Can someone tells me what can I do to cheange it?

It is a nonnegotiable platinum certificate known as a "One Million Dollar Special Issue." These notes were from a special limited copyrighted art series originally sold by a Canadian firm for $1.00 each as a collectible item. They are not official United States currency notes manufactured by our Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP). As such, they are not redeemable by the Department of the Treasury.

I checked our government treasury site and eBay.

Our government has never produced a bill larger than $100,000 and that was for internal use only, not for the public.

You may be interested to know that the BEP learned of these certificates in the spring of 1982. All related correspondence was forwarded to the United States Secret Service to decide if there were any violations of Federal currency laws. The Secret Service subsequently advised, however, that these certificates did not violate any United States law.

I do not know about the certificates but the one million dollar federal reserve notes that state these notes are legal tender are all genuine.

There would never be negotiable paper money in that denomination. It is non negotiable. If not sure, take it to your bank and ask them.

There have been many examples of $1 million dollar bills being made up, and none of them are real - they are all simoply novelties. Interestingly - printing a fake one million dollar bill is not considered forgery, as there has never been a real one million dollar bill issued by the US Treasury. However, if you attempt to pass this off as genuine you can be arrested and charged with attempted fraud.
