A. Yes, as long as revealing the name of the client does not constitute the release of confidential information
B. Yes, and there are no circumstances when the member could not reveal this information

Sorry this is the first time I'm using this site. I was thinking A because you should be allowed to reveal your client info with there permission for like survey's or to other accounting companies

Does it matter? I think it's talking about public companies in general
