The US was able to link a Chinese drone company's ties to the Chinese military. So the company came under added scrutiny.

2022 the Pentagon issued a warning against US companies doing business with this drone company (one of the biggest drone companies in the world) ;after the US Treasury listed them due to their participation in the persecution of the Uyghurs .

The cool part of it is that there is a loophole in the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) that allows former US officials to hide the fact that they work as agents for America's enemies .
