A new high-rise apartment building in downtown Los Angeles will house people who have dealt with long-term struggles with homelessness, the latest effort to tackle a citywide epidemic that's grown worse over the years.

It is going to cost the city $600,000 per unit .

One full floor will be dedicated to office space for case workers. Resident accommodations include a gym, art room, music room, computer room and library; six common balconies and a café.

Maybe it is just me. I don't think incentivizing homelessness is the correct way to solve the problem.
