LOL... no i Dont specialize in this field I'm just going by my experience with the product i have use. and lot of my information come from other users on this site who share with me what the used HQ= hydroquoine
Bio claire is good product that does lighten
OK cool thks been hearing a lot of positive feedback regarding Bio claire... must be true then... Hydroquine isn´t that bad stuff, research has shown that kojic acid ( as found in papaya soap for example) has the same effect and is way safer... this because it all natural... Salaam
PS Gold maybe you should consider to became a beauty consulent or something similar then, looks like you know what your talking about... XXX

Hi Diana. It depence on your weight, length and age... be sure to take twice the dosage of vitamine C, I personly recommend vitamine C formule with Rosehip.. this is the best for skin lightening. A great tip is to use an external crème as well, a lot of people on this forum recommend Bioclaire my choice is the Diana Stalder line ( papaya and kojic acid) but I do believe that both of these product do the job. Beauty secret is not to smoke are drink alcohol during your treatments... L-Glutathione is an master anti-oxidant witch detox your system, after cleaning you internally it´s `side-effect`is the whitening of once skin.
NT if you order from a good dealer he or she will/must provide you with a schedule of dosage... Good luck.:)

When I first started using bio claire I just use it on my body not my face. That why I kept complaining it not working.. everybody else on here use it on there face and I didn't. Most here saw result on the face before any thing else. My body started to lighten about two months later so it going to take while to see result on the body... but some see it sooner but not me.. when using tretinoin with H Q be careful cause it peels the skin... and lot of redness... burning affects after peeling in about 6 or 7 day later... so be careful with this product...

Is the tretinoin in the 10%HQ itself? Or is it in another product that I should order??
Any suggestions on dark underarm pits and elbows? It's so embarrassing.. :(
I'm going to continue using the Bio Claire religiously on my body for at least 3mo. I'll definitely keep you posted.. oh! One more thing.. do you have any before and after pics?? I just want to get a visual of how well this product can possibly work for me.. but if you feel uncomfortable showing them to me I understand.

Hello, I am new to this board but I have been following this topic. I have been searching for skin lightning produts that really work!
I am living in The Netherlands so does anyone know how and where I can order Bio Claire and hydroquionone 10% and how much it will cost in euros?
And one more thing.. hydroquionone is not permitted in The Netherlands.. but I REALLY need to have bio claire and hydroquionone 10%. :(
What can I do to get them?
I'm currently a dark brown skin tone and I would like to achieve a light brown skin tone.
Thank you.

Hello,
All you out there with evidently extreme poor self esteem should know that these chemicals you pile on your bodies in the name of bleaching creams may send you to the grave sooner. Please consult a dermatologist before you kill yourself slowly. Most of these chemicals are metabolised in the liver and kidney, and in the long run could affect DNA synthesis, alter your cellular structure and ultimately lead to cancerous growths. Be warned! Love the skin you are in. Your colour is genetically programed and no matter what you use, as soon as you stop it, you will become worse off than when you started. These creams, pills, treatments do no work! This is a form of slow suicide, you are not helping yourself. Be a proud dark-skinned woman. How many white women want to take pills and creams to become dark? Michael Jackson will have a reason to laugh at you and he is richer.

I use melanex 3% hydroquinione (prescribed) on my face for over 12 years. However I do not over do it. If anything I use it 4-5 times a month and leave it at that. My skin lightened about 2 shades. Its about 1 shad lighter than under my arm pit. Unfortunately I can't get it in Mexico or Canada as they only have 4% and I don't like it because it will make me break out.
Now as for the over the counter 2% I imagine their safe, just not as strong so the level of effect is lesser. Kojic Acid & Licorice acids are other substitutes used for brigtening skin. Im sure a lot of those unique lables have these 2 products.
Last weekend I was at the LA Convention Center for the Bridal expo Next to it was the Phillipino expo, I heard about enlighten skin ligtening pills. I was amazed to ever hear about it. I am impressed to go to Google and find a lot of web sites and YouTube to find tons of videos.
However Im concerned:
1) Why isn't it FDA Approved in America?
2) Wny is it that the doctor that prescribed this melanex to me never told me about it?
3) Why is it that a dermatologist never told me about it?
4) Why is it that its based from the Philipeans?
5) Why can't one mail order ?
I found the enlighten website and the person I was going to buy from was unique character. For starters he would not give me a street address to his office/store to purchase the Enlighten the Glutathione pills.
Now here's the real kicker: I got to a good source for presciptioins: CANADA pharmacy online and it shows glutathione is a dog medication! Yes - WOOF WOOF WOOF! Canada Pharmacy: Denosyl SD4 product information and side effects (http://www.canadapharmacy.com/cart/index.cfm?fuseaction=product_detail&productid=7423&CFID=636879&CFTOKEN=78916071)
I have visited Tijuna BC Mexico serveral times and have asked many times what they have to lighten skin. NO one ever said to me that pills exist. And trust me, TJ is a pharmacy community as many americans cross the border to save money. In fact many pharmacys are 24/7. I just wonder why they never said anything about Glutathione?
So now my question is this stuff legit? Why is it so covert? I went to some website from the philipeeans and notice that their salons offer "skin whitening services." for all purposes they could be using kojic acid along with licorice. I wonder how tyra and all these models lighten up from head to toe. Sure stay out of the sun, make up and ligthting will do the trick. But I do believe there's more to it.
As for Michael Jackson, I think he may have done a fenal peel which is now illegal to do. That was a peel that was used to remove the fine lines that a face lift couldn't remove. However, mostly old ladies would get it done and that's why they all looked like ghosts - ala Michael.
Im just wondering if these pills really work and if they do why is it the medical commjnity hasn't gotten on top of it?

Hello Zagadai, Lotti & yellowgal85. Do you already have answers to your questions on skin lightening? I'm using Shiseido Pure White Glutathione pills from Japan. They're effective but expensive. My friend ordered it from Japan and I got most of the bulk of her orders since she is leaving for the U.S. next month and will be there for 6 months.

Im all for peels. Ive had 2 TCA peels and love the results. It clears your skin and above all evens the tone. It won't lighten, but it will brighten and give you a flawless complexion.
The only downside is the downtime - for a whole week you'll look like Freddy Crugar in Nightmare on Elm Street as your face will look like it was in fire.
Other peels are a little superficial. But they are all right. Im OK with buying a product called a peel, but a true peel should be given by a doctor (such as a TCA.) A strong peel should have 2 people present especially when applying around the eye as that can burn you or blind you if your not careful.
Do not waste your money on the Obaggi Blue Peel. It was the biggest rip offthat I wasted my money.
Now there is a peel that was banned about 10 years ago that was called the Fenal peel. I heard that the peel stripped color. This is the peel a lot of older ladies got after a facelift to remove crows feet and all those lines. But they were pale as ghosts. I tink this is the peel Michael Jackson.
Laser: be super careful and make sure you know and rsearch the make/model / type used. There are too many people out there that will sell you anything to make money.
I do recommend Laser Genesis for resurfacing the skin, Cuter Cool Glide for hair removal and Cutera Titan. I have been very active with laser hair removal and am pleased. However it didn't start that way. I have been victimized with IPL used for laser hair removal. Though it will work - the results take forever. But its very good for tightening the poors.
Finally, I received a great answer regarding the pills. I was told that though it can work, there are many frauds on the market. My gripe about these pills is that no doctor will back his name onto it. After all, medicine is a business and Im sure there would be a doctor out there that would love to capitolize on it. I do have challenges with these pills available outside North America as well as sold only online or through hair salons. Why aren't doctors in the USA and Canada recommending these pills to patients? Why isn't a doctor one make the money from it? There is a strong market for it. Im a bit suspicious.

Hi Anisa,
I've been on these pills for about 2 weeks now but my friends have been using them for quite some time. These pills come from Japan with their original packaging in Japanese but I'm told that you have to take at least 3-4 tablets a day.
I got my friend"s stock of PureWhite pills since she's leaving for the US next month and won't be able to sell them in a short span of time. They cost P5,500/bot. for 270 pills. At the rate of 3 pills a day that's already a supply for 3 months or individually about P20.00/pill.
I heard that this is what some of the actresses in the Philippines use. But I cannot vouch for that one except that I rely on what I've seen from my friends. I haven't lightened yet but my skintone has started to even out.
Sincerely BlackLace

Where do you order your super-skin-whitening-pills, and the other products that you use to lighten your skin. I ordered the pills one from Kuzami from superwhiteningpills.net, but I been reading this forum and other forum, and so far I found out that it is a fake or no good. I just noticed that the site is not secure, and the only way you can contact the person is through e-mail or instant messages. Kuzami just wants to make quick money that's all. I threw it since I'm afraid to take it. It is too bad that it is too late and I can't return this. I wasted my money, and it is my biggest mistake. I could have used that money to buy me a pair of nice shoes. Anyway, does anyone else you know use the product that you use to lighten skin? Do you have before and after picture? If it is effective to a lot of people beside yourself, please send me more info.

Salaam Eoo7, I'm sorry to hear about your results, the thing about Kazumi is that funny enough the pills did work for me... but I've found something out. The high dossage off viamine C one has to take with these pills are in fact enough to lighten ones skin. Specially vitamine C with rosehip, this is a mayor melanin reducer... so? I don't know for a fact if Kazumi is a faker or not but these days you can buy L-Glutathione in any good Healt or fitness shop. If you combine that with vitamine C (Rosehip included) you'll get the same result.
Do not forget the importance of external care for better result one should use a good cream ( Lancaster Infinte white) I've got good results using them. BUT I now found something witch I think is the best product for skin lighting. It's a great product and secret used in the Asian and Arab world for a long time.Been using it for a month and I have to say it's amazing. I've stopped with every thing else... yes even my precious pills... If you would like to know send a message to my profile and I'll give you the link. The reason is that I'm not promoting anyone or any product so...
About placing my picture... don't think so sorry I'm a very private person.I'm happy to share my results on this forum but I'll not give away pics to anyone.Hope that you can understand that.

halflatin,
Why ask canadian pharmacy? You should ask American pharmacy. Anyhow, L-Glutathione is not a dog medication: you are misinformed. Please provide more information and sources to back up your claim. Canadian pharmacy isn't enough to say that it is a dog medication. For your information, medication coming from Mexico isn't safe since it is coming from a third world country. It is cheap because it isn't regulated. Would you trust to get a face lift or breast implant from a third world country? Back to the subject: L Glutathione is POTENT DETOXIFIER, ANTIOXIDANT, & IMMUNE BOOSTER. Believe me, I been doing my research on this, and I don't think it is a dog medication. Why does a dog need this for anyway? Anyhow, if dogs do take it, remember most medication are tested on animals first anyway. If it is good for them, then it must be good for us as well.

Hi everybody... I'm using gluta5oomg for 3 months now. It works for me swear.. I love d result it makes my skin more clear, fine and whiter than before. Even my friends notice it. I want to share my experience and ideas to u, hope it will help you guys... as what I know gluthathion is not harmful to the body, it is an antioxidant involved in many cellular function such as detoxication. Here's some explanation fr a very reliable source(Dermatologist) sorry I can't mention her name. "although glutathion has quickly gained a reputation as a skin whitener, it is also a powerful antioxidant found in almost all living cells in tha body. The intake of this free radical scavenger allegedly has numerous benefits as an immune booster, to treat nerve and liver disease, and to fight cancer as well. It has also been recommended as a health and anti aging supplement. And yes, she adds Glutathion can also lighten the skin by inhibiting the function and activity of tyrosinase, which plays an important role in melanin production. Melanin the dark pigment responsible for the tanning or darkening of the skin when exposed to sunlight. The skin lightening effect in glutathion comes about when the skin produces the yellowish pheomelanin instead of the browning eumelanin, Patient notice skin lightening anywhere from the fourth month with oral supplement. like other medication glutathion is contraindicated for those who are hypersensitivity or allergic to any component of the product and should be avoided by those who are pregnant or lactating and those who have undergone organ transplant. Glutathion is relatively safe and there have been no reports of adverse reaction even with long term use, nor have there been reports of overdose.... Those who nurture hopes of turning Caucasian white or Who desire faster result may opt for intravenous administration of glutathion, but, she cautions not all doctors are convinced of the safety profile of this particular route of administration, she adds" hope you learn something from this. Don't fall for skinbleaching.net. I placed an order for their pills. They never sent me the goods. They kept on lying to me saying that they are just about to dispatch my order. They promised a refund if they can't deliver on time. At the end, when I finally asked for a refund, they stopped replying to my mails. They are the most unprofessional business I have ever come across. They stole money from me. Don't waste your money ordering any of their products.

I think that alot of the whitening pills like glutathione, lysine, makari, are just supplements they heard are very good for healthy skin tone, so they exaggerate and say they can make you lighter. Because I tried alot of them, including very high doze L-Glutathione with Vitamin C and it only added olive and carrot tones to my dark skin. I wondered why and did a search and found out L-Glutathione is also used by bodybuilders and tanning babes that want to darken their skin tone. So glutathione feeds the phaeomelanin process, but does not interfere with melanin. That means if you are white or japanese asian type of fair skin, glutathione helps you look brighter color. But if you are naturally dark skin, glutathione is just doing adding some light color onto the palette, not reducing the dark pigment.
The only pills that I have heard that truly works to bleach your skin is the antibiotic Fowl Pill from Jamaica, and the huge steroid pill from Africa. People from all over the world go to Africa just to buy that pill. They work but shutting down the bodies production of melanin.
I have been considering ingesting small amount of pure benzyl-arbutin to see if it has a lightening effect on the skin, hair, and eyes. I always wanted lighter eyes too, and contact lenses look fake!
I would take caution in ingesting anything with anytype of arbutin as arbutin has shown in studies to convert into hydroquinone in the liver... in fact be careful ingesting ANY chemical compound... many steroids have been linked to thinning of the skin and scarring, darkening (Blackening) of the skin... food for thought... if you can only get the substance in Africa or Jamaica/ any other country than Europe or America... it may be very dangerous and unregulated... and don't get me wrong... I'm not trying to down other countries... I'm from the Caribbean... however being from the Caribbean, I also know many people with horror stories of mercury ladden and steroid creams, serums, concoctions, and powders... be very careful... consult a dermatologist maybe... and research thouroughly on your own... some of these things can kill, disfigure, or make you very ill...

Hi sweet carioline sorry if I have spelt your name wrong
I thought the fowl pill was used for gaining weight rapidly that's why the jamacian government banned it due to its bad side effects. I wanted to use it but they are now banned in jamacia.
I didn't know that the fowl could lighten your skin. What is this pill in afrcia called and how can I get? Are these there only pills that can lighten my skin . I'm black female like yourself and understand. If you can help me let me know

Might I add also... I have yet to really hear of anyone with actual dramatic results using pills... I have seen people with fairer coplexions such as asians with a kind of sallow or olive complexion lighten... or better said... brighten... but not too much as far as darer complexions... and strangely enough they only seem to work on that type of complexion... even evry light people I know had very little effect in changing skin tone... but I'm no expert... I don't know every type of pill out there... I can just basically tell you that most pills are just a load of junk that someone os trying to scam you with... beware of sites and companies trying to sell you miracles or dreams... usually it is just tjat... someone selling you something... Are most of you aware of the old image of the travelling salesman selling miracle potions and concoctions on the side of the road from yester year?. well the new band wagon rebirth of this is now found in the tons of skin lightening products... most are made by people exploiting insecurities in people of color... very few work... most are dangerous... and all are expensive... don't let your desire for a miracle sell you short...

I have heard positives and negatives about skin whitening pills and I'm still not sure whether they are worth the buy with everyone saying bio-claire is the way to go... We all have seen oprah winfrey lighten up over the years so there must be something out there. Are there any other people of darker complexion who have tried skin lightening pills and had any significant results? Also gold, I would love to hear how your progress is coming along with bio-claire... its been exciting hearing about your improvements from month to month.

Thank you... Glad you took notice of my progress.. I been using bio claire for almost a year now... December will make a year... My result has been good.. but as you know when I first started using bio claire I saw no result at all it took a long time to work on me.. someone told me to be patience a little longer and it will work... glad I listen cause I started seeing result... my skin became light brown skin.. I been having problem lightening my feets and hands evenly but every where else lighten evenly my body lighten very well and legs butt and knee caps lighten really good when I didn't think my knee caps will lighten up that much. My legs has gotten a shade darker for some strange reason cause I have not stop using bio claire so I am mixing the oil and cream together again.. my legs are starting to lighten back up again... I see it works differently than hydroquinone cause hydropquinone will keep your skin light with continues use. Bio claire is a good product but takes longer to work on some people...
I am thinking of trying other products in the near future but bio claire is a definite keeper...

How many shades have you lightend on your face and body?

I'm new here and found this site in my search for skin lighting products. I have Gabrielle Union skin color and would like to whiten around 2 to 3 shades. I'm happy that Bio claire seems to work. I now want to order the oil, cream and lotion. A previous poster said she mixed them together and got faster results so I will try that too. From previous posts, it seems I should wait till my body lightens before applying to my face.
I still though have some questions about Bio claire. Is there any side effects (besides the peeling, itching and dryness) like making my skin (mainly face) break out, weight gain, or making my face more oily (I already have very oily skin)? Will it also make my scars less noticeable? Will there be a time when I will have noticebly splotched and uneven skin from diff parts not lighting together? I really don't want splotched skin. Also, will it actually go as far as to lighten my skin 2 to 3 shades? Will it succed in making my skin even toned all over after the lighting process has started?

Comment on Glutathione pills.....THEY DO WORK, for all of you asking that very immportant question.I´ve been using super-skin-whitening-pills for up to three mounts now and have to say that I´m amazed by the results. Ok listen to this I´m am of mixed raced ( arab / hindi ) my complexion is light to normal brown. However I was kinda darker in my face, so a friend of mine adviced me to used Glutathione 1000 mg mixed with Vitamine C with Rosehip. Been taking the pills and not missing one, first my hands started lighting up and than my feet and finnaly my body and face. I´ve gone from a brown tan to an nice glowing , rosie whiter complexion. And yes my dark spots are gone...but be carefull is you are a smoker the vitamine C will not be obsorbe by your systeem. When going out in the sun use an good sun block ( mine is from Biotherme ) Also its smart to use a external creme, use an offical blend. The best one on the market right now is from Lancaster from the Infinite white line ( this includes a cleanser, day and night creme and is the the best xsp for Asian skin. I´m sorry to say that not every one is a canidate for these pills is you are to dark and have thick skin it will not work for you. And PS don´t listen to every one on this board there some very backward people wrighting lots of stupid stuff...anyway good luck and yes a fairer skin tone is very important these days. I should know this working in the fashion branche..so go a head an update yourself if you can but do it save, damaged to your skin is useally permanent all the reason for you to be very selective with this biggest organ of yours....NT my pills came from Kazumi ( superwhiteningpills.net)...God bless.
Where can I buy the "Lancaster from the Infinite white line"? I am in the US, and could not find it on the internet.

In conjunction with applying those lightening cremes on the face to curb breakouts, I recommend face basics such as
1) WAsh your face before going to bed and the moment you wake up.
2) When washing use good mild cleanser (not soap.)
3) Use white wash cloths as you can't put clorox on color towels. To kill bacteria its to have sanitary cloths.
4) Use witch hazel after washing (prior to applying lightening products.) This close pores up and prevent bacteria.
5) Careful with Sunblock on face. I recommend a sunblock that is for BABIES - Sensitive skin. Do note, there is a differnece between sunscreen and sunblock. Sunscreen won't prvent you from darkening. There are some sunblocks that too won't prevent you from tanning. I personally love Palmers Anti Darkening Sun block. Another sunblock that is excellent is a liquid sunblock called SHADE. Its alcohol base without the greese.
I recommend a gel by Peter Thomas Roth - Potent Skin Lightening Gel. Its avaialbe at Sephora. It has 2% hydroquinione, kojic acid, bearberry, mulberry, vitamin C, Saliciylic Acid. I personally like this product because of the Saliciylic Acid (acne fighter.) So I think using a product in the morning and then rotate to this product before bed is excellent to lighten up as any bacteria will be curbed with the Saliciylic Acid.

Hi Saijaz,
The product is called Lancaster and the new line is called Infinte white,I do believe their known is the US. But you can also try to look for the new L'Oreal line also for skin whitening.Lancaster is a product from Monacco witch is very effective but also very exspensive... but they do what they promise.

Salam Muna,
The vitamine C I use contains Rosehips 1000 mg. I started with L-Glutathione 2000 mg combined with Vit C 4000 mg ( dailly dossage) and saw very good result. Your skin start glowing and getting clearer from the inside out. After about three mounths got 4 to 5 shades lighter. But I also must honesly confest something... a while ago I've ran out of pills and ordered them a bit late so I had to wait. However I continuted taking my Vitamine C with Rosehip to my surprise it seems that vitamine C (with the rosehip) by it self is all ready a mayor skin whitener.
I also use Kojic and Licorice soaps once every week for exfloting (very important in skin whitening ) and am also a member off a skinwhitening forum of the lady who ownes this site. See is a pro with lots off knowledge concerning skin whitening. As is it seems Vitamine C is a very strong Melanin inhabetor, thus a mayor lightner of the skin... So I'm not so sure about L-Glutathione anymore. But still it does the job and is also very good for ones health.
The Lancaster products are well known and made in Monnaco main ingr. Are Kojic and licorice.Any good beauty center is selling these products for men there is also the new l'Oreal line. These are all exspensive but safe products and the do deliver what they promise.( Lancaster Group

For Bio Claire users or want to be users, I have been using bio claire for 3 months. It do work by making your skin about 3 shade lighter but it has no effect on scars. Also on a side effect you will see much more blue-green vains. I am not sure if it is for skin being lighten or skin became thin. Also since a week I am seeing a darker shade on my both upper cheeks. I was using it twice a day, so now I reduced it to once a day and will see if it maintain the skin tone and reduct vain and eliminate dark shade. Is there anyone having same problem? By the way, I buy my bio claire from eBay.

Hi Nadia999, yes I'm now using the Hrebal Inn cream, simply because I got tired of pills but they do work very well. And you also must take note that you have to take vitamine C with the pills as well,so it's really a handfull of pills every day. That's way I've decided to search for the next best thing and found the Herbal inn cream. And yes it does deliver what they promise.I'm very please with the result,it take time but it's safe and natural... Here we all are in pursuit for something that will keep us lighter for a long(problem rest of our life) period. From my personal experience I find it really hard. Specially on face. I went as high as 4-5 shade using bio claire and then I turned to my original color just in 2-3 days while I was using bio claire. Problem happened after 10 weeks. Moreover I have a dark black shade on my both upper cheeks. My hands are now 4-5 shades lighter than my face. I guess bio claire is good for your body. I am not sure if the darkning of face is because of sunburn as someone told me it might be sunburn. But it really made me too dark in just days. It is like all of your month's progress goes away in days.
I know some people are keeping their lightness for years, so there must be a way to stay light. People who is keeping light for more than 6 months, please share how you are doing that. What you are using and so forth..

One last thing, I don't know why I keep having trouble with post just once. lol. But lottie, is this where you got your L-glutathione pills? : http://www.freewebs.com/ganda-atbp/beauty.htm
It's the LINK Jada gave me... and where I'm planning on ordering mine. I thought you were female... I am. Oh well. Hope things are well with you.
Hey there! I have noticed that you are buying from the same place which I recently ordered some products from. I'll just let you know that I received the products and was very happy with the service and advice. The lady recommended I try Magic Cream, White Glutathione Soap, and White Pills.
I have tried the cream.. it's really nice on my skin. First time I used it, it was very warm but I got used to it. I just found out it has spf in it which I'm very relieved about because I'm paranoid about the suns effects. It's a very rich cream and that's what I like about it because I have very dry skin.
The soap tingled a bit when I first used it, but now it feels nice and I enjoy it. The only problem is that my skin is a bit dry so I am most likely going to purchase the Kliggmans cream (however you spell it) to keep it moist and also for its whitenning properties.
Ive taken the pills for about a week of course after taking all these products I haven't noticed any difference really but I enjoy making the effort. This stuff takes time and patience. Rome was't built in a day.
Let me tell you I once took Accutane, which is a high dosage of Vitamin A.. The effect of this is to treat and prevent severe acne. I imagine that L-glutathione is much the same and it would take the same amount of time. (about 8 months). Im prepared to wait that long.
The accutane had a permanent damage on my skin it made my skin severely dry and very sensitive. Its been 6 years and the side effects still remain with me. I imagine it will be the same with L-Glutathione. But such is life, and risks are a part of the journey to beautifying yoursef. Nothing in life is without risk or side effect. My advice is to delve into, never have regret or second thought.. and never care.. put your trust and faith out there and hope for the best.
Ive also undergone IPL and Ive had two nose jobs.. all of which Ive done on impulse. So I have no difficulty to go out and try these thing's because I have superb skin.. and I believe if I never done anything to it it wouldn't be half as good. Right now Im just wanting to go a bit lighter. As you can see form my display pic, Im a medium brown. And in the heat of Australia my skin only darkens.
Im happy with White pills.. but I realise a higher dosage of L-glutathione is needed. Im thinking about buying Dr James which has 1000mg of L-glutathione. White pills only have 700mg but they have 150mg of Alpha Lipoic Acid and 150mg of Vitamin C. I take two tablets a day and with each tablet I take 2,000g of Vitamin C.
But I think that if one takes the bleaching cream, bleaching soap and pills... along with 2 - 3 times Vitamin C of that of L-glutathione.. then the person will have likelihood of getting good results. Don't be scared I say.. Take it in its full. But that's just me I guess. I always take risks when it comes to beauty. But like I said Rome Wasn't built in a day.. and usually you have to look for the big changes.. to get at least the subtle ones.
Oh by the way.. Im thinking of buying Pink Peeling Cream, Kojic Acid Cream, Orange Cream (0.01% Glutathione) Kliggmans Cream 4 in 1 for my body and Glycloic Cream for my body also. Does anybody know anything about this stuff? Thanks all. I loved reading your posts and look forward to your replies. Xx. :)

People,
Try MAKARI oralight pills! They work! Give it a couple months but it is a gradual process which doesn't make you look like you are bleaching! Why are people so much in a rush! People WILL notice if you get lighter in a week! Gradual changes makes it look like you are just maturing.. or perhaps a seasonal color... or perhaps taking care of yourself
Anyway, the pill are wonderful. I use to a day along with Makari's body beautifying lotion and it is slowly but surely working. I am really glowing.. which is exactly what I wanted. Don't really care about being light more so than looking ALIVE.. lol. But I am def. lightening up and very much GLOWING.. really!
Makari pills DO work great by themselves.. however it makes the wait a lot shorter when using the body beautifying lotion. The caviar cream I believe is WAY too drastic, really small, and expensive.. however a lot of people may want that drastic thing..
A few tricks to know when lightening:
1) Thoroughly cleanse the skin and SCRUB the dead skin away with a scrub Every time you lighten. You can make your own at home with sugar and almond oil. If desperate--use cooking oil! Scrub skin in shower FIRST, then shower with soap afterwards to get rid of the oily feeling..
After scrubbing skin, use the lightening cream on the body and/or face areas. Put the cream on ONCE a day to make it a gradual process
2) Lighten the BODY FIRST! The body is the most hardest to lighten since it is thick skinned. So lighten the body first and then lighten the face. The face is the most EASIEST to lighten. Takes a short period! You don't want to have a ghost face and a dark body! So once you get your body close 2 your desired complexion, put the lightening cream on the face once a week.. THAT's ALL U NEED when it comes to your face.. trust me!
3) Wear SUNSCREEN that protects against UVB and UVA rays to maintain skin complexion. Also regular use can make skin LIGHTER. Not only that but skin will look much healthier and glowing since it protects your skin from sun damage AND WRINKLES! YOUTHFUL APPEARANCE. Try Neutrogena Cooling Mist for $10.. works absolutely great.. sprays on easy and smells nice(not like bugspray)
4) Do not use products that contain hydroquine as they may revert skin back to original color and or cause skin cancer.
5) Try to create a NATURAL color for yourself or else it will DEF. look like your bleaching. Look at your inner arm which is basically the lightest part on the body. THe lightest you should go is that color and no where pass that! Try one shade darker than that color..
6) Results aren't permanent UNLESS you were actually already that light before and you just got a serious tan.. other than that.. you need PROPER Maintenance with the lightening product. Easiest thing to do is take the MAKARI pills (1 a day instead of 2) to maintain complexion as well as using sunscreen. And if you were lighter already and got a serious tan, that means your skin is PRONE to tanning and will most likely have to be maintained as well with makari lotions ONCE a week.. or makari pills two times a week... as well as sunscreen
Makari products are pretty expensive but they do GREAT WORK! I thought it was not working for me but it is a GRADUAL process that you shouldn't mind waiting for. Your skin is precious and it needs to be treated as such with QUALITY products. Just keep at it and it will work--I PROMISE.. ALSO, the BEST thing about makari products is that it DOES NOT blatantly labels the bottles BLEACHING CREAM.. lol! You can lkeave the lotion and creams all over your dresser and no one will know that it is for lighten. The only product that tells you it about whitening is the oralight pills box which say is maxamizes the whitening potentional but it is easy ti get rid of the box or hide it!
The lotions and creams are great because it actually makes your skin look better.. so although some people may not like them.. it is really good for you and the overall look and health of your skin..
THE PILLS DO WORK THOUGH! Makari oralight pills at makari.com I think its 35 bucks.. try it! I KNOW it works because it wasn't until I started taking the pillls that I started to lighten up. The beautifying lotion was not as effective without it.. so the pill description does what it promises. And It works ALONE if you want it to but give it a couple months!
GOOD LUCK!
Any questions feel free to ask! :)

Thanks for your awesome advice lovie! I will surely try that stuff. But do you want to know how the sun is here?? After using skin lightening creams and Magic Cream and glutathione soap etc etc... my face became about two shades lighter than the rest of my body. Until today. It was a 39 degree celsius day and I didn't even go out.. I drove for half an hour to and fro and my face is now the same colour as the rest of me and my right arm and hand is about 3 shadaes darker than my left arm. (drivers arm) That's HOW BAD IT IS IN AUSTRALIA!! I really don't think these pills and lotions are going to work so well.. sure ill definitely do the pills.. but I'm also going to try the monobenzone cream. Only because I know the sun will reverse any effect the pills and creams have. Example.. my cousin was about two shades lighter than me. He spent a week doing gardenning he is now about 3 shades darker than me.

Thanks for your awesome advice lovie!! I will surely try that stuff. But do you wanna know how the sun is here???? After using skin lightening creams and Magic Cream and glutathione soap etc etc... my face became about two shades lighter than the rest of my body. Until today. It was a 39 degree celsius day and I didnt even go out.. I drove for half an hour to and fro and my face is now the same colour as the rest of me and my right arm and hand is about 3 shadaes darker than my left arm. (drivers arm) THATS HOW BAD IT IS IN AUSTRALIA!!! I really dont think these pills and lotions are gonna work so well.. sure ill definately do the pills.. but im also going to try the monobenzone cream. Only because I know the sun will reverse any effect the pills and creams have. Example.. my cousin was about two shades lighter than me. Does this menobenzone cream or ANY cream you have used have HYDROQUINE OR Steroids in them. The reason why I asked is because HYDROQUINE and STERIOD can actually make skin color DARKER when exposed to the sun.. especially without sunscreen! NO HYDROQUINE! Products with ARBUTIN and KOJIC ACID are great for lightening.. look for these products!
Listen, what I really recommend is
1) Makari pills. The makari pills not only help LIGHTEN but MAINTAIN skin complexion! I am certain of this!
2) You NEED sunscreen with UVB protection in order to protect you from cancer... and UVA RAYS to protect from SKIN TANNING! UVA rays are lurking everywhere.. even in the shade. The reflection of the sun from water, cars, window etc is actually tanning your skin. You need a sunscreen that is SPF 30 or MORE.. Nuetrogena cooling mist is SPF 45!! Since you live in such a hot climate, you HAVE to bring that sunscreen with you just in case it wears off! It s a SPRAY On so just take it up and lightly spray it all over there exposed body areas.. simple..
3) I think makari CREAMS are way to expensive! SO I suggest you try the papaya soap or black soap set. It is sold on EBAY for REALLY CHEAP even though its worth way more.. and there are rave reviews:
The black soap found here:
Skin Bleach Whitening Bleaching Lightening Fading Set 3 - (eBay item 200177962155 end time Dec-02-07 14:02:29 PST) (http://cgi.ebay.com/Skin-Bleach-Whitening-Bleaching-Lightening-Fading-Set-3_W0QQitemZ200177962155QQihZ010QQcategoryZ40088QQs sPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem)

Make sure to read all the things she says about what to expect with the soap. If you sign up for eBay, you can even have a word to word with the seller and ask her which she thinks is better for you.. or which gives you the best results. From the look of it, it seems the black bar is leading. But it seems that if it irritates your skin, then the papaya is for you..
You must sign up with eBay to purchase it. Also, a credit card or debit card to pay through paypal because it is the EASIEST WAY!
THe whole set is there, just remember to give yourself time and patience! It will come and when it does.. wow.. you'll be amazed at the results. ESPECIALLY with the Makari pills working along with it.. trust!

Ill try the Makari pills and the SPF 45 sunscreen neutrogena spray sounds really good! Ive always wanted to apply SPF during the day without having to re moisturise. I think Glutathion pills are good too.. a good quality one. Because I don't know where to buy Mikari pills or how much. I think Magic cream has that hydroquine stuff in it because like I said my face went two shades darker without even me going right into the sun and with my windows down. I put SPF 30 on my arm and still it went dark as anything.. I guess what I'm saying is either my spf doesn't work so well (maybe because I keep it in the glovebox in the heat) or even your conventional spf doesn't guard you against tan. Actually from my experience spf doesn't make a huge difference in preventing tan. Your skin tans no matter what SPF is on it. Australian sun is very intense.. think opposite of england.. where its always cold and rainy.. its always hot!!
And oh yes Im aware of the various soaps available. Papaya and Black soap are very good.. but Kojic is also very good. Kojic products are very good and I think I will try them instead of Magic Cream. I like magic Cream allot though. My skin is very dry and magic cream is very thick so it suits me. I use L-glutathione soap, which is said to be more effective than Kojic, Papaya and Black soap. Black soap is better for more sensitive skin that can't handle the L-glutathione soap (or so I've been told). I think all these soaps do similar thing's and they are great, I want to try them all. These products are great and so nice to use. :)

I think the reason why the suncreen did not work for you is because you did not have a sunscreen that blocked UVA ANNNND UVB rays. Many sunscreens are being pulled off the market because they have been LYING about protection! YEAH, I know.. right? SOme do not protect against what they say the protect from. Neutrogena is a trusted brand and I assure you it works.
To get the makari pills all you have to do is go on MAKARI.COM search for the pills and click add to my cart.. and proceed from there.. pretty simple.
Try those products you mentioned if you like! Which ever one works best for u! Just make sure it contains no Hydroquine and steroids.. or that they are not LYING about not containing it or making up FAKE INGREDIENT NAMES. I think Makari has been FDA approved! Which is great to know!

Actually it is a very good cream. It's QV face moisturising day cream with spf 30+ and it is a trusted brand and it has got UVB and UVA protection. I will buy the Mikari pills if they are affordable. Its just that I buy most my stuff off one person because its cheaper trapsort that way and this lady does it at a good price but she doesn't sell Mikari pills. I imagine that the Mikari pills are just mainly L-glutathione anyway. I wouldn't go crazy about any particular brand of pill. Oh and about Dr James pills... (to the other lady.. ) one person was sold a fake one but I don't believe all those pills that are manufactured are fake. Especially when they have the original seal.

Well, I think they are pretty truthful. I think they are real..
The results are the same.. spoke to many of customers who have bought the expensive and this one and they say it is the same thing.. just cheaper! So, maybe the bar was not turned around properly to sport the name.. or maybe something else but I do believe this is genuine.. probably you should test it yourself to believe... ;)

I think Makari pills are basic L-glutathione pills WITH the added vitamin E(I think) that helps to lighten more quick. It also has other ingredients that are good lightening agents.. Makari pills is about $35..

See I don't trust any L-glutathione pills with Vit E in them. I heard it is a bad thing. All you need is L-Glutathione, Vitamin C and Alpha Lipioc Acid if you want. The pills I'm taking are really good.. they are WHITE pills and have 700mg L-Glutathione, 150mg Vit C and 150mg Alpha Lipioc Acid. Oh and don't forget about the placeba effect! (In regards to your claim of effectivity of the Mikari pills) Ganda is the only person I know who sells the WHITE pills. Most other ones have 500mg L-Glutathione except Dr James. I think that I am going to try the Kojic soap next time. I think it's very effective and gentle on skin. Kojic Soap & Dr James, its all the same really! Just slightly different forumulations and prices.

Makari has vitamin c and vitamin e with bearberry leaves.. and some other stuff..
I don't c anything about L-gluthione on it so I guess it's not that..
Makari is not a placebo.. it is FDA approved.. and it does actually do the job. I;m not a phsycho. As you can see, I said, I THINK I didn't say it DEF. was. L-Gluthione..
Makari is a safe and effective way of lightening the skin. All natural which is the best way!
The products work very well with each.
U seem a bit arrogant when it comes to lightening your skin. If you already have the solution, then don't bother to ask. Don't look like you took anyone's "word" of advice.
Don't see your point.
Don't mean to come off rude or what not.. but sheesh.. you have some nerve trying to make it look like I DREAMED up being lighter..
I wanted to tell people of Makari because it is a GREAT QUALITY product.. and I was really shocked and happy that it was working! I was very skeptical. I read so much and see so much people mess up there skin with cheap products.. then DAMAGE there respiratory systems and all.. WHITENING CAN DO THAT if you don't do it safely. Also, it can DAMAGE YOUR SKIN severely! Your skin is not superman, people! This is YOUR BODY.. that may never be able to be fixed if u with it. Do things right.. instead of cutting corners..
But your like jumping to so many different products you will never find out the true results. It takes patience and time..
Stick to the kojic acid and G-pills for a while.see if it works for you..
Anyway, good luck! Other people who have read my advice.. this makari think does work. Most people love the caviar face cream as well as the day and night cream because it works fast. The body beautifying milk works pretty slow and works better with the pills.

I am using makari night cream and milk for more than 4 weeks. Yet to see any improvement in terms of lightening. I heard it takes 6-8 weeks so I will continue using it for 4-5 weeks more before giving up. I heard that makari can make 2 shades but there are other products which can as much as 6 shades. Bio-claire made 4-5 shades, but after 10 weeks of using bio claire on face, it stated to reacting with my foundation and I was getting dark. However bioclaire is best for body. After 15 weeks my body is still 4-5 shades lighter.

It may well be genuine, but I would rather not damage my skin by using unlabeled products. It could contain ANYTHING! I'd rather pay a few dollars more knowing I definitely have the genuine article.
As I said, it may well be genuine, my advise is if in doubt don't buy unlabeled stuff. ;)

Continue with the makari product. The caviar face cream is the best for radical change... but it is SO SMALL and so expensive!
THe body beautyfying lotion takes A LONG TIME to lighten the skin. It is best to use makari creams WITH makari oralight pills. I was using the body lotion and it was an Extremely slow process! When I started taking the lightening pills.. my body began to lighten in a glowing fashion. My marks were disappearing as well and my skin was looking rather smooth and silky..
Keep to it! It will work. It's a gradual process, the longer u use it the better. Just keep going! Order the pills.. and you'll c what I'm talking about!
But bioclare sounds pretty awesome.. how much? And does it transform your skin into a silky glowing complexion?

Hi lovely, thank you for posting! I am of medium skin color, about the completion of denzel Washington on my face arms and legs but everywhere else I'm am much lighter... I have been reading these posts for a while... since 2006... and haven't tried a single thing because like you I value my skin and do not want to damage it with products offering false hopes.
you sound very knowledgeable about this industry and I was wondering if you have ever heard of swiss whitening pills or avre skin whitening pills?. Those are the last two products I don't have a cofirmed opinion on and I would like to be as informed about all the products out there before I begin to purchase anything. I am thinking of buying Avre or Makari whitening pills to improve the results of exterior application and I was thinking about scrubbing with the DS soap products and using the bio-claire skin lightening lotion. With this regiment I feel like I am sure to win the battle against the brown. What do you think?

Okay sweetie I will see if I can get ahold of the Makari products. Sorry if I offended you. I also want to try that bio claire oil. And yes I heard bearberry is very good for lightening skin. So you must be right with Makari.
No problem honey. We are all good and well now! I'm pretty sure the makari pills will work well and help speed up the lightening process with pretty much ANY SAFE cream or oil you try. Makari is pretty expensive so I totally understand why you and others are on there toes of buying the creams. But you do get what you paid for!
But personally, I love the pills so I will keep that but DAMNIT the creams and lotions are breaking my pocket. Just ordered a new cream today that I got on eBay. It's called SKINACTIVES. It was 35 bucks and has EVERY SINGLE INGREDIENT that lightens skin SAFELY! It has ARBUTIN, KOJIC ACID, JOJOBA, LICOURICE.. so it should be amazingly effective. I will give you a heads up and how it is going!
But, I think when I get a job I'm going RIGHT back to makari because it is like LUXURY products I swear. It has natural antioxidants that actually hep the skin block the sun. However extra sunscreen help is necessary. My boyfriend is raving over the softeness and silkiness of my skin which the lotion is doing. He doesn't really recognize that I'm lightening up. Just thinks I am taking care of myself and maturing beautifully... which is exactly what I want. Wouldn't it be totally embarrassing if someone said, "hey are you whitening?".. that's the last commment I want to hear.
My skin is just gorgeous right now! Never saw it so great! :D
BUT I SWEAR TO YOU THIS PILL WILL DO THE TRICK in helping to speed up whitening and illuminate your skin. I love this pill so much.. my skin is so.. sexy.. I think it's because of all the good ingredients for the skin that is making me glow.. oh makari.. u are the best ever!*sigh* But it works REALLY GOOD with creams and things so.. YES TRY IT! I'm spreading the good news!

Makari whitening pills are EXCELLENT. They contain EXCELLENT whitening ingredients that helps to even out complexion. But it is a PROCESS! Give it about 3months if taking it alone! The swiss pills work well when you take vitamin C with it.. why take all those pills? Makari has everything plus more IN ONE Capsule! Just take TWO a day with a meal! Avre pills, I don't trust them beause I don't know WHAT ingredients the use on each product so I don't know how well the work! And don't know if they use hydroquine.. Makari gives u the ingredients for EVERY product on the sight and ALL are GREAT LIGHTENING INGREDIENTS!
SO MAKARI PILLS!
To speed up the process, MAKARI PILLS work EXCELLENT with creams as they help speed up the whitening process! I'm really not too sure of about bioclaire but a woman earlier said it worked REALLY well on the body but I am not sure as to the SAFENESS so I won't recommend.
I recommend that you try the DS black soap. Scrub skin thoroughly before you apply the soap as to treat fresh skin! When lightening you tend to SHED IMPROPERLY.. and u may THINK u are getting darker when indeed u are getting lighter UNDERNEATH but you have not scrubbed off that dead skin to reveal it! So you don't want to spend your time treating dead skin.. so scrub skin thoroughly before applying soap. The soap is not enough to scrub off all the shedding you will be doing! You can make YOUR OWN scrub with sugar and almond oil or castor oil or olive oil.. whatever! If desperate.. use cooking oil.. it works trust me.. lol..
Just wash it off with the soap!
Some people LEAVE the soap on the body to soak in order to get faster results. I really think it's a waste of time. Results will come in time. So after you finish treating your skin with the soap, use the DS bleaching lotion. Do this ONCE a day at night because this product is STRONG.. very potent! Plus, u are risking too much when you are treating your skin under the watch of the sun! You have to protect your skin EVEN MORE than normal! But it is not a sin to put it on during the day instead of night.. or even twice a day if the product doesn't bother u! If the product strength is too much for you.. cut back to every other day or 3 times a week OK? Don't forget to take the MAKARI pill as it will help to SPEED up the process even more! But BE PATIENT.. trust me.. this will work!
I like this seller however some people are concerned by the fact that she does not use the DS brandmark on her products. So although I trust her, I don't think YOU should. BUT she does give great encite as to what to expect when using the products:

MAKE SURE to lighten your BODY FIRST! Your face is the EASIEST place to lighten because the skin is thin there. The body's skin is very thick and takes a long time. I suggest you cream your face ONCE a week or even ONCE every TWO WEEKS. It is tooo easy to lighten your face to start there first! It will look a lot more natural to see the body lightening more so than JUST THE FACE because it DEF. looks like u are bleaching because how could your face be so light when it is the MOST exposed to sun! So many people walk around with ghost face and dark body.. makes no sense! The makari pill will be working on the face when you don't put the cream on it! The body includes the NECK too so make sure to put it on the neck and below every night or every other night whichever suits u!
ALSO, ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS use a sunscreen with SPF 30 or more! I use Nuetrogena Cooling Mist Spray-on sunscreen. It is SPF 45, it is easy to spray! Smells good! Light feeling! No oily look! No bad reaction! Reapply if you are in the sun a lot! But always SPF! Also, SPF is said to help lighten u up too with regular use because it gives skin ability to heal from all the sunburns and tans..
Stick to it! Give it 3months all the way! Just keep going it will work for you! Let me know how it goes okay? :)

I think that's a good strategy...But don't you think with all those products ingredients will not contradict with each other...
I don't think so... They are all meant to give the same result, right?. lightening your skin... may have to switch a few products here and there but I feel like I'd be maximizing results by using the best pill, srcub, and lotion out there. :)

I am TOTALLY GETTING TOOO LIGHT NOW! WHAT THE HELL? I look so.. LIGHT! Have you all noticed that when you get lighter, you are treated differently? Sort of weird but more people are noticing me or something.
I am now using SKINACTIVES. I found the product on EBAY called the best lightening cream ever since it had EVERY lingredient to light at maximum strength! I am taking it with th emakari pills and it is doing some work after only 2 days of applying.
SKinactives can actually allow you to MAKE YOUR OWN SKIN LIGHTENING CREAM.. with the lightening ingredients. This one I bought was pre-made with the lotion. The unmade one requires u to mix the actives with your lotion!
If you want to know where to find this.. hit me up!

Im on skinactives.com at the moment. Yes the products do look promising. And oh yes people do treat you differently when you have lighter skin. It's amazing to see how much racism is really out there! And it's strange because most of my friends have dark or tanned skin and they are all beautiful to me. But allot of white people are racist and somehow think a person with lighter skin is more attractive or more superior. Stupid huh. Oh and by the way, what's the name of the cream you bought? Thank you darling, xx.

I bought it on eBay. The skinactive site just has the lightening actives.. like the arbutin and the kojic in its origninal element. You are suppose to buy the elements anhd mix it in your own lotion if you by the element yourself. I think that is so awesome to mix the chemicals you want and stop using the low-dose products..
BUT I bought the ready to use cream on eBay from ths companies store. I will give you the link: Best SKIN BRIGHTENING lightening cream sunspots melasma - (eBay item 180183974802 end time Dec-03-07 20:05:13 PST) (http://cgi.ebay.com/Best-SKIN-BRIGHTENING-lightening-cream-sunspots-melasma_W0QQitemZ180183974802QQihZ008QQcategoryZ36 366QQcmdZViewItem).
I hope this cream is great for you!
I don't know if its only white people who are racist.. it's EVERYONE. I believe deep down in people's mine they rank lighter skin as better, richer, classier, and more successful. Maybe because they are usually the rich ones in society.. and people are just prone to assume that.
I am lightening my skin partially because I want glowing skin and partially for experimental purposes to see if lighter skin do get treated differently. I wasn't dark before.. kind of on the light side.. but now I'm def. on the light side. I'm def. getting treated differently.

I'll be the first to confess. That I am more likely to talk to a guy who I find attractive (yeah I'm gay... ) But in terms of how I treat people.. it's only how they treat me.. how they talk to me, and how they act/behave that matters. Like if they are a respectful person, who cares about others, or if they are more typical and conceited. As far as colour goes, I don't get why people can't appreciate people of all colours. Because we are all the same on the inside.. just some of us were handed down bodies in different colours. My best friend has had racism in her life because she is quite dark, but she found someone who loves her the way she is.
Still she does still want to change, and I'm helping her to do that. Because I believe how we look should be chosen by us and no one else. And yeah living in a western culure has come to the point that we have to change to fit in as sad as it is. We are noticed more and found more attractive if we have fairer skin. Although I don't ever want to lose my tan.. I think it's sexy. Why Would I want to be a white boy with blonde hair and fake blue eyes? Gosh ewe.. no thank you!!
Those skinactives products look promising. But the best way to permanently change your pigment, is through monobenzene. You see lovely these products you use may not be as effective on everyone else. We are different and some skin tones are less prove to change. But monobenzene will always change your skin colour no matter. And unlike other products, its permanent and if you stop using it your skin won't go back to its original colour and you won't go dark again if you go in the sun. It's a permanent skin depigmentator. But can be quite expensive and can have some serious side effects for some people such as patchy or streaky skin.
Still you want to turn light fast? Monobenzene is the way to go. It's rumoured that it is what Michael Jackson used. And many african people have completely depigmented their skin.. from black.. to snow white!! Anything is possible in the realm of beauty. (And I hope I can look 19 forever.. ) hahahahaha!

NO THANK YOU MONOBEN... whatever. THat's a real desperate move right there. I just want to GLOW.. not turn into an albino.. I think tan is sexy too.. and so is dark.. But attractiveness stems from GLOWINGNESS I believe and it's not about how light youa re.. just about how good looking your skin is. The only products that seems to make me radiate is lightening products.. I guess because of all the good for your skin ingredients that are not in our everyday moisturizer. I used to look so DULL.. now I look like.. POP.. because my skin is looking great.. all the marks are going away.. that's all I ever wanted.
Pretty sad WE ALL including white people have to conform to european beauty. Keep in mind that not every white person is sweet valley looking.. they too are VERY MUCH pressured to look like what is seen on TV. Minorites aren't the only ones who are pressured.. just that we are not as close to the european beauty as they are... But I mean if you take a look at California.. its basically a whole bunch of clones walking around. People who move there end up getting so caught up in looking like this big star. Most of them have had at least 2 plastic surgeries. Some are addicted. Almost everyone has a boob job.. everyone has to conform to that.
Pretty sad really.. but I think they'll be a day when DARK is in.. and everyone will be scurrying to be dark. Then Indian.. everyone will scurry to be indian. Hispanic.. every1 willl scurry to be hispanic... Brazilian and so on. They'll be a day when small boobs are.. just like how big butts are now in. I guess its just a FAD.. that will pass like everything else.
And you are very right that not every product works for everyone.. def. know that.. just trying to give a little idea of what worked for me!
But anyway, you are an aussie? I've always wanted to go there.. love the accents. How is it like?:o

Lol actually lovie its very hot here! And what you were saying about darker skin... well in most Western countries people are so used to pale skin people that they rarely recognise those with darker skin tones. But of course darker skin is hot! There will always be someone out there who will think you look dynamite whatever your colour is. And I think it's more worth waiting for that person that trying to impress others.
And also.. its not just your colour its how you use it, for example. My best friend is Indian, she has quite dark skin... but... she wears clothes that stand out, and she died her hair brown... making a really nice contrast between her skin colour and hair. It makes all the difference. So I guess what I'm saying is that instead of confirming to a certain colour.. we can experiment with our own.. and see what hair colour and accessories match it.
Though I'm still curious as to what I would look like with pale skin, but I love my skin colour and want to be able to go back to it sometime in the future.. arrr... decisions decisions.
And those other products do work.. pills and such.. I thought it didn't work.. but I noticed my skin colour is the same as my big sister.. and she has always been two shades lighter than me.
Still I don't know where this lighter skin obsession came from? I think it's that a few people cracked jokes on it.. that and people used to always ask me what my background is. It's annoying and makes you feel segregated. But now the sun here is so potent that people are getting my colour... so it's becoming the norm to have quite tanned skin.
Still the curiosity never quite dies.. does it... what if??

TOTALLY! But I think, why can't we experiment with our skin color the same we do our hair.. or our eyes. We can always go back that color. I feel like its such a STIGMA for colored people to get LIGHTENING PRODUCTS. We often have to hide it.. get condemned for it.. it is just looked at as WRONG WRONG WRONG! But, then there's nothing wrong with getting a tan..
What I don't understand is how things are said to be sooo hideous and bad when a person of darker complexion has something.. but as soon as the lighter complexion person has it.. it's WOW. For example, Big butts were originally a black thing.. a bad thing... then JLO and beyonce comes out and then big butts are great! Then Thin lips were only sexy.. all of the sudden JOLIE comes out.. and Everyone thinks big lips are sexy. Maybe because they are confident with it.. which in turn makes them sexy.. or mayb because fair people decide what's sexy or not sexy.. don't know
I just wish.. I don't know.. that color was not so judged. Meaning, you are looked down on for being a color, and looked down for CHANGING your color. I don't think a lot of people hate themselves.. just feel like they are curious or just want bright skin!
I wish I can leave my bleaching cream out in the open without someone coming in my room and judging me for it. As if I've turned my back on something. Like who cares.. this is not my "natural" hair, those are not your "natural" eyes.. why can't I just experiment with my looks like someone experiments with there hair color. Why really gives a damn right?
I'm taking breast enhancement pills now.. so I wonder if it'll work! LOL.. I am purely experimenting with myself but my boobs won't ever go back to it's small size.. thats if it even works! LOL

Yoou know I think that you're one of the ones that had negative experiences with the products you use. Why don't you just say so and let others know what you experience too
All feed back is good feedback no matter if it's good or bad.:)

I was not comfortable telling all the negative things-
I'm not trying to make trouble here and I’m not pertaining to people who are very informative - i know you are just sharing your positive insights and experiences. I'm just talking to other people here....THE SELLERS...if they want to share please tell real experiences happened to them and not PROMOTING or ADVERTICING...that's all thanks.
I agree to that and that's real

Totally right.. but I haven't noticed anyone being fishy..
How would anyone know if someone is a seller. I c a lot of people get scold for raving about a product.. they are called sellers when indeed they just like the product! We as posters need to be a little less judgemental too, I think!

You're so right that's why people don't give testimonials about what products they used in fear of being called a seller or advertiser shame. Damn shame

I know it's going to take time. Months even.. to achieve lighter shades... Im going to be using L-glutathione pills, Kojic Soap and Monobenzene. And I'm going to mix Rose Hip Oil into my night cream and day SPF cream. Im sure in the end its worth it and ill be bringing myself closer to the lighter complexion I've always wanted. I have already sent my order in for Mono and await it's delivery to my home.
Thank you all of you for sharing your experiences, I will also share my experiences with you even if it does take months and months I will keep you all posted, you deserve to know what's going on! I am going to mix some mono with SPF sunscreen for the day and normal lotion for the night. Has anybody got any good products which are inexpensive and come in big amounts that I can mix the mono with? Something that gives you nice beautiful silky smooth skin. I guess you might as well go all the way with it and look your best! :)
I also hope that this treatment will make me look, younger and more vibrant and youthful and fresher like the I've been eating vegies all my life and just came out of high school look. :P I might match it off with some microdermabrasion on my face. (hey.. you can never look too young right?) and laser/IPL to get rid of those annoying hairs.. permanently! :) Ahhh.. what a hobby I have :P he he he! <3

Vahid, I did some reading up on monobenzene... there are a lot of articles about the damage it can do if your not really light skinned already... "they" also say that it can cause darker skin to become blotchy as it does not lighten evenly... how long have you been using it and have you noticed any of these problems?

I understand what you are saying. There is allot of risk involved in everything in life. But I do believe the change will be gradual. I hope so anyway.

Yes that is correct I NEVER EXPERIENCE VITILIGO.. YOU DON'T GET VITILIGO FROM MONOBENZONE.. PERIOD.
AND YES MONOPRODUCES GRADUAL LIGHTENING .as I said before monobenzone only depigments the skin after years of use IN THOSE THAT HAVE NORMAL SKIN.VITLIGO PERSONS DEPIGMENT FASTER BECAUSE THIER MELAIN CELLS ARE ALREADY WEAK. ABNORMAL
EXAMPLE imagine a person who is already spotty with vitaligo the skin disease. Now when those people use monobenzone it does'nt produce more vitaligo spots it lightens the darker skin areas to match the vitaligo spots and this process is gradual.
\GRADUAL PEOPLE. GRADUAL.

Don't know where you get your info from but I do know that it's dangerious what your doing get your facts straight... NO IT"S NOT SAFE TO USE MONOBENZONE IF YOU DON"T HAVE VIT!! Do not listen to these fools saying otherwise.
Read this quote from an official vit. Site :
They always find some excuse not to make it. I believe that there is not enough money to be made from a cream that serves only a single purpose — to depigment completely only those people with extensive vitiligo who will accept being totally white. But for those who need it, that cream is essential. Benoquin should never be used as a general lightening agent for people with normal dark skin because most will end up with disfiguring white streaks that can be worse than vitiligo. Patients with an unstable pigmentary system, such as those with vitiligo, depigment easily and usually completely.
Or read the whole story.. anyway all you people on this forum looking for safe way to lighten your skin, there a lot of good creams out there but also a few not to be used.Monobenzone or Benoquin is one of them don't listen to just everybody do you research.Your skin is your biggest organ so be careful with it, I'm shocked at the latest comments how some people are so desperate " to just try anything"...

Yeah vahid, but you wouldn't want to intentionally screw up your life for lighter skin..
If you knew the city had a fatal disease.. why would u even go there?
My thing is, if your going to die or fall ill, make it be from something you had NO CONTROL OF! I realize how much people it hurts when you hurt yourself with something you could have prevented..
I thought you said you liked to experiment with your skin.. but u didn't want to permanently change it. But MONO permanently does that.. I don't understand why you'd want to use it if that's the case..

I do want to permanently lighten my skin. It's just that everyone else has the opinion I shouldn't change it. I just want a few shades lighter so it looks like I'm white but with a natural tan. Instead of looking like I am from abroad sort of thing.

then you could be one of those that monobenzone did'nt work for and now you hate on anybody that wants to use it. and those that give advice.

I don't think Lovie1 would come on here and lie about her experience. I believe her, and I believe her transition to lighter skin is gradual. Hamid you are confusing people and most other treatments just don't work. I was on accutane for 6 months and apparently that has worst side effects than Mono. But it was nothing... Mono isn't that bad. Stop scaring people into achieving their goal. You haven't personally used Mono and you don't know anyone who has (personally) so as far as I'm concerned your advice is as much rubbish as the crap that leaves your mouth. Wow, I didn't mean to start a war in here... I just wanted to know the facts... I've read many articles on monobenzone and I have found, like most of you, that it is being distributed as a topical cream for people with vitiligo.
Hamid and Lovie, you both have valid opinions on the matter to me as you both are viewing monobenzone from different standpoints. Hamid, you clearly have done your research on MBH as a cosmetic lightening agent and Lovie, you clearly can speak from experience. What does bother me is that there are articles online that show pictures of what may happen if you use MBH for a long period. [A Caribbean girl had been using the cream to lighten her body and it badly disfigured her pigmentation] <----look it up on google--its there; this is not to say that everyone using it will inherit the same outcome but I would like to know the level of risk involved in using something like MBH (i.e. the percentage of people who have experienced abnormal depigmentation vs. the percentage w/ welcomed results).
There are risks and rewards to everything in life and I think it is up to each of us to balance them out for ourselves. Right now you two see each other as good and evil, I think we could all learn enough from both of you to make an intelligent decision on weather not to use MBH. So, that being said who's got their stats?
P.S. Ease up people, we all make mistakes. I'm an ivy grad and I spell terribly w/o spellcheck. Lol

I'm leaving this group cause some people make me sick, check out this Lovie1 persons post also this freak has change his/her name a few times. I'm not attacking anywone but this person tought he or she couldt speak ruff to me> Check his post and see that I'm not the only one who had beef with this faker>
Monobenzone is safe but this Lovie1 person started a topic asking if anyone had bad experiences with mono.
Says to started about 1 year and two mounths also check his the date on his post called himself Whittenbright or something something in the past on this forum.
Claims that Mono doesn't give you spots are streams but on an other page he himselfs says to have spots " a large on on my back".
Anyway Mono can be and is ( in my eyes) bad, that's all I claimed but these ignorant people want to attack me.. and I don't go for that.Check out there comments and make your own conclusion.
Telling people to order from chinese manufacturers is wrong this is a medicine and not to mess with. You don't have to listen to me, but all of you who are new don't listen to this shallow people,,
The gay on is even stupider than I thought, willing to just try anything. My spelling might be a bit off (english in not native to me ) but my common sense is just fine.
For all of you whom I spoken with I will not be back to wasted my time with these people.(because I said Mono is bad I'm a racist and terrorist ) By all means don't listen to these clowns.Use good and safe products you'll get there, trust me I know.Don't take recepies for mixing your own cream from just anyone It's your skin your talking about. Those of you who still want to know about Mono seek pro. Information and not some fool claiming to be a chemist.
I'll be on PM for those that have my e-mail address, be careful of these shady punks... when it backfires they won't be back to tell you and you might disfigure your body for good... take care.
