My Kohler kitchen faucet p/n R10433-US-BA, recently spins on sink, it seems the collar under the sink is broken, or can't be tightened from underneath?

Is it possible to fix it?

Thank you,
Lore

Hi Lore

Check out this specification sheet (see second page)...it's a part breakdown of the Forte faucet:

http://www.us.kohler.com/webassets/kpna/catalog/pdf/en/K-R10433_spec.pdf

The collar underneath the sink spins on and then two screws get tightened to set the unit in place. I would suggest climbing under the sink with a flashlight and look up at the collar to see if the screws have loosened or even fallen out (check base cabinet). Install or simply tighten the screws and that should resolve the issue. It is unlikely that the collar with screws fell off entirely!

Back to you...
