My smc ceiling fan wobbles badly at high speed. Was it installed properly?

Was it balanced after installation? All fans have balance kits with them when sold

BTW, SMC fans usually get low ratings because of noise and performance. They are commonly found a Wal -Mart, K Mart, Target etc.

All cheap fans wobble. Some more than others. Some can be toned down, some no.
