I am looking for this movie I saw on an action TV station (AXN). It was a post apocalyptic world and the main character was this white guy who was a loaner. He is helped out along the way by some other guy who looks a lot like Wesley Snipes, but wasn't Snipes or Omar Epps. The scene I remember most is after the Wesley Snipes guy talked both men out of trouble by claiming to be partners in business, I guess (nothing romantic). The loner white guy says something like, "what's this about this partners thing? Partners, we ain't." It had a Mad Max feel to it and was definitely right in the middle of the post apocalyptic movie craze. Until IMDB, I though Wesley Snipes was in it, but since he was the only actor I thought I recognized, I can't help on any more of the actors. Thank you for all your help.
