WHAT ???????????? Are you kidding me ???? What an unbelievable betrayal of America !!
KSM as well as accomplices Walid Muhammad Salih Mubarak Bin Attash and Mustafa Ahmed Adam al Hawsawi of the 9-11 attack that took out almost 3,000 Americans(and countless more from residual health damage from toxic debris );the World Trade Center buildings and more buildings in the area ;damaged the Pentagon ;and would've taken out another DC government building if not for heroic passengers of flight 93 ;were offered a plea deal by the Convening Authority for Military Commissions that will allow the three men to skirt the death penalty !!!!!

We already know that the administration negotiates and makes deals with terrorists . Now we know they will go so far as to make deals with terrorists in custody who have no leverage.
The families of the victims are still fighting a losing battle for some form of compensation.

Unknown is if the plea allows for eventual release of these mass murderers . I would not put it past Quid Pro Joe.
One of his campaign promises was to close down GITMO detention facility in Cuba.

He may be fast tracking that process. We all know that the only people this administration is tough on is people in red hats .

We Americans have paid a hefty price for the attacks on us by these terrorists . Apparently we get to continue to house them and feed them their 3 halal meals daily for many more years to come.

Some of the transgressors from 1/6 are still sitting in prison awaiting trial, but our government is willing to cut deals with terrorists?

Vote for Trump.

I will admit that there have been 4 administrations that have allowed this scum of the earth to breathe our oxygen. He has an appointment with Allah and 40 virgins long overdue.

The incompetence owns no bounds. If we are to believe frequently absent Def Sec Austin ,the decision to execute a plea deal was made by Brig. Gen. Susan K. Escallier, who oversaw the plea deal, and not by the administration.

He revoked the deal yesterday . He also released her of her responsibilities .
