    You need to hear the fuel pump in the gas tank run for 2 seconds, when the ignition switch is turned to ON.

    . Check all under-dash and under-hood fuses with a test light or multimeter.
    . Do you have spark?

    I already check all fuese they all good and I am not getting any spark I replace the whole distrobter with a use one and still no spark any other idea

    Check/replace the Ignition Control Module and coil inside the distributor. AutoZone can test these items for free.

    OK I got spark and I did the k test eveything good but the car still would not start it crank and seem like it want to start this car had not been sitting for over a month and weather here is average 5 degree yeah that right 5 degree so I am thinking maybe it too cold to start I had my friend crank it wild I went and smell the end of the exhast and I can smell gas so it getting the gas right ? I am thinking maybe I should heat the garage up and let the car warm up then start it any idea ?

    Someone crank it wild I check all the wire all the wire were given spark

    The only thoughts I have are that the Ignition Control Module is bad, internal distributor sensors are bad, or the ignition timing is off. I'd feel better if you checked the ICM and coil. It's possible to have spark, but it doesn't really fire when it should--therefore, the car won't start.

    HAVE YOU CLEANED THE MAIN ECM GROUND ON THE THERMOSTAT HOUSING?

    Well it look like it have on a use distributor so if they replace it and put it back wrong there it would not start right ? Is the ecm ground on the thermostat housing cover in anything cause I try to look for it but there no ground there unless it hiding some where

    The 3-wire brass connector, mounted with a 10 mm bolt, should be on the thermostat housing. It's imperative that you locate and clean this important part of the wiring harness. The black ground wire goes to the ECM.

    OK I got the honda started I am not sure what did it but I replace it with the original distributor and make sure the timing was correct I think the timing was off and I open the air intake box and she start right up after that now the wiper don't work I check the fuse and it good any idea ? Thank for your help
