Last year I have done with my graduation and now I want to take further education.for that purpose I am looking for best institute.

None, No school has 100 percent placement.
Also many schools place outside the field and not always at salary desired.

Also good teachers is a matter of opinion, so friendly? Some students want, others do not care if they are good teachers.

Any institution that had 100% placement probably wouldn't be the best place to attend. Look for an accredited university with a high completion/graduation rate. Do plenty of research before making your final decision.
