I have a 2002 Honda Accord Ex Model. It is the 2 door coupe model and is a 4 cylinder manual transmission. My factory car radio resets every time I turn the ignition on and off. I have to enter the stereo code every time I turn on the vehicle. The new problem is that the 6 cd in dash radio does not read the cd or tape deck at all. The radio fuse is fine, the accesory and power wires from the harness all give the right power when tested with a test light.

Perhaps the factory radio malfunctioned? Well, I replaced the old radio with a used factory radio from Honda and the exact problems exist. The radio Am and Fm channels work fine, but the cd player does not read. Anybody have any clue of what may be going wrong. It is driving me crazy.
