I'm from australia, I have emailed the sites and well they have responded well, I have already made my purchase, to the one that gives the lowest price. Of course! With freebies and all! :D I think all you have to do is to tryto bargain them. :p I was only able to get a bargain on one of them because the others are fixed with their prices. Hehe
And now I am excited with my pills, I am already waiting for them. I will keep you guys updated. Thanks a lot.
And by the way, I was informed the FDA of the philippines is called BFAD. Hehe

Hmmm... I haven't tried those from whiterskin but my friend swears by Shiseido. I have tried a lot of products myself but most of them did not work alone for me so now, I am taking pills & using whitening lotions & soap with it. I think it would be best to combine. But since you are not into this, I do suggest you try look for products readily available in your place & check how they work since anything topical would work slowly. Do update us on your progress.

There has to be something out there, look at Oprah Winfrey skin color today and compare it to a picuter of her taking 5 years ago. There's a big big difference . She's like 5 shade lighter.

Glutathione+sun screen+likhas papaya soap+astringent+regular face cleanser.
-take your gluta dosage with proper vC
-clean face with a regular facial cleaner
-then use astringent with cotton swabs to freshen face up
-then shower with papaya whitening soap so it cleans with the pores open from the astringent
-use sunscreen when outside
If you properly do it you can get like 3 shades, that's what I see from the research I've done so far.

No, I have Yahoo and AOL or aim
Yes, I seen that on page 58, but I don't think she was taking enough for her body weight , plus from doing a lot of reading; in order for L-glutathione to work and show result you have to take more than only vitamin c. you should also take NAC n-acetyl cysteine, selenium, a glutathione booster pills, etc, theirs more but those are the ones I pick out for myself to do more research on. I'll sent you the article tomorrow when I find it

I asked the lady to whom I ordered my glutathione pills and told me that if whitening pills are not permitted in england, all you have to do is to tell the person to whom you will be ordering it to declare it as a "dietary supplemnet & Vitamins" other than whitening pills for customs porpuses.
And you should choose a bottle of glutathione that doesn't have the word whitening pills in the label rather as a dietary supplement. So that it will push through the customs.
Well that how I get what she has explained. Just want to share if ever you will consider glutathione whitening pills as an option in the future.

I think they do work based on my readings here, I have been reading post of dimples and she got 2-3 shades lighter, and Rhia got almost the same results. That's why I finally ordered mine! And I'm really excited about it. But what I ordered is not the speed white though it was once one of my options but as I have computed, I can't handle its cost in the long run so I settled for the brand name dr. james and powerpack megathione which cost lesser specially when you order in several bottles. The only glutathione booster that I got is Vitamin C with rosehip because based onmy readings it would be enough and besides it's the cheapest among the glutathione boosters and it may be enough because dimples haven't mentioned that she takes other glutathione boosters just Vitamin C. and besides I got my Vitamin C for free with my order.

Hi there. Well, I have been using my glutathione for nearly 3months now & I have started taking it with Vitamin A also as well as my 2000mg Vitamin C. I do not think it is necessary to take twice the dosage of Vitamin C as others would recommend. 2000-3000mg would be okay, I guess. As for glutathione, I think I did not whiten further since I reduced mine to 2000 so I have upped it to 3000mg 3 days ago. Do update me on your progress & will also tell you if I will lighten further with the 3000mg. Goodluck.

whiterskin is working for me so far. I did get some blemishes in the first few days but they are gone now.
I have tried thisproduct too before, I think it did work for me and make my face lighter few shades with just one tub, I was satisfied with the results.
I have also tried amira magic cream before whiterskin when its not yet famous because my friend used that and she is complementing it well BUT I think I am allergic to it that I did not spot test it as I was told and I end up with a big red face! but then guess it was my fault that I did not tried it on one little portion first.
All I want now is to have a lighter skin that is EVEN. Because my arms and legs are much much darker with the rest of my body maybe because its more exposed to the sun and loved wearing shorts and sleeve less blouses. Anyway. I'm still looking for a product that will bleach that part of my skin since the whitening pills that I was able to get will lighten the skin as a whole.

thanks dimples, actually it was your dosage I am following :D I am really excited, I actually got the EMS trackingof my orders and I am really checking it status everyday. ;)
BTW, how many mg of vitamin A are you taking? Is it also recommended or vitamin C will do? I was told that vitamin C maybe same dosage up to 2x the glutathione but I told her that I will take it two times since if I told her so she will give me those amount of vitamin C so why not take it if its free.
is Vitamin A water soluble? Is taking it more, will make you sick? How much have you paid for your vitamin A? Do you think it is really necessary?

I am taking 400IU of Vitamin E(wrong there) for the last 2 weeks. I would not suggest you increase that dose further since Vitamin E is fat soluble as well as Vitamins A, D & K. Good thing you got your vitamin C for free. I guess you must be really good at haggling. Lol. That's the way to go when buying by bulk.

I am satisfied with it as a facial product :) and I am no longer looking for something new. I am already contented with my facial color, just using regular facial cleanser and moisturozer now.
Yeah what I am looking for is body products, not for the whole body though, just for my arms and legs, to even it oput with the rest for my body :)

I did mention that it was once one of my options but because it cost A lot just for a month use, I did go for glutathione anyway. I think it do work as much as speed white yet less costly. I should really be wiser now. It sreally hard to earn money!
Don't you want to try the glutathione pills too? Or have you tired it already before? And anyway, I'm just curious, how ar you going with speed white? What actaully is the ingredients or contects of the pills?

The funny thing is that I don't know a thing about these pills' ingredients! Nothing is mentioned on the bottle nor in the website where I purchased the pills from. Weird, isn't it? I only got this stuff after I heard about it from someone. She told me it really works but she herself had stopped taking these pills beause of the costly price. Hope it works for me though, keeping my fingers crossed. It's been two weeks now and no difference so far.

I personally do not think that you have to take your Vitamin C 2x the dosage of your glutathione. I think that is just bull****. Who in her right mind would forgo popping 6 large tablets of Vitamin C a day & still that excludes your glutathione & everything else.
Glutathione
Also indexed as: GSH
Glutathione is a small protein composed of three amino acids: cysteine, glutamic acid, and glycine.
Glutathione is involved in detoxification—it binds to toxins, such as heavy metals, solvents, and pesticides, and transforms them into a form that can be excreted in urine or bile. Glutathione is also an important antioxidant. In preliminary research, dietary glutathione intake from fruit and raw vegetables has been associated with protection against some forms of cancer.1 2 Glutathione has also inhibited cancer in test tube3 and animal studies.4 In preliminary research, higher glutathione levels have also been associated with good health in older adults.5
Glutathione supplements appear to be efficiently absorbed in rats.6 7 However, the same may not be true for glutathione supplements in humans. For example, when seven healthy people were given a single application of up to 3,000 mg of glutathione, there was no increase in blood glutathione levels.8 The authors of the study concluded "it is not feasible to increase circulating glutathione to a clinically beneficial extent by the oral administrating of a single application of 3,000 mg of glutathione." Absorption of glutathione may be better in rats because unlike the gastrointestinal tract of rats, the human gastrointestinal tract contains significant amounts of an enzyme (gamma-glutamyltranspeptidase) that breaks down glutathione. Preliminary evidence has suggested that absorption of glutathione can occur in the mouth when glutathione tablets are placed between the teeth and the inner cheek.9
Some researchers believe that supplements other than oral glutathione may be more effective in raising blood levels of glutathione. For example, in one trial, blood glutathione levels rose nearly 50% in healthy people taking 500 mg of vitamin C per day for only two weeks. Vitamin C raises glutathione by helping the body manufacture it. In addition to vitamin C, other nutritional compounds that may, according to preliminary research, help increase glutathione levels include alpha lipoic acid, glutamine, methionine, S-adenosyl methionine (SAMe), and whey protein. Vitamin B6, riboflavin, and selenium are required in the manufacture of glutathione. The extent to which any of these nutrients effectively increases glutathione levels in humans remains unclear.

For someone trying to sell a product but using a non working contact information, just gives me the impression that I should stay away from them (could be a scam).
I been wondering myself if there a scam... so many products out there that are scams... I guess I have to stick with hydroquinone for now and maybe try L-Glutathione in future.

For one thing, considering the body surface you have to cover with your cream, I think it would cost you an arm & a leg. Are you for real? For discolorations or for the face I guess this would be okay but your ENTIRE body? I have to start laying golden eggs to be able to afford that. Another, with lotions or creams, there is a big problem with hard to reach areas. Take the back for example or the insides of the thigh & the folds of our butts. Do you think we will remember everyday to put cream on these areas? I don't think I do. Do you?

Hi Rhia
I took your advise and got in contact with Eunice last week and placed my order. I also e-mailed Magic Potion. Eunice was very nice and personal towards me and took the time to answer all my questions, one by one. Magic Potion sent me an e-mail about their products and I read their information about taking too much vitamin A and B. I found that information very important. Therefore, I would say to communicate with both sellers is no harm and can get build your knowledge base on skin whitening. They both seem to be good sellers. I am thinking of buying some grapeseed extract from Magic Potion in the future, but for right now, I have already put in a nice order with Eunice.
My question to you Rhia is
How much did you whiten from taking the pills before you went out and got a tan. How many shades did you whiten and I do remember when you said you started taking the pills, but tell us again, how long were you taking the pills before you became __?__lighter?
Next question is, are you a believer that for faster or better results to use some type of skin whitening cream while you are taking the pills. Right now, before I get my package from Eunice, I am using Whiter Skin

I wouldn't recommned you take tripeld dose of Vitamin C. It is ascorbic acid & acids do harms the stomach. I advise you take it same dose as the glutathione or if you really want to, twice.

I've been working on a regimen that includes 3000mg of Gluta, with a "twist"... look to find out:
Regimen for a year: let's say, we started in November...
3000mg of Gluta - Dec - Jan
2000mg of Gluta - Feb - March - Apr - May
1000mg of Gluta - June - July - Aug - Sep - Oct - Nov
Summary: Since it's important for the first 2-3 months of taking Gluta, I incorporated a 3000mg for 2 months... then after the Gluta has taken its effect on the dermis... I reduced the Gluta content to 2000mg, but, I increased it by two months more... then after four months, I reduced it to the lowest concentration, 1000mg for six months... does it make sense? LISTEN...
Since at first, the body has adapted to 3000mg of Gluta... to change it to a lower concentration, but let the body "think" that it's still taking the original dosage... here is the formula: for every decrease of 1000mg of Gluta = an increase of two months
Gradual process... dba?? It indeed does make sense... in this way, it fools the body... but actually, you take a lower concentration this time, in effect, you have to take it for longer though...

My question to you Rhia is
How much did you whiten from taking the pills before you went out and got a tan. How many shades did you whiten and I do remember when you said you started taking the pills, but tell us again, how long were you taking the pills before you became __?__lighter?
*** I got 2 shades lighter just on the first month of taking the pills! Because I did really take 3000mg of gluta and double the dosage of vitamin C. before I went back to the philippines, I actually was 3-4 shades lighter that's taking the pills for like 3 months but now I'm in a good tan :D
Next question is, are you a believer that for faster or better results to use some type of skin whitening cream while you are taking the pills. Right now, before I get my package from Eunice, I am using Whiter Skin
***i do also use whitening lotions and creams, I am using amira whitening line, from their soap, lotion and creams, yes I do believe that for a faster results it is best to use whitening creams and lotions
- first because we really need to moisturize our skin, when we want to lighten our skin why not use lightening lotions or creams instead of normal creams or moisturizers.
- secondly, I think that there are parts of our body that are not even with the rest so I think or rather believe that in using creams and lotions and soaps, we would help to even it faster with this stuffs.
- thirdly, I think its best to use whitening creams too because we actually don't see whitening that fast with pills since as they say the whitening starts from the inside, so in my opinion it would be faster to whiten whenusing the whitenig creams because we lighten from whithin then we lighten from outside when they meet halfway then that's faster :D

I am not promoting magicpotions as you can see, I have bought from other sellers as well but it was only magicpotions that really dived their prices when in bulk order. I do not want to mislead people that I am promoting magicptions the way all your posts are promoting Unis. I tell people to check other sources so they can get a cheaper price. I checked all of eBay & most prices are fixed. I have ordered from Kazumi also. My first whitening pills were from him but he did not give me a better deal. So, it is BULL**** to say that I am promoting magicpotions. But obviously, you still are Unis.

If you guys have relatives in the Philippines, have them buy for you rather than be misled to believe that these prices some people are charging you here are fair. You get them for 1/3 the price they charge when you buy it there. Best way to send it would be by Johny Cargo(so what now, Sexy Rhia, you will comment that I am promoting Johny Cargo as well?) since that is from my point of view the cheapest.

Hi,
I am from India and using skin whitening capsules from past one year but not regularly. Earlier I had taken them from lucida-ds and continued it for 3 - 4 months but not seen much difference. Actually, I use to take 2 capsules daily and it was told later that I have to take 4 capsules in a day. So I started taking 4 for 2 months or so but not seen much difference. Then I after 2 months I ordered from Kazumi. I am finished with her 6th bottle. Each bottle contain 60 capsules. I have seen only a minor change in my skin. Just 1 shade lighter you can say. I am continuing them. Earlier I was told by Kazumi that I can become as white as I want but now she is saying there is limit to the whitening and there is some problem with my metabolism. I don't know I am wasting my money or not. But I really want to be very very fair. Please send me the skin lightening report at
[email protected]. I will also keep you guys with the latest updates of these whitening pills on my skin

I've been working on a regimen that includes 3000mg of Gluta, with a "twist"...look to find out:
Regimen for a year: let's say, we started in November...
3000mg of Gluta - Dec - Jan
2000mg of Gluta - Feb - March - Apr - May
1000mg of Gluta - June - July - Aug - Sep - Oct - Nov
Summary: Since it's important for the first 2-3 months of taking Gluta, i incorporated a 3000mg for 2 months...then after the Gluta has taken its effect on the dermis...i reduced the Gluta content to 2000mg, but, i increased it by two months more...then after four months, i reduced it to the lowest concentration, 1000mg for six months...does it make sense? LISTEN...
Since at first, the body has adapted to 3000mg of Gluta...to change it to a lower concentration, but let the body "think" that it's still taking the original dosage...here is the formula: for every decrease of 1000mg of Gluta = an increase of two months
Gradual process...dba??? It indeed does make sense...in this way, it fools the body...but actually, you take a lower concentration this time, in effect, you have to take it for longer though...
So, can i know your comments on my "mini-theory"??? hehehe...
I think your mini theory is okay but wouldn't it be nicer if you tried the 3000mg for 6 months then gradually taper it? Glutathione result is quite slow. I have been taking mine for 3 months now going 4 & although theere is so much clearing, the whitening is only 2 shades although I have increased my dose to 3000mg(but sometimes I forget so I am only able to take 2000mg). Another thing, I am considering Vitamins USA. My cousin who also started glutathione took 4 of the 500mg Vitamin USA glutathione(she is about 100lbs) & I think her skin has whitened faster than mine. I don't know because this is subjective so I am considering 3 Vitamin USA pills + 1 Dr. James per day. I will update you when I do receive my 10 bottles.

Thanks... hehehe... but I personally recommend on taking the same pills and not taking it with other brands, as this may cause the components to lose its synergy... and I'm puzzled... does a person with a high metobolism see the effects faster compared to a person with lower metabolism?? Or is it the other way around... and what is the relevance of weight on the effectiveness of Gluta?? Still a mystery to me... I'm excited to begin my lightening project... but I'm still torn between MEGATHIONE Powerpack (1000mg Gluta) & DR. JAMES Glutathione (1000mg Gluta)
Have you heard on the effectiveness of these two products... and dimples, you were right, it's really subjective... it does not necessarily mean that if a friend of yours see this product more effective on her, it doesn't apply that you'll also experience the same way... bottom line: know your body, experience may still be the best teacher after all ; )

I haven't heard of testimonies about Megathione. What are its other components?Purely glutathione? How about the cost? Which is more expensive & how about availability? I guess if a person has fast metabolism there is less time for contact between the products & her system since she will always be excreting it at a faster rate.I don't know. I have ordered Vitamins USA already so might as well use them too.

Yes, eunice is a seller, and she is a very good seller, if not, I wouldn't be promoting her on the first place.
I may be tanned, but I don't consider the whitening pills that I took as waste because first my tan is just on the outer layer of the skin when when you get to think of it, the whitening of this pills starts from the inner most layer of the skin so its not a waste because I did not get tanned until the inner most layer of my skin, only in the outer so, the whitening in the inner most layer of my skin is intact so must I say, and I think I have a great tan because this too, I think. Hehe and I am lightening fast too, so I am NOT back to zero. :)

Yes you are correct, I am using amira magic cream :)
Amira is a good product, what I like about it is that there is no rebound darkening where if you stop using the product, you would be darker several folds after. But I believe that it is just a normal product, maybe a little faster than others and that it does really work.
First I have used amira magic creams, soaps and now to my addition lotion, alone it was just several months before when I started using glutathione :) I am using these whitening to my areas where it is more darker, like the underarms, knees, elbows, neck, face too and the lotion to my arms and legs that are more exposed to the sun thus is more darker to even it out with the rest of my skin because I want even tone skin. I am doing this because first and foremost glutathione whitens the skin as a whole not part by part, so to those areas I believe that it still need some help of the creams.
So I can say that the glutathione works because the parts of my body to which I am not applying the cream is lightening too, like the tummy area, my butt area etc. also, after a month I have seen greater whitening when I used these creams with glutathione so I can say that the whitening ceam does work so is the glutathione, aside from the fact that upon taking glutathione, my skin wasn't pale, it has glow.
And also, my nipple and lips got lighter so I can really say that the gluta is working.

Vitamins USA worked well for me, took 3000mg + 6000mg of Vit C/day and have stopped taking it after 4 months because I am happy with result. Just want to alert you about the Powerpack Megathione, I ordered the Powerpack for my cousin thinking that it is actually 1000mg per capsule, but I was disappointed when I received it because the supplemental fact on the bottle says "each 2 capsules contain 1000mg of L-Glutathione" which makes it only 500mg per capsule.

No need to be disappointed. The power pack works best as a supplement to Dr. James. Think, your body need some much L-Gluta in order to work via your weight. And the power pack already has the vitamin C and other vitamins in it. You still need to take additional Vitamin C, but not as much if the power pack already has it. I am not the authority on it, but I am sure someone like Unis can be more helpful to you on that.

I am using Dr James for 3 months going 4 now. I used to take the Vitamins USA. It is very popular as some high profile dermatologists in the Philippines have been selling it on their clinics as well.. However, if we are to base the mg glutathione we need Dr James would come out more cost effective. I do suggest you guys scout around rather than have these seller here with 3 aliases sell you these products. When you buy Dr James glutathione in bulk, the price do go as low as P1700/bottle. The exchange rate for a US dollar to Philippine peso is 55 or 54. That means its like US$23/bottle. Also, Amira magic soap can go as low as P90/bar. That is not even US$2. The Amira cream P750-800. That is how cheap it is when you buy there.

I agree with uhuru, I think if people on this forum want to lighten their skin then they should be able to with out criticism from negative people like you! I mean you don’t see any one criticizing the people out there who want to tan their skin, you know it's the same thing really! Only they want to darken their skin to a bronze tan, where as we want to obtain a lighter complexion. For me personally I'm looking for something to restore my skin complexion to what it was before last summer, cause I worked out in the sun a lot making me get darker, so I’m just looking to get rid of the discoloration I got. As for people who don’t understand why most of the people on this forum want to lighten their skin, your titled to your own opinion but don’t try and make us feel bad and shameful of or decision to lighten our skin.

Well, everyone is entitled to their own opinion... but come to think of it, have you ever wondered why we people want to lighten our skin in the first place?? Here's why.
Since your of African-American origin, I suppose your not familiar with the way Asians see it... First off, here in Asia, people with whiter skin are recognized as rich, beautiful, & healthy (just like there in the states that a healthy tan means the same)
It's not that we want to be labeled like that (but seriously, who wouldn't?), and for the reason that some people have unsightly discolorations on their body (which causes low self-esteem). So now, do you get it??
And lastly, criticizing some of us of not being able to write in english perfectly as you guys do it (hello, why don't you try writing a language that's not originally yours, say, Spanish) and I'm sure you'd fair pretty much the same, if not worse...
And FYI, the Philippines is labeled as one of the most proficient countries using the english language... (since most of us here, are Filipinos).
My opinion, it's really NONEOFYOURBUSINESS!!

That is exactly my point. Yes some people need it for facial blemishes. But also here in america people who are really dark skinned feel the need to lighten their skin because other people make them feel they are not good enough. So yes if you have some blemishes that are really bad then use it. It's a sort of weird in between thing though. If your too dark they want you to go lighter but if you are too light they want you to get a tan. Its all so confusing.

The title is a little deceiving but true. You guys I have to confess something I have a deep history in, desperately wanting my skin to be lighter. It started in childhood being the darkest little girl in my WHOLE family. I always pictured how beautiful I would be and how much better people would perceive me if only my skin was more yellow that dark brown (I’m African American). All you ever see are these beautiful skin-toned woman and the men who loved them just because! As I became more intellectual getting a Masters so on and so forth, I reasoned with myself that I did not want to be known for my outer beauty but for my inner self, my “ inner supermodel.” I was scouted for modeling several times which was ironic because I seen myself as either really ugly or really pretty it varied every day. I judged myself by means of the media, even my hair. When I went out to clubs (I’m 25) guys would seem to favor my lighter friends (which was pretty much all of them  ) over me. I assume you can relate to the feeling! Okay I’m dragging on but.. I started looking at these forums secretly to get ideas and I was sooo happy this one existed. I finally got the Makari caviar skin lightning cream because someone had posted pretty good results about it. I used it on my clear milky deep brown skin; about 2 weeks later it broke me out on my forehead and sides of my face. I have never had bumpy skin. I was dismayed! Now I have to go to a dermatologist to fix the blemishes left behind. In short (okay maybe not but in long :D ) I just want to say, If we keep judging ourselves amongst ourselves we will never fair light enough or pretty enough or skinny enough. I am NOT ridiculing anyone don’t mistake my message but simply to bring reality to Light. The media and society’s perception of us (people of color) kill our self-worth and integrity :( . We pay mad money for a bottle, cream or pill of hope to soothe our desperation to be accepted when really God has kissed every feature that we have with his seal of approval. Love you as if you were the next best thing going! Only then will our intense and eclectic hues be accepted as beautiful. I will NOT be defined by the World’s standard because I am NOT of the world but simply in the world (as a spirit led Christian). What I found that worked for me is God’s acceptance. He does not make mistakes. The world lies and deceives you but not He, and not the bathroom mirror we spend hours looking at ourselves in. I think we should look at it this way, when ever we watch television, if the picture needs adjusting me will try to adjust the tone, the contrast, or the Brightener. We adjust the picture so we can see the faces of the people clearer. If the picture is too dark, we can not see the persons features clearly so we brighten it up just a little. If the people faces look too pale, we adjust the TV to make the picture a little darker.
That is the same thing with our complexion. We are only adjusting it a little so we can look more clearer. So our features can appear more sharper and destinct. No one is trying to look white. White is colorless. When the TV screen is too white, we try to darken the picture. When the TV screen is too white, everyone on television looks like  Michael Jackson

deepbrown well, I knew plenty of girls who were really chocolate and got so many guys it was ridiculous. Part of it had to do with the fact that they had amazing bodies, very toned, and in shape. As well, as being confident.
Anyway, a few years back I had fell into the l glutathoine craze. I never stuck to it, mainly due to the fact was that I didn't have enough mgs. Two years later, people STILL don't know if this stuff truly works. And those who claim it does are disappointed that it only lightened them up 4 shades lol. That is a major achievement with some pills.
I'm still not confinced that they work. What if they're just a side effect that only happens to a certain amount of people? You know how things react differently to some. Like if you take a pain pill, it might make some people feel better, and others feel worse?

You are putting a lot of heat on everyone. You are upset because no one have not confirmed for you if products work? All you have to do is try them yourself and let us know what happened. You are your own best testimony. So, go ahead try it,then later tell us what happened. Be an example to us all. Do what we have dared not to do. Oh yes, and when you are finish, don't forget to send us your full body before and after pictures. I am curious myself, if anyone else can look like  Michael Jackson?!!!!

Interesting picture of Latoya wilson But where is the before picture? I would love to see the before picture Do you have the before picture of latoya wilson? I for one do not want to be pale white like her but to each it own. The link to the pakistan guy those pictures don't look like someone who lighten there skin.. just look like he had a tan and the tan faded away and became lighter again Most people do have pictures of themselve where you look lighter in some and darker in others. If that's the case I could post picture of myself where I look dark and light it depends on the lighting in the room when taking a picture. I thought most people love tan complexion. Your right those pictures of that guy isn't convincing. Who these people think there kidding..

Latoya Wilson obviously wanted to be white ( something I don't) she completed her gold. if any body can post her before pictures that would be great!! :D

I do not think touching someone for the first time with monobenzone on your skin going to turn someone else's skin white in one day... I could see if your wrestling with someone everyday and touching your skin on there skin than we can talk...
If that cream (monobenzone) really does make your skin white.. I think that product is for those who want to make that dramatic change to be white, like latoya wilson wanted and got.
I just think for those who only want a shade lighter and so on so.. should just stick with Hydroqinone and L-gluthianone

There has been a new uproar in monobenzone on all the boards lately. This is a prescription cream not to be taken lightly(pardon the pun).
This is a potent cream that which actually may cause chemically induced vitiligo. 100 % depigmentation takes MORE than 2 years to accomplish, having to avoid the sun like the plague and masking the spots with heavy coverup creams and makeups. It's not a cream you can use and think that you are happy at the color you've accomplished and stop... that is not the way it works! You will totally kill the pigment and have NO color, except for those parts of your skin that will repigment leaving you with possible patches.

I am not promoting glutathione & I do not sell them. I have been using them for 4 months now & I think it did lighten me. 5 of my friends are using it now with amazing results. There is no money in for me in this glutathione thing. Excuse me. I only say it works based on experience.
Ok I believe u.
So who did you order from, and what concentration were the L-glutathione pills u used. Also how long after u started using it till you had a noticably whiter skin?
And when it lightens, does it even out dark discolorations that usually occur to dark skinned individuals around the knees, albows, etc?
Also, have you tried not taking the pills for a while and checking whether you skin fades back to normal, or does it feel permanent for you.
And one last question, how would you describe your original skin color? And how would you describe the skin color you are now?

I have noticed whitening in less than a month. Fineness of skin was noticeable at 2 weeks or so.Yup, it does even out. But for those very dark spots, I suggest you still apply some whitening lotion or cream. One drawback though was I noted my skin to go back gradually to its old color when I stopped using it for more than a week. But when I took them again, it went back to itas lighter hue. Right now, my skin is light brown with some yellow undertone.

Pretty me, she is probably selling NAC - N-acetyl-cysteine which is an amino acid used to boost glutathione levels. It's a bit trickier than glutathione because NAC used long term can deplete zinc levels. So if you decide to take NAC for lightening, take it along with zinc. You can buy NAC supplements in your local stores.

The dosage you are taking is right...
Some people take less glutathione because their body require less...
Some people take less vitamin C because they simply can't handle high dosage of vitamin C or they can't gulp that much of those big tablets... but if you can, there is nothing wrong with it.
For some who really donnot want to take vitamin C they take alpha lipolic acid capsules which are very little as compared to Vitamin C instead...
I suggest you compute what your body requires, and don't base you intake much on what others are taking because you are not sure if both of you has the same height and weight. Or if both of your body can actually tolerate that much...
Compute it this way: for skin lightening:
30-40 mg of glutathione * your body weight in kg.
vitamin C should be the same upt o twice the dosage of glutathione you will be taking.
Then from here, you will know what is really correct for you. Because with regard to your question or concern about different people saying many different ways on how you should be taking L- glutathione that confuse you... it is because different people has different requirements, so compute what you really need and follow it, I hope it won't confuse yo because you are already basing it on your body.
Hope it helps... good luck! And hope everyone get to have a merry christmas!

Your dermatologist allows you to use 6% hydroquinone for a year?? What skin condition do you have, that he/she is allowing this??
Not only is hydroquinone cytotoxic, but also prolonged use of hydroquinone will thicken collagen fibers damaging the connective tissues. The result is rough blotchy skin leaving it with a spotty appearance. Not to mention thinning of the skin, and exogeneous onchrosis as possible results.
Your skin may look all wonderful while you are using it, but just wait when you stop. You will get a new set of problems, not only for your skin, but organs damaged too. Please talk further to your dermatologist or get a second opinion about this.
I think Spyder had some practical advice!!

Spyyer don't have any good advice OK!! Hydroquinone does not make your skin dark after using it for 4 months like spyyer is talking about OK!! So spyyer does not have good information on skin products spyyer is a fair skin KID look like he's 18 years old or younger trying to school people on stuff he has no idea about...
What I don't understand about spyyder is... he has white skin he looks like a white kid to me. But he said that he is mexican.. why would someone with his complexion want to use lightning products... and than he made comment which I thought was very racist saying those people are Black and are black as hell.
Some people do get side effects from hydroquinone but not every one. But that the chance people take.
People smoke cigarette and there's risk in that!. people still smoke regardless..

Before I went to this dermatogist I had severe problem with pimples, I had cystic pimples all over my face. People have told me that perhaps chemical peels might help. I have visited several esthetician in my area and had 6 series of glycolic peels done on my face, microdermabration, and went to the extreme by getting a TCA peel. None of them helped and the last procedure ruined my face/skin. Yes indeed the pimples were gone but it resulted to scaring and made my skin dark and uneven. This is when I decided to seek help from a dermatogist. He started by getting a skin analysis and then put me in 3 "soft touch laser" treatment (done weekly) this procedure made my skin a little lighter. After the 3rd "soft touch" is when he prescribed the cream. I've read from forums about the effect of longtime use of hydroquinone and brought it to his attention. He said there's a lot of misconception about hydroquinone. Proper care and correct guidance from a professional will eliminate these problem. I really trust my dermatogist, he had helped hundreds of people and I'm sure he will not last in that business if he doesn't know what he's doing. I'm still under his care and do skin maintenance by having a "cool touch laser" treatments once a month to minimize the size of my pore and to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and this also reduce the appearance of scars that resulted from the TCA peel and from my pimples. He by the way specializes in laser treatment.

I been taking my L-gluthanione for almost a month now.. I wondering if it starting to work cause my face looks lighter than it ever has. I been using the lighting cream and taking the L-gluthanione. I been using the same skin cream for months before taking the L-gluthanione and my skin didn't get as light as it is now. So I am thinking the L-gluthanione is working but works better when using a lighting cream with it. The skin on my body is still the same color which I don't like I guess cause I don't put the lighting cream on my body. So I need to find a skin cream for my body. If anybody can recommend some good soap and cream to use that would help please tell me.?
I also heard that it is harder to lighten the body cause the skin is thicker..

I been using the same skin cream for months with no real change but after I started taking the L-gluthanione with in 2 1/2 week my face has gotten lighter but on my body my skin remains the same cause I do not use the cream on my body.
I think you get a better more quick result when you use a lighting cream and take L-gluthanoine-vitamin C. at least that what happen to my skin

Hi, I read that you are searching for the legit source of the skin whitenning glutathione in the Philippines. I just have the right source and in fact, We are now applying to become dealers. We can give you the product at discounted price within Metro Manila.
i did more researching last night; 11pm-1am. I found another whitening pills. These are kind'v like the l-glutathione pills Lotti's taking. They really seem to be safe, naturally safe. i just might, might get them but the site doesn't say how much they're selling the pills for.I wrote to them. i hope i get an e-mail back. if not...

The glutathione pills that hbc is selling comes in a 30 caps package so overall cost is still higher than the Dr James I am taking since the bottle contains 60 caps. Something to update you guys. I have experimented on withdrawing glutathione for a month. Although I have not darkened to my previous state, you do slowly go back to your color once it is not taken for long periods. This is quite high maintenance for the average worker. But, nevertheless, it is worth every penny. The sun exposure, the humidity... your body just couldn't fight it alone. So, it might be wise to taper it off to low dose once you have lightened to minimize the costs.

You are absolutely right! Im actually just taking 1 cap of Lucida and 1000mg of vit. C now, but not religiously I'm afraid. LOL! I tend to forget, I sometimes would skip 2 days.. damn, but my skin is getting so clear DImps. I guess, just 1 cap is enough... for me of course. And it's very expensive, I sold a couple to a friend, after seeing me in a party and notice the glow on my skin. And this is the first winter EVER that I didn't get sick AT ALL!! I would usually get sick like 3-4 times the whole winter season would you believe that.. that's the Vit. C baby!!
Hope all is well with you and your Gluta. Are you still taking them?:)

My current complexion is caramel.. I do not want to get any lighter than that. Some days when I get up in the morning I look in the mirror and say I better slow down on using this stuff it's making me look too white looking. Right now I'm just trying to lighten the rest of my body to match my face.. I'm going to try the hypercreme which someone here recommend me to try to lighten the body. I'm still taking my glutathione it seem to make the skin creams work better I plan to take the glutathinone until June

Good day! Zagadai!
I read your sentiments about skin whitening... Have you tried consulting a dermatologist before using those pills and medications? Sometimes it may have side and bad effects unto the skin which causes your skin to be more darker or happens not to cause any changes. We have different skin types and as far as I know you might probably haven't bumped into the medication that is compatible for your skin. I personally use soap and lotion just for maintenance. They say that if you really have a fair complexion it's much easier to bring out the "whiteness" in you. By the way, from what is your age range? It also depends on that if the effect would still be visible or not. But I believe through enough patience and research you would achieve the results you wanted. Nothing is impossible now adays with the technology we have and so far I have friends who used to be dark but their skin lightened a bit. I'am just so lucky because I have a chinese blood so I can say I have white skin. By the way, try also to drink lotsa tea. It cleanses too!

My experience with glutathione is very good. I used to have very uneven skin especially on the elbows, knees, nape, etc. It sucks! Since I have been using glutathione, my skin has become very glowing & even. Especially the elbows. No more rough spots there! It may not be the best whitening product in the market but I think it does work well with whitening soaps & lotions. Bottom line, I think it is a good additional to your beauty regimen especially those with skin problems.

Thanks for the valuable information Dimples. This will encourage more to make use of Glutathione. Can I include your comment in my upcoming website? Please give me your real name and location and if possible e-mail for those who may ask further inquiries from you.
As for me, I do really recommend Glutathione not only for skin conditioning but more for health and total well being improvement and body maintenance. Because this substance is anti-oxidant. Most diseases are borne out of accumulated toxins in our body.
While we are young we produce natural glutathione in our bodies to fight toxins, but as we grow old, this ability to reproduce diminish and that's when the aging process sets in... Our skin grows darker, wrinkled, various ailments starts to bother us.
But thanks to Glutathione, derived from Asparagus, Brocolli, etc.. we can now have it in capsule form. It cleanses our liver, gets rid of the toxins, prevents ailments related to aging such as arthritis, parkinsons, alzheimer. It also fights cancer and prevents it in general.

I had to register to this site to tell all this! PLEASE DO NOT TRY SWISS WHITENING PILLS @ skinbleaching.net. The site looked very prominent... and genuine... it stated that their bleaching pills contained "all natural ingredients." And were safe enough for a child to use... soooo I ordered from them, and within a week I received a bottle of pills with a hand-typed lable, in a generic container. The bottle the pills came in had a mildew odor to them, as if they had been in an attic or basement. The envolope they came in had no return address... I was so desperate (stupid me) that I took the pills... even though all the red flags were up. Within a couple of weeks I started experiencing chest pain, to the point where I couldn't even breathe. I'm only 21 years old, and at that time I could barely walk. I SAW NO results... and I wasted over a $100. Immediately after I stopped taking the pills... the pain subsided. I've learned that I am beautiful regardless of how dark or how light I am, and my health is not worth looking like a celeberity. If you're considering taking pills... please consider this message first!

If any of you try makari whitening products or otentika, or hypercreme lightening you will not regret it! The most effective one is makari whitening and lightening products... I do not know about his capsules that claims to stop melanin from forming though but the rest is not regretable by anyone that use it.

The makari products are semi permanent for up to two to three weeks... guys lets be frank here, lightening is just like tanning. If you stop going out in the sun, stop using tanning beds, and rubbing tanning creams you will go back to milky white, until you start your tanning regime again, so there a white person was not born to be brown, so getting a tan is the only superficial way to go... So it goes to show that being born with natural brown, dark, or tanned complexion taking whitening pills and cream is the way to go, until you stop applying that you go straight back to your original colour unless you have vitiligo of course.

I wonder...
Why is it that some people claim that glutathione works while others are saying they are seeing no results, like white zombie. This makes me question its credibility and that of those that are promoting it. I also question the idea that you have to use a whitening cream in addition to taking these supplements in order to see real results.
Glutathione is also not cheap. Those that are financially burdened know the pain buying worthless products. That's why I think its imporant for everyone to be reassured that these products will deliver the results people are claiming will give!

Yeah I guess I need to give it another two months to see results. I haven't noticed anything yet but my complexion isn't a brown.. more like a caramel color.. but a really light caramel color so it should be more noticeable since I have a lighter skin tone. We'll see though. I need to wait it out before I say anything. I stop taking the glutathoine I switch to Makari whitening capsules ( makari.com ) I been taking (L-gluthonine) them for 3 1/2 month in high doses with 6000 mg of vitamin C a day. Even though they said in 4 month you should see result I got unpatience cause the high doses was too much for me. I was going to take it until June but sorry I change my mind. Pay all this money for a very slow process to see result it take to damn long. I get more quick results using damn skin creams...
But any way I switch to Makari products which are for African Americans.. like myself. They offer pills to lighten your skin and lotions and soaps. I bought the beauty lightening Milk which is to use on the body. Only thing about the lightening milk is its 44 bucks and only last me a damn week.. that piss me off and the damn thing is waterer it comes in a 4.75 fl oz glass bottle. It seem to work but it run out on me to really see results from it. I have to get more of it. I also bought the soap that whitens also.
One thing that's good is that you can contact them and ask questions about there products..
I ask them about the beauty lightening Milk will it work on my body to lightening it they said yes it would just keep using until you achieve the skin tone you want.
They also have a online video discussing there products...

I have been using these herbal products made by this lady in Nashville. Some of them amazing. She makes them from real herbs and stuff.
She has this grain kind of thing, which you have to mix with milk. And then leave on for 10 minutes and then take it off by rotating it in a circular motion.
Then she has this gold mask - which makes your skin tingle. And you have to wash it off in 15 minutes. It gives a clean, fair, glowing tingling feeling.

Hi guyz
Here is lotti, well it`s a long time ago that I put a article into this forum.
However, over the last month I watched this forum from time to time without finding out anything news.
All lot of you guyz out there are still on the wrong way!!
Once again I used l-glutathione ,in the right way, dosis... for a long term on myself and I could not deiscern any lightening success at all!!
"In my opinion" l-glutathione pills are a waste of money and time!
Only a few clever (criminal) sellers specially from the Philippines islands make a good fast money.
Also the most whitening creams (all I used until now/a lot) are a fake or still lose their effect after some time.
Enough bad knowledge.
Well I heard from a rather new product called "IKLEN SERUM" & "IKLEN CREAM".
It contain 0.3% concentration active agent 4-n-Butyl-Resorcinol (Rucinol) which promise and is ""proven" to lighten up skin local, permanent!! :)
Maybe it will work over the whole face area?
If anyone of you guyz could also find information about this product or even have experience please inform me on this side.
Have anice day lotti

I highly recommend the tincture as it is more potent than the pills and is easily absorbed. It can be applied externally as well as being taken orally (3/4 drops in juice or water). Drink plenty of water too as this will cleanse your liver and make the bearberry tincture work better. Hope this is of help. Try it and see:D

Hi paraiba princess
Nice article from you!
Far away from l-glutathione pills, well that`s all that matters!! :D
Even I heard about the effect of bearbery (contains arbutin) and used to take bearberry pills years ago.
Maybe bearberry (leaf) tincture could help some of us. Presumable not to bleach but by hyper-pigment problems.
So I have a few questions to you:
1. What to you mean by tinctur. The extract of the bearberry or of the bearberry leaf?
2. How long will the treatment take to see results?
3. Why do you think the main problem comes from the liver.
4. Is` nt it harmful to use bearberry orally for a long term.
Thanks

Hi again lotti,
As with every herb taken in excess is dangerous, which is why it should be taken moderately. Tincture is far more powerful than tablets because it is freshly extracted from leaves and suspended (mixed) with either alcohol or water ( liquid form) and is very easily absorbed.
The skin is a mirror of what is going on inside your body.
Toxin build up is another reason why skin can look discoloured, dull.
The livers function is to get rid of toxins. By drinking water it helps the elimination of toxins. But remember you will not see results quickly (approx 6-8
Weeks).
Once you start drinking water the benefits will first be seen inside as the water has to reach the vital organs first. The skin is the least important organ and so is the last to benefit.
Once you take bearberry orally, the arbutin converts to hydroquinone in the body ( the main whitener used in creams) but bearberry does no thinnen your skin like the man made hydoquinine. It actually plumps it up and acts as a skin repairer. The natural BOTOX!
The main advantage of using tinctures is you can drink it and apply it directly to the skin so you will see better results. Also apply coconut oil after the ticture as it evens the skin tone.
Hope this has answered you questions!

Hi paraiba princess
Thanks for your answer.
Okay bearberry contain the substance arbutin, which is is chemical seen a hydroquinine-descendant. It also contain tannic-stuff which helps to stabilize the arbutin. What I know bearberry is good for the gall & kidney, particularly by urin problems.
However that`s my knowledge until now and I hope that bearberry will support us by lightening up skin.
Even I have looked after alternatives during the last month/years.
So I`m still using "Galstena" drops (for the liver) and poison re-sticking-pflaster from china ("herbaforte") which helps me at least to get rid of my dark-eye-circels. I also drink 2-3l water every day.
In relation to "iklen serum & iklen cream" I found a few articles.
The doctor newspaper have written rather good about this product but in a user forum I found devastating reports. - I think it is only stuff -
Today I bought a 50ml bottle bearberry leaf tinctur (for about $15) and ordered a new cream which contains "thiolin"

Could the bearberry tincture be a solution for me? One of the spots is acctually growing around my left eye, and that is freightening.
Please your help is GREATLY appreciated it, a desperate penpal, Thanks in advance
Also, for your information I applied Iklen rucinol for 3 months and it did not help me at all, but it is just me, maybe my brown spots are too large for that kind of treatment, but in my case I did not see any results.

Hi.. I have some questions reagarding yr post.. if you say that we could take bearberry tincture (hydroquinone) orally it could lighten skin.. but hydroquinone is not even considered good (in creams) if we apply it topically.. then how come its not going to damage us internally?
Plus our human body only produces hydroquinone with bearberry when our urine is alkaline then do we have to take baking soda with it to make it alkaline?. :D
Another question is that they say not to take it for long.. like more than 14 days or something because its very damaging to the liver.. then how come your saying we can take it FOREVER.. cause basically that's how we're going to keep the melanin blocked... whats yr say on that?
Since our body produces melanin in various forms such that in our hair+ eyes etc too other than the skin. Does that mean if we keep blocking the production of melanin any way (L-gluthione etc) our hair etc are going to turn white?? loool excuse me for so many questions...

To tell you the truth I never used it myself and in various threads people have given sites like unitedsheltor etc (which is the cheapest) where you can buy it from.. I suggest you do some research before using any pills etc cause these going to rip you off but if you don't get any reselts, its all going to go to waste .so good luck

hi! Shelly, i have been using metathione whitening pills and believe me it really works, i have brown complexion but when i started taking metathione for 3 months, my skin became fair, in fact, most Filipina actresses use this.
Hello babykikay, I am afro caribean I have dark brown skin dou think metathione will lighten my skin?by how many shades and how many pills would have to take a day? Thank you jessica1:
I think Benoquin does work however, i have looked around & the problem here would be availability & the price. Also, there is no reliable supplier & people who have tried them have their mouths shut except for kinekon18. i have contacted her before & I think she is really into something here with the Benoquin. Check out her posts about the lotion she made. Its really good. If you do find a site that sells Benoquin for a reasonable price, do inform us here. Thanks
Hello dimples I agree with what you're saying cold you plese let me know about benoquin and where I could by it from please.please write back jessice

Cookie20, I am a seller of whitening products too... you know, you don't have to tell everyone that all glutathione products here in the Philippines are BFAD aprroved because they are not :) glutathione is an anti-oxidant and a food supplement thus BFAD or FDA Approval isn't that necessary. Some brands get their product approved by BFAD for the sake of securing the buyers of its safety since all of us, except for some maybe, is more concern with our health than the color of our skin.
One thing I can say is that if you going to buy Glutathione, just choose the brand that does NO contain the following ingredients:
- Tyrostat ( L tyrosine)
- Goat/Sheep Placenta Extract
- Vitamin A and E (of high dosage)
And the only brand with BFAD Approval that I know of is:
MET-tathione
** BFAD APPROVED LTO No.-DRII-MM-F-3481
** BFAD APPROVED Registration Number - FR49758
Category- Food Supplement
Date Issued-Nov.23,2004

I think fat doesn't have anything to do with the effectivity of the pills, why should it matter on your part on the first place? What brand of glutathione is this? I guess you should be more concern on the dosage of glutathione is in each capsules more than the fat contents.

Sunaina,
l-glutamine is essential for muscular energy during hard exercise. That after intensely working out, glutamine levels in the body are reduced by as much as 50%. When supplemented, it may help body reduce the amount of muscle deterioration that occurs after exercise, because with supplementation other tissues that need glutamine will not rob the glutamine stored in the muscle cells.
Glutamine helps control the negative biochemical affects resulting from the build up of the waste by-products resulting from hard exercise
While L-Glutathione is for other things like SKIN LIGHTENING :)
Hope it helps...

Hi there everyone, I was about to buy this "Glutathione thing", when I came across of this site, from then I've been having second thoughts right now. I am not really dark, as a Filipina I can be said to have fairer complexion, but the thing is I am not satisfied with having a fairer complexion alone, I am not flawless, I easily get pimples, my pores are dilated (so to speak) I thought that by using glutathione,I can achieve flawless skin and my pores will be minimized. However I want to share you what really made my skin fairer, it's a soap my dermatologist suggested I use, it's called Kojic soap, I think it helps for me to have lighter skin but not in minimizing my pores.
