The Plan B will throw off your period, so being three days late isn't really a concern at this point. If you miss your next period you should take a pregnancy test.

After you are 2 week late, try a pregnancy test, using first urine of the morning. Continue this every week, till you have a period. If you miss a second period. Go see your doctor for a blood test.
