It's perfectly okay. You have some real "heavys" going on for you right now. I really do care! I don't think that it's any accident as to why certain people come together at whatever time. The people on this thread. The fact that I have never before been involved in a site where you are communicating so rapidly with other people. And now, poof! New relationships, and incredible amount of sharing going on about personal, career and not to forget the similarities in what we do, feel and share in the arts of whatever kind. Nothing fake or hiding behind a moniker in a chat room of some kind that is poorly monitored, especially on this thread. I would never use a chat room, by-the-way. Might be the thing to do for some, but not me.

Oh yes, I aboslutely agree. I'm so so thankful I found this website. I've been on just about everyday since. If Im not posting on this thread, Im usually just looking at a few questions and answering, then going to take care of some things around the house!

Lately this website is what's keeping me sane, LOL

I'm trying to catch up. Mailbox is almost full. Am saving things and emptying it. You know whom I am talking about in terms of sharing things with. Perhaps asking those people directly would be a good thing. I know that they wouldn't mind. You know the old saying? "Birds of a feather, flock together." That's exactly how we are on this thread.

I present that as another option for you.

If things are going to get out of hand because you seek help where you are at, then you know that you have another option available to you that wouldn't cause a stir at all within in your organization.

You are looking for options and a way to help figure things out. The cards are already laid out for you here. It's not a gamble at all. You know that.

Yeah, I guess so. I just ahh... I'm really confused. I don't want things to be like this for the rest of my life. Wondering, worrying, it shouldn't be that way,

    Sean,
Your work as always is so much deeper than what it seems.

    Thanks Craig for Jan's link.
Her work is so amazing, especially her details in pencil.

    Hi all,
I am just updating on the happening of this thread.

Things won't be this way for the rest of your life. You don't have to have things be for you like the way that they are now. You don't have to have the wonders and worries that you have.

You have choices to make. One of those choices is to maybe give some tough love to someone. You are an extremely kind person who is in an extremely tough situation. Certain people know that about your kindness who will try to take advantage of you. You need to stand up for whom and what you love. One of those people is you, and what you do in your life. It's okay to be that way, especially at this point in the juncture. If something in your life is going to last to your satisfaction and also someone else's satisfaction, then you have to take action to make it last. No more guessing. Questions and answers straight up and from the hip!

You can keep on wishing and hoping that things will be this way or that. But, the fact is, that we all need to deal with the reality of situations and deal with them accordingly.

I can remember years ago, my mother telling me about her mom and my grandfather whom I never met. He died sometime in the 1940's. My grandfather had a drinking problem. My grandmother told him that it was either he quit the drinking or he would be out the door. (Something like that, anyway.) He quit the drinking.

You see Erica, I am very much like you and that I want to be as correct and as nice as possible, almost to a flaw. We are almost literal perfectionists with our attitudes. There comes the time to step out of the box that we make for ourselves and others try to put us in, and learn another way of dealing with things.

    It's okay to do that.

    Hi, firm!

"Your work as always is so much deeper than what it seems." Amen to that!

Yes, Jan really does some great stuff. Really nice, organized website. I have to put together a website for the concert band with whom I play. I can only hope that I do half as good of a job as Jan has done with hers.

Putting together websites is an art also!

It does take time to catch up on things on this thread! I'm glad that we do try to do that here! I still have some catching up on comments that were made towards me a couple of days ago!

It really is a very enjoyable thread to read! It even has pictures! A good book to read! :)

    Anyway, speaking of time differences

So seeing as how my girlfriend lives in Nevada
And some of you are americans I think
What's the city in Nevada? :)

Ummmmm I'm not sure my iPod in the north america list of clocks just has all these weird names of towns, vegas isn't in there
    What other cities/towns in Nevada?

Well, there's a whole slew of them. Over 300. Some notable ones might be Los Vegas, Reno, Carson City, Cold Springs, Indian Springs... Those are just some that I can think of right now.

None of those 5 seem to be in there
k... maybe it would be more quick for me to list the choices in the I-pod and you guys can tell me which one will have the closest time to what's in Nevada :)
Adak anchorage atlanta austin boston calgary California chicago columbus cupertino dallas denver detroit guatemala halifax havana indianapolis knoxville los angeles managua manchester memphis miami minneapolis montreal nuuk ottawa phoenix port au prince portland regina salt lake city san diego san francisco seattle st johns st loius toronto vancouver winnipeg
(not sure all of those are in the actual usa the category is just north america)
This would be real helpful for me to help deal with time diff tween me and my girlfriend :)
Can't wait to see more art :)

I just want to know that you are okay right now. Not necessarily great and feeling the best that you can be. I know that you aren't that. But just are you okay and better than you have been in the past twenty-four hours? I am very concerned about you, as are others! I need to rest knowing that you are okay. Okay?

Do you get to see your girlfriend very much?

Have you ever seen the Earth at Night images?

Please remember that "We are one, here!"

I guess I am okay, well, I isn't going to do anything stupid this weekend so don't worry :)

What do you mean by "talk" to her? Is this on the telephone?

Over the net, I'm still getting up the courage to ask her for her phone number, it is a big barrier to cross in this kind of relationship.

Yes it is Sean, yes it is. It's something that needs to be discussed in the near future among those of us who care about you while we are in dialogue with you on this site.

Thank you for the clarification as to seeing her and how you communicate with her. This is part of the reason that I was asking about your girlfriend in the other post that you made.

Earth at Night images are really cool! The main one might be here: APOD: 2004 August 22 - Earth at Night

There are others here: Earth at Night - Google Image Search

I do commend you for starting the post "understanding others religions" and also clarifying your intent in the post. It is truly a worthy endeavor!

Please just realize that there are some fanatics who come on here who are just out to argue for the sake of arguing. It is likely that they will find your post. Either by doing a search on the Internet or from inside this site. This site gets excellent coverage in searches on the Internet. Please just ignore them. They can't be pleased, no matter what you say.

I just would hate to see you get discouraged when you have tried to do something that is sincere and working for the good of all. Please be careful!

I am glad that you are okay! Please stay that way!

We are with you, Sean! We are one!

For some reason, when I resized them smaller, they were extremely unclear!! So I resized from original again a little larger so now they look like billboards. Oh well, I couldn't seem to go to bed so just messin' around.
