    I would like to remove cataletic converter from my 6.0 liter power stroke.. I have not done any other mood's. All stock.. Will I create any problems by doing this.. Codes, overheating, poor mileage, etc. Etc

    You don't mention anything about year and such so I can't say for sure on codes but I can tell you it is illegal to remove a converter.

    It's a 2004 F-250.. And I know it is.. Don't have emissions testing in this state..
