I wondered if someone was prepared to offer me a little advice.

I am a co-owner of a townhouse in Ayemonte, Spain, the tenant has not paid rent for nearly four months, he has broken our contract.

What do you suggest I do.

Generally you evict a tenant according to the laws of the locale, starting with a notice to vacate the premises (usually within a certain number of days as defined by law) followed by filing in court. But I'm wondering if you are far away, in another country? Hire someone to do it. Ask a real estate broker for advice if you want it done cheaply, or just hire a lawyer.
