    Vehicle bankruptcy
I file bankruptcy on my vehicle and was able to keep it as long as I kept make payments. The vehicle broken down on me and now I have to pay for repairs on it. I live check to check but need the vehicle to run so I can get myself to work. My question is if I am behind on payments can the loan company take the vehicle away from me. The cost to fix the vehicle is $3000.00. I am really worry because I want to keep the vehicle and still coutine to pay for it. But not sure how to pay for all this when I am have hard time getting credit or loan after file bankruptcy. It have not even been a year since a file for backruptcy only 9 months.. Is there any adivse you can give me..

    Thank you
    A worried person

Borrowing more isn't the answer. You need to make more. Got that second job yet? And get on a spending plan... and sell things... have a garage sale... and... get rid of stuff you don't need like cable, cell phones, etc... cut your living expenses...
