My last period was in March, I had sex on April 15th; no protection, he pulled out. A week & 2 days later I started to feel just not myself. Feeling like I'm going to start my period but never comes, just white discharge. Bad cramps, tingling around my nipples, extra bloated. I've been really tired, nauseous, and my lower back has been bothering me. Could I already know this soon? It's about to be the 30th, so 16 days since it happened. I still haven't had a period this month, at all. I don't miss periods, and nothing's changed with medicine or my diet. Could it just be in my head or could I be pregnant? Good detailed opinions welcome!

Sure, you could be pregnant...you had sex...unprotected sex...that's how it's all supposed to work. Are you pregnant? If you don't know, we don't know. In general, it would be too soon to be feeling any symptoms but if you have yourself convinced that you could be pregnant, you may be thinking yourself into symptoms. If you don't have a period in a few weeks, you should get a test.

Your period could just be off this cycle, or you are pregnant. Many women will feel some signs of pregnancy early on... often before a missed period since hormones are changing already at this stage. Some women notice these possible signs, some don't. Often, if they are noticed, they are attributed to an impending period.

Since you have missed a period for April, try a pregnancy test... it can ease your mind. If it is negative, see what happens when you would expect your period for May and test again, at home or at doctor's, if need be.

Pulling out isn't actually birth control... where people get the idea it is, is beyond comprehension.

Ever play with a leaking garden hose? Got wet didn't you... even before you turned the nozzle on? This really isn't any different.

Take a pregnancy test in a week or so. Stay away from unprotected sex from now on.

I agree, of course you could be pregnant. Pulling out still allows pregnancy. You can do a test in about a week to 10 days. Use first urine of the morning
