loves to cuddle and he's the most gentle player I've ever had but that's why his aggression concerned me
He was very hungry and wanted that hamburger.
Plus, kittens play-fight. That's why he should still be with him mom and siblings. They learn how to play-fight gently with each other.
I guess if I was hungry and some one showed me a t bone I would act the same
I don't know if any one will answer this but I wanted to put in an update that my kitten is much less reactive over food and was wondering, if anyone had some ideas on toys to make-give my kitten from average house hold items because he is wanting toys and all my money went to his formula until payday
Store-bought toys are never as much fun as homemade ones!
Wad up a newspaper page and toss it a short distance across the floor. He will chase it and bat it around.
Cats love empty boxes, so lay one or two (shoe box or small packing box because he is small) on their sides with the flaps open so he can jump on top and hide inside. If you use a large box, cut round and square holes in the sides so he can go in and out that way. Brown paper grocery bags are good too to play in, but don't use plastic ones (choking/suffocating hazard).
On the top of milk gallons is a blue plastic ring. Remove that and let him play with it like a hockey puck. Or securely tie several together.
Put several dry beans or marbles inside an empty pill bottle that has a childproof cap and let the kitten roll it around on the floor.
Always be sure a toy is safe before kitty gets it--no loose strings or small pieces that he can swallow or allowing him to be too high up (climbing your drapes) in case he falls.
He doesn't really bat things around but I didn't even think of boxes he LOVES to pounce on things like the blanket and my feet
Take an old white cotton sock and stuff it with its mate. Close up the end (sew, not staple) and make a fake kitten out of it that he can pounce on. I'd add some dried catnip to the inside before sewing it closed.
I have a question I'm taking him with me to work tomorrow (I work at a vet clinic) but he puked on Friday night I'm assuming because he got into a small bit of cream cheese but he puked again earlier today and all he's had is formula and wet food
Cream cheese is made with cow's milk -- forbidden to kittens.
Cats puke a lot -- what did he throw up?
The night that he snuck the cream chesse out of the trash he puked up his formula and a couple pen head size, clumps of cream cheese then when he puked in the morning 2 days later it was his wet food and formula and my work told me switching formula can cause some puking and I don't know what the previous owner had him on
