This should be simple and I am probably over-thinking it but...

I am entering a T-Shirt design contest for an MMA fighter and one of the submission requirements is to name your file "using the FIRSTNAMELASTNAME.jpg naming convention"....So, what is this naming convention? Am I to use my first and last name for this or are they just saying that I need to actually name the file rather than giving it symbols or whatever?

If my full name is Luck Or Not, I would name my file submission LuckNot.jpg. They want to be able to figure out the first and last name of the person who submitted the design, from the file name.

That is what I was thinking but at the same time, you are supposed to fill out a form to go with it and they also allow you to submit more than one design. Just seems a little backwards to me.
