I just want to know if it's going to heal itself or do I have to go to the hospital? And if it heals on its own, how long is it going to take to heal? And can I have sex soon?

IT will heal, but it will take a little bit to heal. If it doesn't stop bleeding in a day or two, make an appointment with your doctor.

Between now and then you might want to have the birthcontrol discussion with your boyfriend. Make sure that you're using something if you don't want to become pregnant. Also it isn't abnormal for someone to produce less natural lubrication then is needed for an encounter. Don't be afraid to find and use personal lubricants. They'll make things easier.
