For the past 3 weeks, different days, I woke up with a beadacheadach and then after eating breakfast I throw up.. most days however, I do wake up wirh headaches. My body feels a little different . I took a pregnancy test last week and results were negative. Could I still be pregnant? Or is there something else wrong with me?

Try again using first morning urine. That's very important, and will give you the most accurate results. Even then, false negatives are positive. A blood test is more accurate, but you should wait until your second missed period before going to the doctor for a blood test (in my opinion).
