Finally I've take my car to an official Honda Service.
Fortunley, It wasn't the ECU, was the Coil. (It was Honda-original one year old )

Is there a way for test the coil with a basic multimeter?
They advise me to buy new sparks wires to prevent another coil rupture.
I think I'll do it as soon as I could.

Read Sticky, Section B. Bench testing coils has its limitations, though.

Hi txgreasemonkey , I'm still here.
After replacing the coil the car was fine for about ten days. Now is again doing a problem.
But now is more severe. The Engine Stop, The idle noodle goes down. (direct to 0 , not erratic) and after waiting for about 30 minutes the engine stars on again and run fine por about 2 kilometers until it stops again.
I take the car to the Honda official Service again. Now I'm down on my knees and prying all the time.
    I'll keep in touch.

Sounds like a bad Ignition Control Module--make sure they apply the silicone grease to the back of the ICM.
