My daughter is 5 years old and she has big white pus bumps in her head and when she scratch them they bleed and leave little hole in head. I use T+pluse gel shampoo and oil moisturizer hair lotion on her hair but it doesn't work and I can not afford to take her to the doctor. What should I do?

You can't afford to take a child with white bumps that bleed and leave a hole in her head, to the doctor?
There is absolutely no way that anyone can give you a diagnosis online, or a treatment. You are putting your child's health at risk by not taking her to the doctor. Borrow the money, sell your computer, shut down your internet connection, do what you have to do to get your child to the doctor. This is your responsibility as a parent.
I understand not having insurance. But quite honestly, you are setting your daughter up for a world of infection with the way the sores open up and bleed.
You need to find out WHY this is happening to her, not only how to fix it. There could be some serious underlying condition causing this.

You take her to the doctor, sorry, but if in the US, most low income people have programs for medical care for children, and there are state hospitls that must see people regardless of ability to pay.
This is your child and you find a way.
