Over the summer, I decided to color my hair a lighter shade of brown (my hair is naturally dark brown). I enjoyed it for a little bit, but it started turning a reddish color. I waited awhile until my roots grew out to go to the salon. I told the stylist that I just wanted to go back to my natural root color. She dyed my hair BLACK! I was so upset as this hair color did not flatter me at ALL. I complained and she said the only think she could do was put highlights in it to lighten it a bit. She said she was going to put a light brown highlight, but the highlights came out blondish. So now, my hair looks completely grayish and I'm extremely unhappy. How can I fix this? I just want my natural dark brown hair back :(
