As long as she still takes care of the babies, I don't think there's anything wrong with her going outside. It gives her some mommy-time, and she can see her brother.

Also exercise. She doesn't do anything except lay around while inside, outside there are things to chase and attack lol. We are eerrie about letting her out too much so as not to pick up fleas, but it was good for her it seems.
