    Do I need surgery?
I see many questions regarding dark undereye circles. The answer. Use agood concealer. But can any one help with under eye bags. As most concealers only make the problem more noticeable. I've tried so many products, sleeping with a high pillow. But nothing seems to work. Is the only solution cosmetic surgery?

A temporary cosmetic injection to plump the surrounding areas may help, this is great to fill in the fat loss for undereye dard circles, but I think it could help for blending the fat "bag" by plumping the surrounding areas. Or you could use a permanent injection, or a semi permanent one such as your own fat. Actual surgery may well not be needed. Another thing you could try that would compliment injections is thermage or other laser firming and lifting procedure. As far as at home treatments, I know of none that will give noticeable results.

There are different injectables, some of the temporary ones are Restylane, perlane, evolence, hylaform, juvederm, cosmoderm, fascian, or collagen, the length of time they last differs for each one, about 4-6 months. There are semi permanent ones that last a number of years, a couple of these are and radiesse, sculptra and you own fat transfer. Artifilli is a permanent filler and depending on how its done, your own fat (if Ive heard correctly) can be permanent too. Search cosmetic derma fillers and you will start reading all about it.
