[QUOTE=jenniepepsi;1814606]you posted this already. You got all the info you need. Please don't ask again.[/Q
Uhhh yea... STILL I LIL CONFUSED!!
Well you need to give it more time. Its not going to get better over night.
If you are really super worried about it, go to the doctor. We aren't going to be able to help you over the net more than we already have hon
Good luck
If you got it done by a pro and are still confused about how to properly care for it then you should have gone back to them and asked them to show you. Or, take jennie's advice and go to the dr.

I recommend around a teaspoon of sea salt to 8 ounces of warm water. Just soak it on the piercing. You should not move the jewelry unless you are cleaning it.
How can you not know what sea salt is?
I agree with everyone else
BUT also... if you wanted to get it done, you should have also taken the responsibility to take care of it too
Also!!
If you took the ring out in that short amount of time its your own fault, the piercer tells you when to take it out and he would have recommended the length of time. 21 days... Nuh uh!
Some people take longer to heal then others I have had a peircing for a year now and a couple months ago was the first time it actually stopped being sensitive... I know the reason why it was so sensitive for so long was because I switched my ring out a month in a half after I got it done... that could possibly be the problem with yours as well. I hear switching out the rings so soon could cause infections and irritations...
Yes it can. Especially with porous jewelry like acrylics. Retainers are plastic and should never be used during the healing process. Surgical steel is the way to go.
Krazi, if this continues to be an issue after giving it another week, I would take the peircing out and go to the doctor to have it checked. You may need to close the hole up and try again later once it heals closed
Hi honey I am not sure if the problem is already taken care of but I do want to help. I got my navel pierced like a month and a half ago and the first few days were just carzy it was really tender. When I first got it pierced at the tattoo shop I got a saline spray rinse for ten dollars there at the place I did the piercing. The lady told me to use it three times a day and try to keep ma hands a way from the piercing as much as possible. So I cleaned it and sprayed it three times a day as she said and my belly is healed/ The name of the spray is blue wave saline spray. I also think that you probably put a new ring in there too quick and most times you have to wiat until you press your navel and it doesn't hurt a bit, then that's the time you know that it is fully healed and when it is not tender anymore. I hope this helped
