I had a order of protection place on my wife, now she has a court order to have it dropped. Will I have time to get an lawyer before we go to court.

When is the court date? Was this an exparte motion that led to a restraining order or was this from some other action ?

Were you given notice of her motion to quash the order of protection? If you wanted a hearing you should have asked for one at that time. So what makes you think you are going to court on this?
