A guy on my job is spreading rumors about me saying that I'm gay and I'm not no pretty much everyone is saying and making little gay remarks as I pass by I have even walked up on some of them talking about me also one of administration the third person in charge has called me names and tease me and even though I keep saying I'm not gay they keep spreading it more and more I confronted the person in administration about the things he said to me and he told many other employees that if I were a man I wouldn't let him talk to me like that and there's much more going on and being said about this issue on my job can anyone help

File a formal complaint with human resource about this becoming a hostile work environment, due to sexual harassment.

So what, even if you were gay, that is not an excuse to make comments or remarks, many people are gay and they have same rights to be free of harassment
