I have a home built in 1986, need to know where the pvc water line is located.

If city water, contact your water service utility or look at spec plans for the house. If a well, may have a more difficult time. Is there a meter box? Can you see where the water line enters the house? Usually it is a pretty straight line.

Or if a straight run, cut pcv, run a metal fishtape and locate with less expensive metal or wire locators?
