Puddles of water is collecting under the deli/produce drawer in my GE Profile refrigerator. This water is freezing and later melting and dripping to the floor. What is the problem and how do I fix it?

You have a stopped up drain. Look at the freezer and in it there is a cover over the coils. Remove it and use a water hose to blow out the drain line. This will fix your problem.
