HI,
Seen any pictures of Michael Jackson lately??
Is this what you want to look like?
Please, be very careful at what you take for something like this. It is NOT a natural thing to want to do... and can cause great harm.
Best wishes, and best of luck,

Hi everyone,
My name is Lotti and I am from austria, it is in the heart of europa (between germany and italy) and I have a big problem with my dark skin. Until now (over 10 years) I have tried several products like hydrochinon-, kojak acid-, obagie creams and stuff like this without any success! Well I don`t know much of "Godiva" but I think it`s the same stuff like all the products that I have already used. I even had painful peelings (with phenol-/fruite- acid) and expensive laser treatments without any positiv result! (my skin even became darker! ) I always used the highest dose of sunblocker and avoid the sun as much as possible. But my skin don`t ligthened up. Now (since 1,5 month) I am using L-glutathion pills, which should have a skin whitening side effect. May it will help me?
Have a nice day!
LOTTI

Hey lotti , hope u doing fine but unfortunately, it looks like we having the same problem,DARK SKIN.hmmmmm anyway am just lucky that I haven't spent thousands of shillings in skin lightening products , I set my mind on only skin lightening pills. Unfortunately I haven't been lucky to get any kind of Good skin lightening pills that have got apermanet effect on the skin,
I tried using lotions until I gave up.
At one time I was going to oder the pills u are using --------the l-gluthione pills but I gat just too curiosus about them . I did not purchase them due to the marketing skills used by the person selling the pills ((( ever heard about kuzami)) well I just got kind worried about what I was going to buy cause it sounded to good to be true.
Hey how iare the l-gluthione pills helping u anyway,I want to buy them but am still looking for a true testimonial from some one who has been using them for quiet a while.
Most probably I will be waiting to hear from youabout how the pills are helping you out,
Well am still on the serch for the best skin whitening lightening pills on the market.
Inact have saved some loads for money for the best pills but I hate buying fake pills on market now.
Anyway do u know of a any good lightening pills that leave permant results on your skin . (( how about the l-gluthione pills , do they real work , how long do they take to work anyway , how much do they cost , thanks.

Hi ZAGADAI, it is nice to hear from you.
Well, I am not a dermatologist but I had a lot of appointments (about 30 to 40 in austria, germany, swiss) with them.
Believe me, they are not in the least able to help you or someone else in this case. Some of them made money with me, by painful treatments like peelings/laser, others sold their own "spezial" (expensive) creams and the most of this FUC**** told me that it`s only a psychological problem.
WELL I THINK, they all have only a basic knowledge (maybe from the university) and all their intersets (now as DR.med... ) exists on making MONEY!! ALL MOTHERF******!!
Okay, until now (really over 10 years) I haven`t got any long term success by lightening my skin. :o I can only assure that creams, lotions and stuff like this don`t work. It even damage every`s one skin. Don´t use it!! Even soaps (papaya), they only have a bad peeling effect (take care of the sun).
Since 1,5 month I am now using this L-Glutathion pills. Well it is true, that they haven`t been developed for skin whitening, but in higher doses and after a longer term (4 to 7 month) of using them it will maybe work. If it is going to work, it is a side effect.
You also ask me about "kuzami"!
It`s almost impossible not to hear about "kuzami"!!
In my opinion, he is only interested by making money with desairing persons. And I know he does, I even found a entry in a hotel in Salzburg (city in austria) where he was on ski-holiday (2004/05) and made advertising for his "SUPERWHITENING PILLS" (The only one who will work). ANNOYING!!
L-glutathion pills and vitamin C, which is the main component of nearly all "whitening pills", you can also buy in every chemist`shop around the corner. You may have to wait one day but you can get sure to get a safe, good product without the risky by ordering in the internet!! FORGET "KUZAMI"!
Have a blessed day and I hope to hear from you!
By the way which country are you from, how old are you, male, female..?

Loti nice to hear from you again.Looks like their is no rteal cure to dark skin.damnnnnnnn
Anyway am set to try out anything ((( only pills ))
Thakns for the advice about kuzami, man I was going to order a full 6 months suply of his pills on his website.damn , he always says that his super lightening pills are the best and the only ones that do work in skin whitening . I Mean at first I was taken up by whatever he said but after sometime I was like huh?
U know he was almost ever where plus the fcat that he had few testimonials if not fake testimonials , hmmmm
I wanted to know some thing, u talked about using the l-gluthione pils , did you s ay 1-5 months or , hm looks like I did not get that one but have u noticed any difference I mean have you seen at least any change however small it may be , have noticed some thing ?
Hmmmmmm
I will be buying the l-gluthione pills very soon , plus the vitamin c pills , I w ill give it my best shot for at least two months if not three , for Gods sake am not excedding 3 months if atall I donot get to see any changes on my skin, u talked about high does for quick change hmmmmmmm looks like I will have to take something like 10 pills per day ((( isn't that an over dose?? )))
I mean am tryinbg to get quick results hhhmmm
Hey hhhm looks that's all
Thanks
Nb u asked me where I am , hmmmmmm am in usa , -----massachusets , am male
Thanks hope to hear from why ou again.

Hi Zagadai,
Well I am using L-glutathione pills (about 500mg to 700mg / 6 to 7 pills each 100mg) a day together with vit. C (about 500mg) each day and a meal now since one and a half month (about 45days). Until now I cannot see any lightening effect. :( This is even okay! If I could see a lightener skin in this short time it couldn`t be a long-term effect. Everyone`s skin is changing all 28 days. It`s a natral circle. I think I have to use this pills-combination for 4 to 6 month (120 to 180 days) to become a 2 shades lightener complexion. This period could be also longer and will depend on your complexion. Well this l-glutathione pills are very expensive ( 60 pieces each 100mg for 30 Euro/$35) even in the chemist`s shop but they are safe there and without order risk`s and coasts to get. L-glutathion is good for everyone`s health and even in very, very high doses not harmful but maybe a waste of money. I am looking for a cheaper, safe way to get l-glutathion but without any success at this time. - Problems with the customs clearance! If I know more I will write.
Have a nice day! LOTTI :D

Hey Zagadai and lotti! I too want to lighten my skin up a few tones. But, I don't want to waste my money on fonies or something that will harm my skin. Something100% natural... So I haven't tried anything yet. Been researching for more than a year now and haven't really found anything yet. I did order on months worth bleaching pills from skinbleaching.net... but I was too scared to take them and threw them away after a long talk with many over the net who told me it was junk... I was $100 for one month's worth, so I was pissed that I wasted my cash like that. Anyway, I DO want to lighten my skin a bit, maybe a yellow color/tone, maybe a bit lighter. I've been also wondering about the L-GLUTATHIONE pills... claiming that the side effect is lighter skin... I want to chose the right/safest one to used. I don't want to damage the skin I've already got, 'cause I'll admit that it's beautiful and clear too. Good skin, just want it to be a little lighter in tone, that's all. I'm a medium brown color. Anyway, Lotti, can you tell me where to go to purchase the pill conveniantly? I mean, not off the net like you were saying before, what stores sell them, I'm eager to try them myself for a few good months. Get back to me ASAP!! Thanks so much! :)

:D Hi Ywellowgal85,
L-glutathione is a small compoed of 3 amino acids called cysteine, glutamic acid and glycine. L-glutathione is normally produced by the body it self!
L-glutathione (good/safe pills) is good for health and a long live!! :)
Best be taken together with Vit C 30 minutes for meal.
(AVOID Vit A, E (pills/high doses) they work well together!! )
L-glutathione was developed for:

Hi everyone,
I am new to this site. I have read intresting things about whitening pills. I am after the same thing. I use to be very light like honey/white. I had severe acne and my doctor prescribed minocyclazine for six months and the dose was double. It did got rid off my acne but left me very dark. My relative that has not seen me in a while does not recognise me and it makes me very upset when they trying to thing I have some seroius health problems. They ask me to go and see the doctor I have something wrong with me and I don't look well. I feel awful then. I have not tried any creams and lotion and simply can't be bother to put it on does not have time to do it either.
I have using L-Glutathione for about 3 months now can see only slight diffrence but it is taking a long time for me is it normal. Has anyone experience it. Does anyone know any better brand that will work faster.
Thanks

Hmm mmm
Where on earth did u get that skin lightenging report? Damn I donot know where u guyz fetch all that data from .

:D Well zagadai I also don`t give up to take my l-glutathione pills. However I would be rather grateful for any (more/new) information. Your soaps works with the pilling effect which is harmful for your skin. By the way even to take your pills and soap is a experiment and maybe a waste of money. I didn`t hope so! Have a nice day!! Hey lotti thanks for the link , I checked out most of them (( all of them anyway)) I took almost 4 hours on some of the forums trying to do some research on the testimonials given by the other members on particular webistes.
And guess what? I checked out yellow gal on one of the dissicusions at some particular site.hmmmmmm
Did u get the difference between japan and usa l-glutathione pills? lol
Wow and guess what some one came up[ and said it was all a scam , that it did not work.hmm ((( I wouldn't want no one to say that when have already made my order))
Well looks like I will be buying the pills pretty soon , plus the vit c and the sun blocker though am trying to get the cheapest prices right now cause lots of the sites I have checked are damn expensinve damn!
Anyway did u say u were using the pills as for now? Hmmm how is it going on your side anyway? Have u noticed any change or difference or anything u can talk about as an aftermath affect of using the pills .
Thanks
Take care.

:) Hi yeelowgal85,
Which pills is your friend using on the other forum?
Some kind of l-glutathione pills.
How long did she/he used now this pills and what` s about her/him experience.
I can` t find any news, answers, experiences... on your other forum.
Amber I think she is using Vit C. together with kojac acid.
I used kojac acid creams together with a Vit C. Serum years ago and it was very harmful to my skin and I stopped it after 4 month. :(
Can you tell me more!

Hello yellowgal85,
How's your research going. Well I read your post and we are in the same boat I am also thinking of trying active white or mabey glutathione pills. Have you found out any info what really works.
lotti
Apr 1, 2005, 05:02 AM
Hi yellowgal85,
Well I` m only using the l-glutathione pills (with Vit C. and a sunblocker).
I don` t like the soaps because they only peel the surface of the skin. They may remove (dark-) pigment on the surface and you will see a fast but but not a long term result. The soaps make your skin even sensitive opposite the insolation. If you don` t use a strong sunblocker you will even become darker. Be carefully.
Other question:
Has any one experience with Lucida DS "unitedshelter.com"?
How is their dlivery service?
How long is the waiting period after ordering?
How is their product?`
Any information would be helpful!
I am still waiting of 2 different orders of l-glutathione!
HAVE A NICE DAY!!
& good luck

Hi lotti
I joined the forum yesturday and read your messages, and I am so glad to have I found you guys. I too have tried a number of things to lighten my skin, even skin resurfacing which was ver expensisve. I am now seriously thinking of trying Lucida ds or active whites, do you know which ones is best. I have been on the united shelter website and I think it looks like it will really work, what do you think. It is supposed to take 3-10 days to receive your parcel has it come yet? Lucida ds is very similar to l-glutathione and works the same way. So why have you ordered these when they are the same as the pills you are taking now. Are the glutathione working for you or are you having any problems with them. If I found out anymore I will let you know.speak to you soon. Tinabrown

Hi TinaBrown,
Well I am still using l-glutathione pills now from the chemist`s shop around the corner. But it` s to expensive their (in high doses)! 60 pieces, each with 100mg 30 euro. Too much. I ordered 20 bottles 60 pieces with 500mg by unitedshelter DS for about $200. Much cheaper! :) I am waiting now since 10 day. I hope it will arrive soon. I have good feeling that this pills are the right thing for us.

Hi lotti
I have some good news, I spoke to randy from the unitedshelter company on the telephone and I don't have to order from the internet I can give my order to him and he will make the collection and send to me. Randy is the brother of the owner of the website, so if anything goes wrong I have his direct contact number. I am in the uk and they have a pick up center for the pills in the uk, so mabey they have a pick up center in whatever country you are in. I as well have confidence in the pills. I'm not quite sure how I buy the vitamin c, is it a tablet or what, and where from? With the lucdia ds there is no vitamin c in it but in other pills there are. I think your order should come if not I will try find out as much as I can for you.

Hi tinaBrown,
Well I am from italy not so far. Unitedshelter.com/ Lucida DS was the cheapest marketing I could find (if you order 10 bottles). Read all things trough in this forum and you will find a lot of links (other forums.. ) and opinios.
As soon as I get my order (10 bottles) I will start using l-glutathione (lucida DS) in the right high doses with the double doses of Vit C. and a sunblocker. (30 min after a meal 3 times a day)
Nevertheless it will still take month to see results (depens on your complexion until 2 years) and to know if it still works. (take a look on the unitedshelter homepage and their you can read more about the period of using)
HAVE A NICE DAY!! :)
Good luck

lotti, thanks for the info on the soap... I was told that it does work a little bit, but not really without the cream, so I'll pass... I get so upset when I keep finding out that there's a bunch of fakes out there selling products that don't even work, or is very damaging... makes me soooo angry sometimes.
Anyway, I think I'm just going to order the "Active white" pills and see how they work out for me. I know it could take a while... so I'm going to try and be really patient when I start taking them... I still need to go to a drug store and find Vitamin C in high doses... Do normal drug stores sell VC in high doses..
And last question... I'm just wondering about "Active White"--it's 500mg L-Glutatione per pill... but I'll need more than that when I multiply (20-40mg x weight--(my calculations: 30mg x 55mg = 1650mg of L-glutathione) I need 1650mg three times daily and Active white only give out 500mg per pill... So does that mean I take more than one pill @ once to meet the actual dosage I'm suppose to take.. Help me out here... Thanks if you can... :)

Hi yellowgal85
Its TinaBrown here just thought I would let you know that yes you do need to take about 1650mg a day so that means taking active white 3xdaily with a double dose of vitamin c. Because active whites have 5000mg each tablet you will be taking exactly 1500mg a day, which is the round about amount you need. I know this because active whites have the same amount as Lucida ds, which I have done a lot of research on and will be ordering.
I hope you have researched a lot on active whites, I know they are 100% natural. If Lucida ds doesent work for me active whites is my second choice, after that I give up. Let me know how you get on.
Domething will work just keep researching.

Hey lotti [italy is not far at all]
You didn't tell me if your Lucida ds have arrived yet, I swear its about day 12 for you now? Second question is I need to know where I can buy my vitaminc from in high doses. And also I am abit worried about the fact that I could be taken the pills for up to 6 months mabey a year, for my complexion. Don't you think it will up our body if we take this for so long. And if we stop after a year we will go back darker or is it permanent that's one thing they don't mention. Let me know all the questions. Thanks

Hi yellowgal,
Your body weight is 55 kg.
55 x 20(mg) = 1100mg
55 x 40(mg) = 2200mg
You should take between 1100 to 2200mg l-glutathione in 3 divided doses with the double of Vit. C a day!
lotti
Apr 4, 2005, 02:55 AM
Hi spyyder,
For skin whiteing you have to take l-glutathione (reduced glutathione is the same)!!
Your bobdy weight is 68kg:
68 x 20 = 1360
68 x 40 = 2720
Take between 1360mg to 2720mg l-glutathione a day in 3 dosis 30 min for a meal together with the double mg of Vit C.
So you have to take between 1360 x 2 = 2720 to (2720x2=) 5440mg Vit C. each day!
All right
USE EVEN A SUNBLOCKER!
good luck

Hmmm... that is a good question... I didn't know that VC made you gain weight... I'll just have to eat less to maintain my weight then... or just exercise or something... Anyway, spyyder, I think the dosage after maintaining your desired tone is 500mg of L-glutathione, and double that (1000mg) of Vitamin C once daily. Hth!! :)

Would you get permanent results by taking L-glutathione and Vitamin C?
.. Spending that much money on pills and lightening creams then having your complexion change back after a while Without continual use would be just terrible

Apr 8, 2005, 09:31 PM
Hi Tina,
Tell me about it! I could understand if I were to tan in the sun and have my pigments return.. but not naturally on its own.
.. So Lucida would give permanent results? And it’s a lightening pills.. right? Can you use any other lightening creams with it… just to speed things up?
Are you using Lucida right now? Actually the link isn’t working.
I’m sorry for bombarding you with all these question but I’m really curious. I’m tired of all these FAKE products that only lighten my purse. I want to find something that works, and permanently! If you know anything please do share.
Thanks for the response.

HI LOTTI
That is great news, I hope that they come through. I emailed the owner of the website and he basically said that the pills need to be taken forever. So once you start you can't stop, so make sure this is defenetly what you want and can afford.

Hey monica.
You should go to the website they have a great amount of information. But yes results are permanet as long as you keep taking the pills, once you stop I think the pigment will come back, as far as I know. And yes they are skinlightening pills but known as skin whitening. You can also use other creams and soaps to make the process more quick because the pills work from within the body and the creams etc work outside on the actual skin. I don't think the product is fake, just use it as it says and it will work.
Hope I have given you some help.
Keep up the research something will work.

Hey guys.
I too want to be a shade lighter.
Im currently doing it the safest way possible. Im wearing my sunblock lotion and drinking carrot juice; I love carrots. Also every night I dab buttermilk on my body; I forgot how buttermilk works to fade spots but it does for me. Also I'm blemish free. Apple cider vinegar, Combine two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar with one teaspoon of orange juice and apply to the spots, preferably on a cloth or cotton pad that is secured to the area.
Check these sites out. There's lots of helpful information in them and a lot of helpful people as well.
Good luck guys :)

Hi Lotti,
Thanks for the info and good luck, I really hope it works.
I hope it will work as fast as it would for Asians. And believe me I know what it’s like to get scammed, that’s why I’m so skeptical about buying these products. That Kumanzi character is also a scammer, or so I’ve heard.
And Thanks for the links Amedeco!

Hi monica,
Kuzami is too expensive and there is no big company behind him. That is the big problem! He only wants to make good fast money. I think I am lightener as a asian and so it should work fast. However L-glutathionein in high dosis is the only thing which I think that could really help. I have tried so many creams... -all fakes- and a big waste of money
Unitedshelter seems to be very credible. I even can`t believe such a big fraud. Nevertheless it`s great pity that I cannot find a person (in the net) which used l-glutathione in the right dosis and long enough for her/his complexion.
I think it`s maybe too new.
Nevertheless I`m optimistic.
Life is very hard with such a skin/pigment problem.
Monica which country are you from and how old are you?
Good old europa?
I hope to hear from you soon!
p.s. what does scammer mean?
monica
Apr 12, 2005, 03:14 PM
Hi Lotti,
I heard Kumanzi's Products doesn’t even work. I was browsing through a site and some folks were having a conversation about it in those regards. Anyway, I really hope L-glutathionein in high doses really works. I have to say that I’m very skeptical about lightening pills itself, therefore I’m keeping my fingers crossed tightly that this works.
My skin complexion is uneven. I really want to find something that will give me an overall even complexion. I’m 23 and I live in Canada, which I guess is a disadvantage. While browsing through sites, I’ve realized that quite a few companies that don’t cater to Canadian residents.
Also, I heard that Fair and flawless has lightening pills. I’ve emailed them question but they have yet to respond.

How long have you been using that product?. did/is it working?

Apr 14, 2005, 09:44 PM
Hi Tina,
That’s OK. Thanks for the reply.
Even though this product works more quick for Asian skin tones, or similar, I guess it does sound convincing (as do they all). Thing is I’m so darn skeptical of lightening pills itself. But you never really know what works until you try it, unfortunately. Fair and Flawless has lightening pills (particularly made for brown/dark skinned individuals) that I was considering... Until they didn’t respond to my emails.
I was going to order the custom made pills, and creams from F&F. I’m not sure anymore though. Anyway, no I haven’t checked the website for pick-up areas in Canada. There are just so many skin lightening products all promising to be the ‘it thing’ but many are fakes. So before I try anything, I want testimonies for individuals that have tried the product and had success.
I don’t want to get ripped-off. If you want to try it, maybe you should get testimonies for other people who have tried it before ordering.

Hi everybody,
I stumbled upon this forum after hours and hours of researching like everybody else here no doubt. I have been looking for a safe and effective method of skin lightening for years and years and have wasted lots of money on various creams, potions and lotions! I am so cautious now and only want to spend my money on something unless I am really convinced that I will see results! This L-glutathione seems very interesting... and thanks Lotti for all your information and personal experiences/recommendations. I am thinking to purchase these pills... I was wondering how anyone is getting on with them? And also does anyone have any comments on the Lucida-ds whitening system on the http://www.unitedshelter.us/lws.html site?
Again, its lotions and potions... if anyone has any comments, would really appreciate it. Its comforting to know that there are other people out there in the same position looking for answers! Hopefully we will find a solution!
Take care

Hi skinwhite,
Thankx for your information/reply. Well I know that I have to become a member before I can "log" in. But I still have problems with my internet-access. -sorry- only the 1/2 things work
However I know melatonin rather good. I have even used it already.
Melatonin is hormon and it`s used as a "natural" sleeping pill in the usa.In the usa you can get it in every drugstore. In europa (without the netherlands) it`s even not possible to receive it.
Melatonin make your pigmentation smaller. (it is a side effect)
There is no long term success at all!! Melatonin (I have used 9 to 16mg a day) is even harmful for your body. Guyz please stay away from this stuff. -okay- If anyone found out something news I still will answer. Cu

Yellowgal, I’m right there with Ya.
I too am searching for lightening pills that actually WORK!!

Have you tired or heard anything about the ones fair and flawless sell?
…I heard they sell pills. And since their products are specifically made for ethnic skin tones -- African American individuals-- it might be more of good use.

I had been using Fair and Flawless whitening gel on my face since Novembember of last year (a chinese lady introduced it to me in her store in Ft. Jackson, NC). She told me that she is always selling out of it because people always come back for more. 2 months later, I visited my mother in San Antonio. She hadn't seen me in about 4 months, so she told me that she noticed that I was lighter than before. My skin color is the color of Tony Braxton.
So anyway, switching things up a bit, I ordered the whole Godiva ethnic lightening set (about $110.00) and have been using it for about 2.5 weeks now. And although I don't notice any lightening difference yet, my skin IS free from all open pores, blackheads and anything else. My face is definitely flawless right now. :D
I was hoping to speed things up a bit with some pills. I read some of you referring to "Asia White" pills and asked a question about it a few days ago, but no one answered.
Anyway, if anyone finally finds some "Asia White" pills other than that scam site, please let us know.

"melatonin" Hi yellowgal85,
As I can see on your replies in the internet your are very interseted in skin whitening. Nevertheless you didn`t order l-glutathione pills until now nor use them. WHY?? To wate is a waste of time! It took time to order and 3-6 month until you might see results.
I have ordered 10 bottles (600 pills Lucida DS) from unitedshelter and 300pills (Aktive White) from ganda. There is no problem at all to find a seller of l-glutathione pills. What is your problem? Everything arrived to me!!
I am using l-glutathione pills now (2500 mg each day) in the correct dosis with vit C since a month. It`s to short to say something but I know that I am doing something and will know more soon! ;)
- sorry - It`s more better to try/change something instead of wailing and wasting time.
Ps. Forget melatonin!! It`s a sleeping hormon. It`s harmful for your body!
I have even used it years ago on myself and there are no results!

Sorry, Monica. I made a mistake. When I went back home, I realized it said, "Fair and White -Paris" as the name brand, and not "Fair and Flawless". My bad :o
And Lotti, thank you for clearing that up for me. And which pills are you using right now, the pills from united shelter or the Asia White pills from ganda?
If Fair and Flawless has pills, I will check into. I want to be a guinee pig, like lotti LOL! As soon as I am satisfied with my research, I will finally order and begin the experimentation.
Possible Candidates
1. Glut pills from United Shelter
2. Asia White
3. Fair & Flawless

If you want to look into F&F’s products you can check out their website (fairandflawless.com)

Monica, that does sound weird that they don't answer your questions...
I would like to know if they put any bad ingredients in their products (kojac acid, hydroquinine, etc). Those kind of questions should never be unanswered.
I printed and filled out their 4-page health questionare and I am going to submit it along with a picture of me and a picture of an individual who has the desired skin color I want. This is the process for their "customed-designed lightening sets. I will send it off tomorrow and hopefully they won't quote me some incredibally ridiculous amount of money for it.
Maybe they will see that I am serious after I submit the form and can ask them some questions. Any questions you want me to ask them if I get their attention?

I was at my friends house today, her dad is a dermatologist. I showed him the website of fair and flaless and he laughed and said it is the most ridiculous thing that he has ever heard to submit pictures for a custom made formula. There is no such thing and those claims should not be trusted. He said skin is individualized and the lightening is not determined by the formula, but by the melanocyts... something or other  reaction to a cream. He also said for what they are charging you could go to a professional and get proper care, and not to trust such false statements. He looked at me with his bearing eyes and said your not thinking of trying it are you? I felt scared! I said no sir. He said good because you can damage your skin by trusting such nonsense.
So then I asked him what would work. He said hydroquinone is the most common way, but that is not the answer to my problems since it's not a one time cure. He is going to put me on a combination of Retin A micro and something else... I think he said liquitin or something like that. He said next time I come over, he'll give me samples. I can't wait!

I am happy for you that your friend`s dad is a dermatologist. Over the last 11 years I have consult more than 30 dermatologists within a radius of 700 km.
No one of them was able to help me anyway. This is even the reason of this side! Dermatologist have no knowledge in this case. Hydrochinon he told, or? Every dermatologist will tell you that stuff.
However ask your friend`s DAD (the dermatologist) what he skin about l-glutathione in high dosis with vit C. as a skinwhitner?

May 12, 2005, 06:46 AM
OK whatever- I was trying to just share what I heard about fair and flwls to save peoples money and more imprtntly there skin.
Oh by the way, you were prob seeing white derms that have no knowledge - my friend and her dad are Spanish so can relate. He also said from his country that mercury was very common there and many peeps were poisoned from skin ltng creams. He said other creams had steroids and peeps using it for over 3 years found their skin covered in hair, blotchy and suffered from cyst acne until he had to correct it. Many companies having bad reputation there will try to sell in this country under diff names, since US and FDA can not check every item or website.
U said every dr says hydrochinon - well then there must be a reason why all are saying. He said if I want to lighten more than spots or specific areas, hydrochinon is no good bcs you have to keep using and can be cytotoxic if you keep using. Well I've said enof. Hope I have helped some.

Obagi Hi skinwhite,
Well it`s nice to read your new reply but my only quesition was to know what your friend`s DAD (the dermatologist) think about l-glutathione in high dosis together with vit C. as a skin whitener. Only his opinion and this isn`t anwered at all.
I used until now numbers of creams (even with hydrochinon and also obagi) without any long term success and I could not believe that there exist a real lightening cream.
The opinion of your friend`s dad would be interesting to this forum and to me.
So let hear from you!!
I`m still using now l-glutathione pills 2500mg together with 3000mg vit C. since over a month but it will/should take 3 to 6 month to see if it works.
They don`t even promise success overnight so I still have to wait. Until now I couldn`t even find any reply of experience together with l-glutathione that I could really trust. Maybe it`s all a big fake?? - I don`t know now! Sometimes it seems to me a little bit strange that only Philippines companies sell this pills but who knows maybe they have more knowledge there in this case. Whatever I have about 800pills (each with 500mg l-glutathione) at home and I still take them on! Until now (about a month) I couldn`t recognise any changes. All right
I hope to hear from you guyz and maybe someone who visit this side has even long term experience with l-glutathione on her/him -self.
Ciao ;)
Ps. As you could find on an old reply from me anywhere in this forum I have already even used OBAGI and it is for nothing the biggest waste of money at all!!

They replied they do not give money back guarantee to international buyers and that they could not scan there certificate as they are "not allowed" I sk them to post it to me but that no luck
I asked them to give me names of there bulk buyers they also told me they were "not allowed" despite the fact they displays there international suppliers details on there web site. HI GUYS
Haven't been on the site for a while, seems like I have missed quite a bit. But I have been doing some more research. Hey lotti I also have ordered my pills from unitedshelter like I said, but I am giong to pick mine up from one of the suppliers in the uk, when they arrive. That is so true that only the phillipeans only know about l-glutathione, because I went to a chineese herbalist who you think would mabey have heard of it but she didn't even know what I was talking about. I went to my [italien] dermotologist who I see under the NHS [here in the ENGLAND] and she said she has heard of skinwhitening pills that work but have bad side effects, and before I could say any thing else she said DO NOT USE them. But the main thing guys is that she called it a different name, nothing like l-glutathione or any other pills mentioned on the site. Im going to book another appoitment and ask her if she's heard of l-glutathione with vitamin c to work. But I no there is something because look at Michale Jackson [ even though he has gone to far], little kim, and even people from my country where I originate, they were once black and are very light now from head to toe in a very short space of time.
Keep researching, something will work

Hi realhipchick, I’m not sure what ingredients FnF contains, quite frankly I know nothing about their products, Just hearsay, since the reply to my questions was vague. But I hope they at least respond to your request and concerns. Good Luck!
The lady in the before & after pics spent about $1000 to get to that complexion with the custom made products. But I also heard that without continuous usage of FnF, your natural complexion will shortly return after you stop. However, I’m not sure how much truth this holds. Not sure if I want to find out for myself either.
I’m still trying to find if they really make custom made pills, I’m also still waiting for a response. Can you please try asking them? I’ll probably give them a call but I’m going to keep searching for new solutions.
Thanks!

Michal Jackson, creams;
Hi guyz,
I think some guyz on this side are on the wrong way and maybe even on the wrong side!! :(
This side is about "skinwhitening pills" and not about creams and stuff like "Fair & Flawless". ( Nevertheless I have e-mailed them with a few question, without an anwer until now) Until now I have used numbers of creams (contain: hydochinon, kojac acid, vit. C, arbutin.. and creams from obagi, godiva.. ) without any long term success and without any, bad, harmful side effects!
I even can`t believe that there is a cream that will really help someone in this case.
In my opinion the only way to lighten up, is to stop the production of melanin FROM INSIDE by using pills, foodstuff or something like that.
I don`t think that someone hold Michael Jackson up as a model.
What I know about M.J. "lightening-process" is that she/he oxidise her/his melanzyten over the years. So Michael Jackson has no body``s defences against the sun! M.J. or that what she/he/it did shouldn`t be a model for someone on this side!

Uksearch. I've tried makari and they broke my face out!! My face just started to clear back up after I STOPPED using it. I think you can get acne from it. Some people have good results I guess, but they could just be people who work for them so... I don't trust them. A total waste of money. The pills are also dangerous! Someone in a previous entry explained how and found the ingrediant that's not edible... Your choice though. I nolonger trust any cream, etc. Makari I been hearing has steroids in it. But that don't let it be really known. If you DO decide to buy it, have it tested!! Only L-glutathione has the chance to really work long term-wise.
Anyway, Spyyder. You're right about just getting L-glutathione from a place you know is legit. I'm thinking about that also, 'cause Ganda has failed to get back to my replies/emails. I've ordered a bottle of "twin lab" L-glutathione off the net. It's not sold as a whitening pill, but a vitamin of an online drug store. Until I find a pharmacy locally that sells it in large doses, I'll be taking these for now. I'm actually going to make the mixture myself.
"active white ingredients: 500mg L - glutathione, 250mg Vit. C , 250mg Grapeseed Extract
I've gotten 3 bottles of VC off the net (vitamin store) 1000 mg each cap (100 caps per bottle)
I've gotten a bottle of 250 L-glutathione (but I'll take 2 caps @ a time which will make 500mg)
I'm about to order Grapeseed extract when I can (searching right now).
And I'll be starting in about three days when everything is delivered: I'll be taking from 1500mg-2000mg of L-glutathione daily (much more than my needed dosage, but I want to make the process go faster. This better work!! It's about the only safe alternative. Wish me luck.

Yeah, Monica; you are probably right. I never looked at it that way. I will still try to give it a shot though :p
UKsearch, you might want to search a lot of reviews on Makari before purchasing from them. Also, I know you are anxious, and so are all of us. Just try and take your time before making a decision so you won't regret anything~
And Yellowgal, I guess it really doesn't matter WHO you get the pills from, as long as the same ingredients are still there. Congrats on the end of your search and good luck on your homemade cocktails!
I am still real interested in those Averyskin (sp?) pills. I would like to find out how much l-glutathione they put in each pill...

Hi uksearch; :D
For some guyz on this side, specially the "new one`s", it would be better and helpful to read all the replys before they ask the same questions again and again!!
Well all this questions (particularly about the use) are still answered :p ; you can even find them on the homepage of unitedshelter!
However uksearch your body-weight is 55kg.
55kg x 20mg to 40mg = between 1100mg to 2200mg l-glutathione
together with 2200mg to 4400mg Vit C.
in 3 divided dosis over one day 30min. For a meal!!
All right? ;)
... and use a sunblocker (20 to 30) -not to strong-
uksearch it`s up to you, which l-glutathione you will order/buy.
If you order Lucida DS you will find out that their bottle doesn`t look like the one you see on their homepage!
I have heard the japense l-glutathione (Ishigake / ultrawhite / the "blue one`s") are stronger.
Well I am changing now every month ( one month Ishigaki the other Lucida DS) because I have read somewhere it`s good to change after a some time.
Probably I will give up a statement about my results and experience together with l-glutathione/vit C. pills as a skinwhitener in August 2005!
NOW it`s still to early for a evidence / judgement!!
Ciao LOTTI!!
ps.: forget "pallit" and all this stuff!!
Neither you could find out much about the ingredients of their product
nor how "it" should block the production of melatonin.
You will not even find a person on this side which have used it on their
own (it`s to new; 2005). If you want experience, try it on yourself,
waste your money and inform us! THANXS!!
Guyz there is no "wonder-medicine" outside and if someone/a company discover something news in this case of skin lightening the ingredients are not top secret because there is a patent!

Hey I sent an email to Avre Skin Care the Pallid pills and creams this the reply:-
If I order online how long will it take for the pills to arrive in the
> uk?
Based on feedback from clients in the United Kingdom, it takes between
7 and 21 days for a parcel to be received.>
I am due to get married in three months and want to lighten 2-3 shades
> will this really work I have used the speed white and had no luck?
Unfortunately, our tablets will not make you white. The lightest that they
will make your skin is the color that appears under the arm, near the armpit.
It is extremely important to make sunscreen a part of your daily beauty
Routine (even when cloudy or overcast) as this not only prevents premature
Aging of the skin but also prevents dark or blemished skin from becoming
Any darker.
Our products are natural and do NOT bleach the skin but, rather work to
Reduce the reproduction of Melanin which is responsible for dark skin.
IMPORTANT:
Although you appear to be desperate to lighten your skin, we do NOT
Recommend the use of any products that contain Hydroquinone.
The short term benefits of Hydroquinone are that it bleaches the skin
And therefore works very fast and can be noticeable in a short space
Of time.
One of the possible side effects of Hydroquinone is "Exogenous Ochronosis",
Which can cause progressive darkening of the area to which it is applied.
When this side effect occurs histologically, degeneration of collagen and
Elastic fibers occurs.
This degeneration is followed by the appearance of characteristic ochronotic
Deposits consisting of crescent-shaped, ochre-colored fibers in the skin
(dermis) scattered around in smaller clumps as darker pigmentation.
This can be unsightly and permanent scarring can take place.
We trust and hope that the above answers your questions.
Kind Regards
Ruth Davy

Hey Lotti. My I am glad that I was able to find some good support. I am sort of new to this. I have been using creams for years. Some work but its consists of a lot of time for a daily routine... You guys seem to know a lot about the pills. I was very disopointed to discover that the swiss whitening does not work. Or does it work not work for everyone. I am in the U.S. and I orderd the Swiss whitening last Month. I am down on the last 5 or 6 pills. And Just placed another last week. I an going to give it a try. So what are you using. My skin is naturally the color of the a brown paper dag. But all I want is to even out my over all skin color to a golden brown maybe two shades lighter. Do you think L-Gluthione is right for me? I have a class reunion in October. Do you think that that will be enough time. Look forward to your response.

Hi
Im an indian in the uk I were born here in the uk and my skin is tanned I just want to lighten my skin slightly because all of my family is lighter then me.
Im qurious on this site every 1 is chatting about l-gluthione and vit c I'm thinking of taking this but "NObody" on this site has actually said that it works id like just 1 person to say that yeah I've been taking this stuff and it really has made my skin lighter but I haven't read 1 post saying that maybe I missed quite a few,
I don't trust the people that are selling the product because they will say anything to make you buy it.
"SO PLEASE ANY 1 WHO HAS HAD SKIN LIGHTENING RESULTS USING L-GLUTHIONE + VIT C PLEASE POST NOW"
And if no one has had skin lightening results then I don't see the point of carrying on this thread or talking about it because you might be all going on the wrong track and this thread is a mission to read.
Also if any 1 has had results could they posibly post some pics!!

Hi guyz :D
... believe me only pills (l-glutathione) could may help to solve our problem!!
Skin whitener such as hydorquinone, kojac acid, arbutin tretinon and other bleaching agents have no depigmentation effect on normal skin.
They are used to treat hyperpigmentation disorder such as melasma and postinflammatory hyperpigmentation.
Long-term use on large skin area may pose health risks and may induce post inflammatory hyperpigmentation!!
Peeling and laser treatment may induce post inflammatory disorders (could further darken your skin)!!
Well I`m using l-gluatthione the right way now since 2 month.
I could not see any results but maybe the starting process of lightening take more time.
It is nice to see that also kazumi watch this side. Maybe he is right.
I hope so! He seems to me to be onest. He had also the possibility to say he his a customer of kazumi and had bíg success with a other name.
Forget gazwick there is no wonder pill!!

Guyz nice blush going on here.looks like am back. Guess what.Have been using the L_GLUTATHIONE pills for many months and I can say that using l-glutathione pills is not funny at all.Well guess what, before I go on any further ,please never tell anyone that you using l-glutathione pills to get a fair light skin complexision.! My dermatologist is still making jokes out of it.He always breaks down laughing whenever he thinks of it.Taking l-glutathione pills to get light acomplexision? At first it did not seem funny ,it looked to be real , I tried it,gosh. What a blunder I did not know that one day I could opt to go for NUTRITION PILLS TO LIGHTEN UP MY SKIN COMPLEXISION! Can you believe that?
Well this is what happened.I made 10 orders of L-Glutathione pills from different people all over the world ,in hope of getting quick results from using a variety of pills but all from the same brand going under the same name __L_GLUTATHIONE PILLS.
Of all the 10 orders I made , I only received 2,can you believe that? Only received 2. Many websites advertising these pills are scams , SCAMS .
Many of these campanies usually go unnder a names of a famous dermatologists and claim to have their endorsement of their pills.Did I say that one of my sellers was a transsexual stripper down in Philippines? Can you believe that?Gosh have I ever been rippeed off by a homo male turned into female striper who claimed to know everything about l_glutathione?
I started using these pills in hope of getting or seeing a difference within a months time of taking the pills,One month nothing happened, Two months down the road I noticed an awkward change,Not a light complexision as expected but a pimple accne developing skin complexision.!
Third Month nothing happens ((but the acne is real coming up too fast)) at first I thought it was OK ((NB--I HAD ALREADY STARTED USING THE L-GLUTATHIONE PILLS BY THE FALL OF 2003))!
6 months down the trail things begin to get out of hand, I go and see my dermologist , at fisrt I did not tell him that I was using l-glutathione pills , big mistake.
One year down the trail, NOTHING HAD CHANGED NOT EVEN A FRAIL KIND OF DISCOLORATION , but I still kept of using these pills, during this period of time I was making fresh orders of the pills,1 year and a half down the trail, My acne got worse ,which lead me to go and see a doctor .The doctor did his usual checks and after a minute asked me if I was taking any drugs ,told him that I had been using the l-glutathione pills to lighten up my complexision, wow , he let out the loudest laughs I have everr had and left me puzzled!
Did I say that have noticed something like my skin taking on A DARKER shade.its hard to see but I have seen myself many timesinfront of the mirror (((my face real is not the best thing to look at anyway))) and noticed kind of a new dark shade!
And guess what ,
A research at Cornell universty suggests that higher than normal amounts of L-glutathione could promote type 2 diabetes.!
This was revealed by James Clung who received his PHD at cornell this spring .
Did you know that taking more than normal amounts of L-Glutathione pIlls can cause CANCER?!
Well a study in the June 6 2000 issue of the juornal science shows that racid fat molecules can react with L-gluatathione to form products that can harm DNA! It can also cause genotoxins(DNA -damaging agents) from lipid hydroperoxides, the implication being that l-glutathione may enchance mutagenesis and the risk of cancer.!

Hey everyone. I don't know how to begin... hmm... Scary stuff from Z. Makes me want to stop, on the real. Maybe he's been taking the kind of L-glutathione with goat placenta in it?? It's known to cause acne and weight gain... That's another reason I had to go with a real vitamin store to insure safety...
I've been taking L-glutathione for a little bit (Twinlab 250mg) and I've noticed a difference... very small difference (maybe because I've only been taking it for such a short time--going on three weeks.) I can say that my face does glow quite a bit... And it seems just a tiny bit brighter too... I'm not saying that I'm really light now or something like that, because I'm not. But I have seen a small difference in my face, glowing/brigter. Even Kazumi's site says there's no dangers in it, so if it doesn't lighten, then @ least I'll be getting vitamins lol :p . NO, I don't buy my pills from Kazumi. Personally I don't trust him'/her?? I've ordered off a regular vitamin store online--L-glutathione in low doses... Where it's safe, and I know I'll be getting it delevered to me stat (came in three days). It's just a low dosage (250mg), that's all. So I've been taking about 8 capsules a day (2000mg) Every six hours with a 1000mg of Vc and things. I'm thinking of changing my ingrediants to imput rosehips and the grapeseed extract too. I want to find a place that sells L-glutathione locally as a vitamin @ a real ligitamit store I can walk/drive to... I'm searching around.
I think I might stop with the L-glutathione process for a while because I've noticed when going to work that the sun has become quite bright/hot and with myself wearing long sleeves and jeans and hats to keep for tanning any darker, it's become quite a hasle... I'm always sweating , etc. I'm afraid I'll be waisting my money if I take the L-glutathine in such hot weather and not see results because of the hot sun and the summer weather. I think I might just wait until the fall when it cools to start L-glutathione again. I'd be easier to stay indoors all summer, but I've got a summer job and I'm away @ college too (I'm nineteen) and don't have the money to waist... I'll just have to cover up the whole summer... people are starting to become suspicous, but I can't let that stop me. If my mother found out I was using my money on this, she'd be very upset with me. My mother's a very proud woman, but I have my grandmother's permission (she's German). Anyway, I'm not sure if I'll actually hold off until fall or continue... I'll get back to you all later. Hope you are all well

Hi zagadi
"Nice" to hear again from you.
Well there is something rather strange with you!!
Well your first reply on this side is from the February 2005.
March 2005, you have no experience with skin lightening pills (l-glutathione)!
You even have written in march 2005... I WANT to buy them (l-glut.) but am still looking for a true testimonial from some one who has been using them for quite a while... and so!!
... no experience to this time at all!!
:p
Now not even 3 month later you say you have used l-glut. For a 1/2 year or more.
Are you even not able to calculate??
OR how is this possible.
Did you have a time machine?
You have got acne...
L-glutat. Should cause cancer...
I THINK YOU HAVE AN BIG BRAIN-DAMAGE!!
Othrwise I could not explain that! :D
I have asked an biolog-chemist and an internist about l-glutat.
In the badest case l-glut (in this high dosis) could harm your nerves!
And there are no studies of l-glutat (in this dosis)!
Zagadi is totally mentally confused and not serous at all!!
Well I`m using l-glut pills with vit C now since the 2nd of February 2005 and in the right/high dosis since the 12th of April.
NO acne...
Zagadi you mixed up something!
Smoking causes cancer...
... and a lot of people smoke although they know it`s very harmful!!
Before I used l-glut. if I had an injury on my skin I become a new dark skin on this place now I become white there!!
And this is all that I could notic until now!
A good change!
It`s rather not good that some guyz on this side curse about "kazumi".
Who has had own experience with him/her.
I think no one on this side!!
Zagadi I could not even believe at all that you ordered from 10 different companies l-glutat and get 2.
Are you stupied?
I ordered from 2 and get everything!!
Yellowgal85 did you even speak a little bit german?
Keep on using l-glut. Even over the summer with sun-cream.
Ciao lotti
Ps. Atlas you didn`t answer my question.

Hey guys,
I've been using HAWAIIAN TROPIC SUNBLOCK uva/uvb protection 70 spf and it's helped a lot. The color of my skin is rather the same. I'll add that I don't expose my body to the sun just my hands and face. I wear jeans and wear two black long sleeve shirts with a cardigan (a green or white cardigan sweater). and yes, it's very hot indeed wearing pairs of clothing but it's worth it! The suns getting a lot stronger, Global Warming.
Before bed, I get half a cup of milk and splash it on my face for 20 min. It tones your skin and makes it smooth. Also, I dab some vitamin E&K oil.
Im also going to work graveyard shifts and try to stay out of the summer sun.
Wal-mart pays $15-$17 per hour for graveyard work.

Hi guyz...
-SORRY-for wasting your time with this "magic amira cream". :o
It contains natural chamomile extract, milk extract, sun block, full spectrum UVA, UVB, HYDROQUINE, ASCORBIC ACID...
... a lot of stuff!
The sellers will not tell you that "AMIRA MAGIC CREAM" contains high level of mercury and is not intended for the face.
It was intended only for underarm!
The most dermatologist has banned that product since it contaoins harmful ingredients.
Never use products that has mercury!
Magic Cream are made in the KSA and amira magic cream in the Philippines!
DON`T BUY/ORDER THIS STUFF!! :p
Once again -sorry-

I use l-glutathione from unitedshelter and ganda. Both seem to be real and to work for lightening!!
General my face appear to me lightener, I even have no spots now in my face and my dark eye circle are away.
NOT ENOUGH for me but once again I`m still using l-glutat. Pills together with vit C. in the right/correct way since 2 month.
#TOO short, we will see what the future (next 1-2 month) will bring but I know/think I`m on the right way.
Good luck & have a nice day!!

Atlas, I talked to my dermatologist about hydroquinone and he says its only safe for short term use. He said doctors only prescribe it because they make it clear that the patient should only use it for a few months to treat hyperpigmentation (areas that are darker than your natural skin color). The problem with using hydroquinone for general skin lightening is that you need to continue using it long term if you want to maintain the results. If you stop using it after a few months, your skin will return to its normal color quickly. My dermatologist does not recommend using even 2% for more than 3-4 months.

To each it's own. So, why prescribe it if your skin will return to it's normal color quickly once you stop, that's my question.

I asked him the same question. He said its used to treat areas that are over active in producing melanin and can help bring it down back to normal skin color. It can't go and lighten you more than what your natural skin color will allow unless you keep using it for a long time. Doctors arnt supposed to prescribe it for general skin whitening. Its meant to treat dark spots and hyperpigmented areas.
Spyder, he didn't mention anything about that. He just said there are reported risks involved with using hydroquinone for long periods. I didn't ask him in detail what they were.

Hi atlas...
Well I´`m not interested at all to quarrel with someone on this side!
I think this side is about "skin lightening pills" / experience with it and not about hydroquinone or other creams.
I didn`t have had good experience with hydroquinone!
I used it for about 9 years for a long term. At the beginning even I had "good" results with it, but after a time of 2-4 month the lightening power was over!!
This are my experience!!
And from now on I will not say anything about this subject.
I also think about leaving this forum.
Nothing news at all since the beginning only a lot of stuff!
I`m only interested in experience from persons which used l-glutathione longer than me!
And therefor I need the period/dosis of using and their skin typ.
Otherwise it isn`t helpful at all!
Now I look 12 years for a real whitening product and I nearly believe there is nothing!
Ciao LOTTI
Atlas
Jun 21, 2005, 05:28 AM
Lotti, don't you think 9 years of using it seems excessive?
Products containing more than two per cent hydroquinone can cause irreversible hyperpigmentation. Spyyder, I've read it under VI B, it says: It is also NOT known whether hydroquinone can cause fetal harm when used topically on a pregnant woman or affect reproductive capacity. So it's not a known fact as far as human reproduction whine on hydroquinone is concerned. If it was me, I will refrain form using it if Im pregnant.
If you feel that pills are more effective and safe, that's your opinion, I'm not here to stop anyone from using anything that you deemed safe. And I'm not going to play GOD either. It must be known that these products (hair spray, shampoo, gel, moisturizer, lotion, toothpaste just to name a few) that we use in our eveyday life has drugs and have potential toxicity if used excessively. Thank you and Good Day!
:p
Atlas

Then you can only use it for up to 3-4 months tops. It is not advisable to use this long term, since it can cause irreversible hyperpigmentation. Goodluck.

Hi guyz,
Is it true that also beta carotene help to stop the production of melatonin.
I always thought the opposite.
Did anyone have experience or more knowledge?
Spyder "kuzami" told us a few reasons when l-glutathione didn`t work for some people to lighten up skin.
I didn`t have any of this problems at all!
I` m using now l-glutathione in the right way since the 12th of April and we will see.
Maybe it takes more time to see a better/stronger lightening effect.
But I think/hope/believe that l-glutathione will work!!

Don't waste your time on these pills. You'll spend so much money and spend a year waiting for 1 shade of difference. Then you'll go out one day and tan and all your results will be gone. I don't think its worth it! Creams will work, they are faster and will give better results.

Hi hindude,
Well which pills did you use?
Did you also used l-glutathione in the "right" way?
(20-40mg x body weight together with Vit C.)
If you used l-glutathione correct, then I want to know how long did you used this pills and what is your complexion/skin typ//which country, race are you??
Please tell us more!
Which cream would you recommend us?
Did you have experience with soaps on your own?
Well I used several creams over the last 10 years without any long-term success. After some time the whitening-power was always over!
I`m using now l-glutathione since the 12th of April 2005. 1 to 1.5 shades lightner, NOT enough and I avoid the sun as much as possible.
I just will take the pills still on, because I have ordered enough and want my own experience with them.
However inform us!
Kuzami well I think you still watch this side.
Can you put a photo on this forum "before and after"?
I coul not find one that looks real!!

Yes I used l-glutathione 5000mg a day along with Vit C w/ rosehips for 8 months. My skin got maybe 1 shade lighter... but I don't even know if it was because of the pills or because I was paranoid about being in the sun. Then summer came along and I redarkened back to my old color in just one week. This was even after using SPF 50 sunblock every day. I was only outside a few times. It was such a waste. Since then I started using some body lotions and face creams and the results come much faster. WIth that, even if I get darker, I can quickly get my results back. Plus, my doctor said its very bad to be taking that much of any supplement for a long time. There are many risks you can read about on the internet including kindey stones.

Hi hindude,
Thanks for your quick answer. But a few question are still not answered.
What is your complexion. For very dark persons it could even take 2 years.
Also 5000mg l-glutathione is a lot. (20 to 40mg x body weight each day!)
Well 5000/40=125, is your body weight 125kg?
Which pills did you used? Where did you order your pills.
Also a sunblocker with 50 SPF is too much.
I also used earlier 60 SPF and my skin become darker.
Now I use "only" +20 SPF and it is much better!
A bleaching cream/lotion will also make your skin darker in the summer and after some time (my experience) the whitening power is still over!
However I will continue using l-glutathione to make my experience on myself.
It would be nice if you also answer my other questions.
There are a lot of different opinons about l-glutathione and I cannot believe/hope that this companies (sellers) fake us.
Maybe you used not real l-glutathione, maybe the dosis was too much or the time of using still not long enough for your complexion. I don`t know!

I am not very dark. My complexion is medium brown - prety typical of a indian. The glutathione I purchased was real. It was bought from a local health store, so I know that's not the problem. My main issue is that, if it takes this long for results, is it really worth it? A cream can get me the same results in a couple of weeks. When I redarken from the sun, I don't mind using a cream again for a couple of weeks to lighten up again. But I think pills are a waste of money and time just because they take so long and don't provide any substantial results.

do you know where I can get pure Licorice Extract (Glabridin) / or of a high concentration?
So far I believe that Godiva has the one that has the highest concentration of Licorice... because it is really concentrated. If you are from the US you may check on where Dr. Vicky Belo, she is the top dermatologist here in the philippines, will be having her one day consultation... and she does formulate too a high concentration of licorice with AHA and grapeseed extract as a bleaching agent and does work well to me...

I still got the box...
Recommended schedule of application for best results are:
1. once daily for 7 consecutive days
2. twice for 1 week
3. once for 1 week
I bleached myself using this and cost me 1 box for 3 application... that is for the whole body... if I mix it more thicker it makes it 2 application per box. Thicker is better... so maybe you will be needing 10boxes for the complete process... ethas got the mixing solution... if you going to order the powder online... I think it is better that you get the mixing solution in your place so that it would not cost you that much... since the mixing solution is just AGUA OXIGENADA in 10 volume... you can buy it in pharmacy anyway...
When I wanted to be whiter... I actually used it for one month continuously... hehe...

About 4 months ago I bought whitening pills from Kazumi, and I saw pics of Kazumi as well on the site with proper white skin and it appears the pills really worked well for him/her.
But I used them for around 4 months and haven't seen any results.. Should I keep buying & trying?
Also, which do u think is more likely to work: United shelter pills or pills from Kazumi?
Thank you very much :o

Hello Princess,
I think I may have your answer. There is a new website that has whole body whitening products. It is a relatively new site that is run by a Vietnamese woman who has developed her own line of products. She is a PHD and seems to know what she is talking about. I have been using her product for about two weeks and am beginning to notice subtle changes in my tone. I know of the "placebo effect" and how it can influence one's thinking when a change is urgently desired, however, I have noticed a change. I have read every post regarding lightening of the skin and was surprised that no one knows of this website. I am curious as to whether anyone else has heard of her. Go to searchthingy and type in "skin whitening" and you will find the site. I will not post her web address here as I think that good research requires focused effort. I am a person like many of you that desired a change in my appearance. I have used the creams, lotions, soaps and was left wanting. I have done my homework on how the body manufactures black, yellow, and red pigments in the skin. I found that in all of my attempts to change my appearance, I failed in that I did not know the mechanism of change. I was young and impatient. I honestly think that you will find what you seek when you find the website I am referring to. Good Luck.

I don't know about pills, injections, or anything that actually works, because I've been on Hydroquinone for over 10 years now and by now I think my skin is immune to it! I'm from CANADA but currently stuck here in the UK where nothing that works is available, including Hydroquinone; anything that would actually make darker skin lighter is like, banned from the market, and also banned if you try to mail-order it from Mexico or the Philippines, they go through this stuff at Customs. The rule of thumb here is, if it actually lightens dark skin, it's illegal. That's how bad things are here, they're so paranoid of anyone actually being able to do "like Mike" and go from dark to white like that; their whole society is based solely around keeping the differences between dark and light painfully obvious...
Has anyone had any luck with the "old-fashioned" lemon juice and sit out in the sun for like, EVER, or with "hair" peroxide? That's what I'm resorting to now. In spite of the fact that the sun very rarely shines here.

Have just slogged through nearly all the posts on this site (which took some time!) & thought I'd add a bit of info from my own experience.
Firstly, Godiva products did work for me, even when just using the cream, but it was a subtle difference - definitely a shade lighter, possibley more. It did also seem to be good for my skin, ships quickly & it's not too expensive.
Has any one found a more effective lightening product? Makari/Herbal Inn/Whiter Skin perhaps? & just to re-cap, no one's had any luck with L-glut pills & Vit C?
Has anyone tried Avre products - I've come across their site quite a lot over the past few years, the pills are new but the creams seem plausible.
And for pkennedy, You can easily buy 'illegal' skin bleaching creams in the UK. Go to any Afro hair store & all the usual brands are there on the shelves - some even saying on the front of the packets how much hydroquinone they have in them.
Hope there's some news soon.

I haven't read any of the post accept the last 2 and I wanted to let you know that there is no skin lightening pill that works - at least not the gluthathionie kind, in fact no kind (yes a long-shot, but if something really did work I'd be using it and we'd all know about it).
although not my favourite person in the world suleka/pinky from the evenskin forum told me due to her vitiligo she was on medical test using the gluthathionie pills (yeah, I probably didn't spell that right).
you use x amount of vitamin c with the pills...
a) - too much vitamin c will you give you adverse effects but more importantly, no-one on the test got any lightening to their skin, some darkened!
I have no reason to believe that she would lie about that (despite her claims that monobenzone won't work on people who don't have vit - that was just a scare tactic she used on me because I was getting too happy about possibly depigging my skin - that's why I got banned from her forum, I kept asking for evidence to say the cream would know you didn't actually suffer with vitiligo... )
I prefer seeing something happen to my skin, rather than popping a pill and hoping for the best, you can always stop whatever your doing if you see adverse effects, but internally you don't know what's going on - I feel if you want to lighten your skin you should use something external, it's just safer.
my 6 cents.
kazumi has a website with pics, he doesn't look that light to me despite using the pills for years.
he sounds convincing, but then again it is his business.
kinekon18
Sep 8, 2005, 01:02 AM
yes, but only 1 to 2 pills per day - not the amount kazumi says you need to take:
for every gluth pill you need to take 4 times that of vitamin c (500mg) = 6 gluth pills per day you'd need to be taking 24 vit c pills each day - that's 30 pills, and lets not forget the gluth pills he has already have vit c in them.
you can buy the pills anywhere, his prices for them are high - anyone can try his potion and see no results.
actually, that's wrong - anyone can try his theory, then tell us what your results are.
I won't be trying them, I trust those pills as much as I'd trust using the eye-lightening drops

I think that whitening pills do work, seriously, you just have to take the right amount of mg to see whitening results... some don't see results because they are taking it in low dosage.
inmypjs
Sep 14, 2005, 11:34 PM
You need to take 20-40mg/kg of body weight or 20-40mg/2.2lbs of body weight taken 3 times a day. Vitamin C is taken along with it in double the dose of the whitening pills.
i.e.
50kg (110lbs) x 20-40mg = 1000mg-2000mg of Glutathione
2000mg-4000mg Vitamin C
Skinwhite
Sep 14, 2005, 11:43 PM
That's just a way to sell more pills by increasing the dose. Your body is going to excrete excess out anyway or like someone said would even turn into sugar. Too much of any good thing can cause bad side effects to your body.

I think it really do takes effort and time to see which cream or lotion or soap to discover which soap will really be best for you. Those who got it in one shot really is lucky, like even with my dermatologist, that's why like when they prescribe a cream they have to ask you to spot test it or observe your skin for couple of days and stop if there are irritations simply because our skin has the final words on the products that we will be using, that even dermatologist isn't sure if a product to what extent or how our skin will react to the product even if they are knowledgeable enough.
Well it will be just like this, I guess, when you get a cream or soap, you use it initially if you don't get irritations continue using it, then if a week or so and you don't get any darker then good but if so, give up on that product and try a new one, you should have at least notice a difference in 3 to 4 weeks. Because its like those when our skin complete it cycle thing... but if you continue using the product and see no results then give up on the product again and try a new one.

I wanted to try kazumi's whitening pills before but when I did not saw any lightening effects on my cousins, I refrain from buying some, they have used it for more than 6 months, following as what kazumi ronquillo has directed them but they did not had any skin lightening.
I just looked for a glutathione pills that contain higher contents of glutathione, 1000mg and take it 3x a day to cover for the 40mg per kg of my body weight. It cost less than those 500mg capsules, and I have seen lightening effects on my skin, 2 shades in just 1 month.
anyway, glutathione is glutathione, and whatever brand you take it is always glutathione, they just differ from the other vitamins and anti-oxidants or glutathione boosters that comes with glutathione in the tablet.
I suggest you just look for a capsule or tablet that contain 1000mg of glutathione and that cost not much.

It would seem then that this skin lightening business is all about Glutathione and as long as the pills contain 1000mg of it then it should work.
Are we saying this is correct?
Also that Dimples suggestion of getting the pills from magic-potions would be the best bet right?

Glutathione will work on lightening the skin when you use the right dosage, if you just take it less than what it required, you are more of just improving your skin but not getting the whitening effects of the product.
I got my glutathione from a different seller and I think I got better deals with the other brand that I am using. Though my seller also have other brands. (even if the question is addressed to dimples :D)

I wolud suggest you scout around for the best price of glutathione. I would suggest those that already had a following since new ones tend to have problems about authenticity. I used to buy my glutathione from Kazumi but then his price was still high even when I ordered in bulk. About US$30/bottle but Magic-potions was able to lower it to US$25/bottle when you buy 10 bottles so it is still good savings. I suggest you have relatives or friends bring it to you as not to have added freight costs.

I used to take 2 Vitamins USA(with 500mg glutathione & 250mg Vitamin C) & 2 Dr James(1000mg glutathione each) with 5 1000mg Vitamin C. But then, I realized that it would save me a lot of money if I used all Dr James instead of adding Vitamins USA so have been doing that now. For about 3 weeks also, I have cut down my Vitamin C to 2 tablets of 1000mg Vitamin C so my regimen right now is 2 tablets 1000mg Vitamin C(I used Kirkland since it is cheap & other Vitamin Cs are only 500mg) with 3 capsules of Dr James glutathione. So far, the results are okay.

hi, have a question about the formulation of these skin lightening pills... m really confused, do we add the vit. c content of the pill to the dosage of the vit. c pill that we need to take in together w/ it? take ACTIVE WHITE for example. its formulation includes 250 mg Vit C and 250mg Grape seed Extract.

YES, you should add the Vit. C in the dosage with the extra Vit. C that you take separately.

You can't really. I guess it's a gamble. You just have to follow your instincts.
At least some of them seem more genuine than others.
I will still have a try and then post my results here. However it would be nice if we could see some more people breaking it down like the way Rhia has done.
By the way Rhia I never said thanks. That was a really good job. But one thing once you start taking can you stop and you remain the same colour or do you start going back to the colour you were? Or are there any side effects if you stop?

As what I know, you won't get back to what was once your color is by just stopping the pills. I think all you have to do to maintain the color is take care of it like don't go under the sun if you really don't need to, use sunblocks etc.
I don't think there is a side effect because as far as I know this is a anti-oxidant. But I can not really tell because I just start taking it this couple of months and I am not yet going to stop taking it, one of my cousin is still just to consume her last pieces of the pills and after that she will stop, maybe then I can tell you what's the score on her. But as what I have read and researched it won't give any side effect because its just like taking vitamins.
The KIRKLAND vitamin C has 1000tablets and is like US$60 to US$70 to my seller I don't know because I am buyingmy krkland here aside from it cost less by few bucks I also save from shipping cost that why I did not included the price there. I think you should get any generic vitamin c there so we won't end up spending too mcuh.
And rosehip is not vitamin C xenophone its just like an added thing with the vitamin c. its like whitening cream with sunblock, where the main focus is the whitening cream they just add the sunblock to help, just like in kirkland, the main thing there is the vitamin c just added the rosehip for added benefit. Hope I explained that well.
I willtry the glutathione soap and lotion too, when my cousin visit us here for christmas because soaps are heavy and will just make me pay a lot on shipping.

Then a product named tull-jye came along a few years ago and solved my problem. This product claimed to have been manufactured in taiwan and stuff. Indeed , my face turns fairer and fairer. Then last year , this product started being banned because it contains mercury! . I'm reli in a dilemma now. After I read this forum , I find out about the L-gluthationne. Is it true that it can lighten up the whole body? Wad is the dosage supposed to be used for me if I'm about 45-47 kg? And how much vitamin C should be taken along with it? You should take 2760 mg of this stuff per day! And the double dosage of Vitamin C which is 5520 mg.
Yeah I try also to find out if this ing glutathione really works??
Its very expensive tats why I'm not sure to buy it. And in this forum you cannot trust EVERYONE because some people here are sellers and just want to sell that stuff but when you ask for a before-after picture they don't answer.
Yeah man the whole thing is weird. Pherhaps I order that thing just to try once. But since then I wait for some answers in this forum.

(from the Sennine skin care site, judge for yourselves if pills can actually work or not.)
January 2004 (More Articles Below):
Why Skin Whitening Pills Cannot Work
Recent demand hikes for skin whitening have led to the development of so-called skin whitening pills as advertized by various companies. These companies make claims of achieving all-over whiter skin by taking internal medication.
The principle behind these claims is highly attractive. However, to accomplish a lighter skin tone, these pills must target melanin producing cells only and leave all other cells in the body untargeted. Such a task has been the goal of science for centuries. Indeed, if medical science could target only particular cell groups effectively, cancer would be completely treatable.
Targeting particular cells is very difficult and has not ever been possible. Some manufacturers of skin whitening pills, however, claim to provide high quantities of Vitamin C and other skin whitening ingredients to the entire body (including skin cells) and, as such, they can achieve skin whitening. Unfortunately, this approach is not feasible either, because to provide such a high strength of Vitamin C (or any other ingredient) to all melanin-producing cells based on internal medication, one would have to consume poisonous amounts of such ingredients.
We strongly urge the consumer to be aware of these basic principles and judge claims of skin whitening from suppliers of skin whitening pills accordingly.

This is the first time I have heard of these glut creams. I've never paid any attention to threads and spoke of whitening pills because I simply did not think they worked.
In theory is sounds good but forget the lotion if the glut pills don't work.
Lightening from the inside out does not sound interesting and the dosage one has to take everyday looks to be a bit much.
The body will only use a certain amount of vitamins and minerals before they rest exit down the toilet.

Hey there. Do not get discouraged right away. Dermatologists suggest using products for 6 straight months before saying if it works or doesn't. Come to think of it. We tanned for like 20-30 years so whitening will not take a week. Cheer up. People in these forums are using different products. So, before you do try anything, do some research but be cautious about people who are merely selling & have no experience with these products. There are an ample of them here so use your judgement well.As for underarms & bikini areas, these areas are usually more pigmented. The underarms due to use of deodorants & the bikini areas due to panties & friction. A lot of people have tried tretinoin astringents on these areas paired with whitening creams but do be careful about these too as tretinion can cause skin peeling & sometimes, irritation which can even make it darker. Anyway, if you are currently trying any product, do keep us posted on your progress. These are forums for users, not sellers.

Hi there, Lotti! So, how long did you use glutathione? What brand? How many mg?Maybe I didn't lighten so much. Not as I expected & I am closing to 2 months but on a better thought, my skin has become much nicer. Smooth, more even toned & supple. Also, breakouts like pimples, blackheads & other forms of dermatitis have occurred less frequent especially on the elbows(It tends to look rough before due to constant friction with tabletops)& gluteal folds. But I use Whitening lotion, whitening soap, minimized sun exposure so I guess all those factors did contribute to the 2 shades I have whitened so far. :) And for the record, I do not sell anything.Nor will I endorse any product. Just a user hoping to get the best products in the market.

I have tried a lot of whitening soaps in the market. You name it, I have tried it. But right now, I am using the YSA whitening soap. I am already on my third bar. So far, I like it. It makes you whiter. That is my opinion & observation. The problem is it makes your skin dry so you would need a lot of lotion after. Their lotion is okay, too. I was previously using Nivea Whitening lotion but I feel that it makes my complexion look darker after I put some on so even if I still have 6 bottles here, I discontinued using them.

Lotti, the only reason Obagi does work for some people is because it has 4% hydroquinone in the Obagi Blender or Obagi Clear. You are right that is a big waste of money. If you are going to use hydroquinone there are much cheaper products out there than Obagi. With hydroquinone, people will just get darker or cancer later so def not worth it!

The answer to your question above is Yes. Michael Jackson did many things to his skin - not just one thing. He used 4% HQ prescription called Eldopaque. Had laser treatments and probably chemical peels. I would hardly use him as an example though since he is sickly, his skin looks washed out white, who knows how many side effects he faced with all that.
You can have peeling or microdermabrasion done at dermatologists office or spas/salons. There are at home versions, but with peels you have to do light ones like glycolic or lactic at low percentages. Microdermabrasion you can find at home treatments with those machines or a simple cream like Epidermx.
Try one new thing at a time, otherwise your skin will go into overdrive and breakout.

Do not expect miracle from all this glutathione loca. I have been using it for 2 months & 2 days now & I have only lightened 2 shades so it is much less than expected. The perks are of course, smoother & softer skin with less blemishes & it is the primary reason I am still using it. I would say it is an excellent skin supplement, not that much of a whitener.
About whitening soaps, I think you should check out your local Asian stores. I know they have these on their shelves. I have been using them for a long time now shifting from one kind to another more for experimental reasons. Hehe. Buying it through the net is not wise since they charge so much & the prices are sometimes 5 times their original price.

I think some people are really dissapointed in gluta because they are naturally black and are trying to jump to white. Ain't going to happen. Dimples you being filipino is brown but chinese and spanish is white so you have a good shot. Xeno you being persian most likely also have a good shot. 2 shades in 2 months is not bad, keep it up for a year you might jump 4 shades hopfully permanent and you are seeing results as your skin is smooth now. There are many kind of chemical peels. Many different kinds like glycolic acid, trichloroacetic acid, salicylic acid, lactic acid, or carbolic acid (phenol). The lighter ones(less percentage) can be done at home and only reach the superficial outer layers of the skin. These will help your skin lightening creams work better. Then there are the stronger peels(higher percentage) that are done in your derms or surgeons office. Some are not recommended for dark skin because of risk of hyperpigmentation, so it's important to see someone professional.
Microdermabasion is like a "polisher" that a dr/tech uses with a cream with oxide crystals which stimulate new cell growth and collagen.
It's not a one time thing and needs a series of treatments. The surgeons are right, you're not going to change your color like Michael J. but with consistent treatments you will see lightening.

Hello Hello all! For months I've been an unregistered guest of this forum, reading repetitive messages... that really get us nowhere. I'm an african girl, currently living in Australia... or if I may 'WHITE' australia. I am proud of my skin colour and looks, HOWEVER... I also believe lighter brown is also attractive. I'm not too dark, just brown with yellow tones. But I want to lighten atleaset 2 shades, maybe a shade darker than beyonce? ANYWAY.. my point today is, I visited skinbleaching.net, after many other hopeless websites. I was almost about to purchase the swiss lightening pills, until someone here (can't remember who) mentioned they were bullsh*t. So I came across the PEARL WHITENER tablets, located under 'speacial products', on skinbleaching.net. I've been using them for just under a month now, and have noticed significant lightening in my skin. I am confused though, as I am using CLEAR ESSENCE body lotions which could be responsible for this lightening. Who knows? I will continue to use these pills for another month, & definitely keep all posted on my progress.
GOD BLESS

Hey... Sorry to hear that Asian shops are hard to find in Germany. Anyway, if you do have Asian friends, have them buy for you. I have used YSA soap for a month now & its nice. Since I have lightened from glutathione, the freckles have become obvious but now, its become a tad lighter so I am not complaining. :D I have like 12 bars left & I intend to purchase more when I run out.Honestly, I am disappointed that people say glutathione did not work for them. Maybe the dosage is incorrect because it really did work for me & I have used it for 2 months & a week yet. The results are not overnight though. People I know have noticed the change & so did I so I am thinking of using it for maintenance. The price is reasonable with the benefits I have been getting. I used to not be able to see the bluish hints of veins on both hands but now that I am lighter, I am sure blood letting would not be a problem for me now! Lol. :p

My face n forearms are mid brown but my body legs is like yellow and as a kid i had good pigmentation. I think some ppl are really dissapointed in gluta because they are naturally black and are trying to jump to white. Ain't going to happen. Dimples you being filipino is brown but chinese n spanish is white so you have a good shot. Xeno u being persian most likely also have a good shot. 2 shades in 2 months is not bad, keep it up for a year u might jump 4 shades hopfully permanent and u are seeing results as your skin is smooth now. Which gluta are you using and how much.
Yup. I have tried that too. Milk bath like 5 years ago. I heard movie stars do that too. It smoothens the skin but I did not notice any whitening effect. I stopped because I feel bad using something that children from other parts of the world are deprive of on my body, just for vanity's sake. :( I do not think glutathione can make very drastic changes in skin color. The most it can do perhaps would be 4 shades as a friend of mine claims her best friend used it for nearly a year now & is already 4 shades lighter.I don't know for sure as I am still on the second month & no better gauge than yourself, right? I have been using Dr. James for 1 month & 3 weeks as It would come out cheaper when you are needing high doses. My sister tried Tathione which is from Japan & she got no result. Maybe the glutathione content is way too low so she started Dr James too like me 2 weeks ago & I noticed she has whitened a shade now. Both of us are using YSA soap for a month now. The cost would be much less if you have relatives in the Philippines who can buy it for you rather than buy online. Sellers online are nuts to charge so much as these are supermarket items not exclusively found in specialty shops.

Hey, am new to sit, justed wanted to say hi to everyone. Also dimples what website did u order the glutathinoe Ioca from? Thanks in advance

Hi Guys
The search for the skin lightening Solution continues!!
Just when I thought glutathione would be the solution, guys prove me otherwise. I am now totally lost and I was just about to make an order, Sexy Rhia had convinced me but now……………….
O.k so we know Michael Jackson is totally to the extreme of skin lightening and probably spent millions getting it done.
But what about others. Example, look at Eddie Murphy the way he looked at the time of Beverly Hills Cop and look at him today - Totally different. What about Beyonce and a lot of these other artists and actors and actresses what did they use??
There must be an affordable solution??
I have seen a lot of black women using a chemical called diprosone which is quite costly and can be quite damaging to the skin. They don’t use it on their whole bodies and usually concentrate on face and arms leaving their legs remaining dark it looks horrible. But at least it makes the skin lighter fast. Isn’t there something safe and that works??
Maybe we need to contact a skin doctor and ask him to give his views on all this?
In fact that’s what I am going to do.
Someone come up with the goods here.

How Much would this cost? Sounds like it would cost a fortune!!

My first order was from Kazumi but he was not giving enough discounts even for bulk orders thus I ordered from magic-potions.com. From all my research on the net, hearsays, etc, I think they had the best deals as discounts are given for bulk orders. But do research more as someone out there might be able to lower the price even more. ;) & keep me posted when that happens.

DKNY, which are you talking about on cost? Many vary from salons or doctor's office. If you're on a budget, you can always try the do it at home methods.
Dimples, so then what is your verdict? Is glutathione whitening your skin?

Yup. I can honestly say it did whiten me two shades. But that is it so far. If you are planning to go 5 shades or something like that, I think you would just be disappointed. But on a good note, it does make your skin very nice so I would recommend it.

Hi Buddies,
I've been rading through these forum since few days and finds many contradictive statements
Regarding the products.
Let me share my true personal experience.
I am of Indian Origin my skin color is dark Brown on my face(Due to years of Sun exposure) and 2 shades lighter body color.
In 1993 I had used a cream called Cleartone and my skin color
Became 4 shades lighter means effectively 2 more shades lighter than my
Original skin color. Was enjoying this new confidence for 2 years
But unfortunately this cream was banned all over the world from 1995 end.
My craving for white skin made me try a lot of products but the companies
Were cheating me like many of us on this net. Some products made me lighter
Just for a week then effect was reverse my skin texture was damaged
And I was disappointed and frustrated.
Finally I read about hydroquinone and tried a cream called
Eldopaque Forte 4 % for 2 months and I had noticeable difference in my skin tone.
People told me that I started looking handsome and fresh.
I would say that my face color were 2 shades lighter( means back to my body color) and
I was quite happy with this. But later I discontinued the use since I was afraid
To continue Hyrdoquinone for longtime.
Now I am using ZA True whitening essence with Vitamin C,it is effective in evening out skin tone and over all texture but no visible whitening effects as such the earlier
Products I were using.
I am now seriously investigating on Gluthathione Pills. But my worries are
1)There is no proper evidence of a successful whitening from anybody.
2)Most of the guys who claim to have an effect seem to be contradictive in
Statements and also looks like fake sellers who want to cheat the
White skin seekers to hell.
3)I have serious doubt in internal whitening in the uniformity of whitening we can achieve.
Even though Gluth Pills may help to whiten ,what is the guarantee that it would whiten
Evenly.. on our skin may be it whitens our skin like patches... and we end up in
God damn vitilgo..
Most of the time I have my skin shades switching from 1 shade light and 1 shade dark with
These bloody creams in the market someone just save me...
I am currently in Singapore and hunting for some products which would asctually whiten skin.
So please buddies let us make this a group effort and help ourselves to find a
True soloution to our problems. Please share your experiences with a true heart and not with a cunning business mind a group of souls are spending a lot of money and
Time just to get a little bit of white.
Best regards,
JetBlack.

Hey JetBlack.
I tried Satin Skin whitening cream from us-shop.com. It didntr help really. My Skin was damaged. I don't use that anymore. I don't know if its worth searching for something like that. A few days ago someone said to me that my skin is like satin. Great compliment isn't it? Don't know if there is at least something to even out skin tone. I mean the one who are too light can go into a sun-studio or on the beach. But the others can't do anything. That's sad

I have tried the whitening pearl pills. They are for weight loss too. Bit don't be fooled by their promise of better skin though I would say a lot has succeeded with the weight loss, no one had any degree of whitening. My brother lost 10 lbs by it in more than a month. It has thermogenic effect so you tend to sweat a lot. But whitening... nope. Do check the sites & the prices. The one with the best price would be the best. :p After all, we would be using it for quite sometime so it would just disrupt our regimen if it were too pricey. Also, for melasma, my mom just purchased her magic cream. She bought one bottle first but when it did lighten her melasma, she bought 20.Lol. Will check it out for you later when she is here so you wouldn't be able to buy the wrong one. Its from KSA. I think this one is not Pervil nor Amira. Will update you later. Also, my aunt had a very drastic lightening of her melasma which occurred on both apples on her cheeks by using a placenta soap. I just forgot the brand. Will tell you that also later. If you do find something that works, do update us on it. :)
