    I just finished two new books Muddy.. one by Jodi Picoult called;
    "House Rules"... The other by Harlan Coben called; "Caught", it kept me on the edge of my seat until the very last page. You'll never guess the ending.

    Ask again next year when you've read all of these. Has Rachel sprained her brain on Theodore Geisel yet?

    Okay, I know this thread goes back to April & you are probably so inundated but there are a few books that I so enjoyed the titles have stayed with me for years. Some of them were already mentioned so I won't repeat them. There are really so many BUT I will limit myself to listing only 4,

    The Alienist by Caleb Carr
    Aztec by Gary Jennings
    Geek Love by Katherine Dunn
    Puddinhead Wilson by Mark Twain

    If you like epic historical novels, Gary Jennings was one of the best In my opinion. I have read and enjoyed all of his books.

    The "Gita" reads like Tolkien, but slower. Stories of Krsna better told can be found in the Srimad Bhagavatam.
