Have been having cervical pain and pelvic pressure for 2 days now. Tried to check cervix for first time. Cervix is very high and super soft. Could I be dialated?

Are you pregnant? If so, how far along?

Please do not check your cervix, do not have anyone check your cervix who is not properly trained.
While some may disagree with me, this is my profession. You risk introducing infection causing bacteria into your vaginal canal that can affect the baby. You also risk rupturing your membranes if done incorrectly.
A cervical exam on a pregnant woman should be done with sterile technique by a trained professional.
Yes, it is possible you are dilating, it's also possible you have a urinary tract infection, or are experiencing round ligament pain.
Typical symptoms of labor are contractions that are regular in timing, start at the back and move around to the front, usually around the umbilicus.
It is also possible that you are having a rush of the hormone called "relaxin" that is actually relaxing your pelvis to prepare you for labor. If you are at concerned, you need to contact your OB/midwife, or go to the hospital where you are expected to deliver for a complete and proper exam.
