Once again just got my oil changed and the ticket said "Both Valve/Cover/Gasket Both leak and that the bottom of the engine is covered in oil. What does this exactly mean? Big Job here or nothing to worry about?

The valve covers have a gasket between the cover and the head. They are either leaking or the screws holding them down are loose. Have no idea "how big" as the procedure may require removing a lot of "stuff" or none. At least tell us what car and engine.
Oh Wow, I didn't even put the type of care! 2005 Pontiac Grand Am 3.4 Lt. Engine! Srry about that, wow
You have a transverse V-6. The rear gasket will probably require removing some wiring and piping, front maybe not too much. You may also have "dog bone" engine torque mount in the front that will have to be removed. If you Google "replacing valve cover gaskets on a 2005 Grand Prix V-6" you can fine videos You Tube on how to do it.
Try and go with a FelPro gasket set for this application.
