I have gynecological problem. I will try to be as short as possible. The first gynecological problems sides back to me in 12 year, immediately after the first period. I am now 24 years old. My diagnoses were: Vulvovaginitis acuta and Colicae abdominalis. In 13th year: Cystopielitis acuta. In 17th year Adnexitis acuta. I’ve lost my virginity in 18th year. After first Pap test in year 2008. I had diagnoses: Cervicitis acuta and Ectopio PVU. So, I have a wound on cervix since 2008. Year, and perhaps even earlier. Since then every year is the same, the Pap test is fine, I tested the aerobic and anaerobic bacteria, mycoplasma, ureaplasma, chlamydia, trichomonas, etc.. (I can not remember what more... ). All tests were negative. Before a week I again worked the Pap test and the result is: Group II. At colposcopy cervix looks perfectly normal until you tap on a specific location, then starts to bleed. I exclude the possibility of mechanical damage, I never had childbirth or abortion, I have one and only partner for 6 years and we use protection (his results at doctor are good). I am concerned, and my doctors are confused by all of this diagnosis since I have no complaints. I have no pain, my menstruation is normal, my secret is whitish, sometimes slightly yellowish, with no smell. I have no burning when urinating, but I have frequent urination. The urine have epithelial cells, mucus, white blood count, and a little protein, the rest is fine. I currently have elevated iron in the blood, otherwise I'm anemic at birth (Anemia sideropenica). Every year is the same at the end: doctor is puzzled, I get vaginal tablets, sometimes antibiotics and that's it... I currently have a cyst on the left ovary 18.5 x15, 8mm. Thyroid hormones are fine.
My question to you is whether you think this is dangerous? Do these changes in the cervix may be due to earlier diagnosis of these, and whether it can be linked with urinary infection?
Thank you.
