Can a 501c3 organization allow a for profit to use its facilities for profit?

The organization has to report profit income, separate from non profit income, and it is treated differently. Your accountant should know this.

Allow? You can rent it to them. A 501c3 can make money. The for profit group can make a profit.

I'm sure you don't mean to let them use if for free.
